I found that rector and season are too slow. I used my marath to machinegun creatures and hold the game while waiting for my pieces to come. Beatdowns and such rarely won me a game
In addition, Feldon can be a good tech if there's a lot of sweepers in your meta. Even as a meta card, it's hard to include him. On the downside, it's hard to replaced one card that's overwhelming good in the deck without losing the consistency.
It is good against our opponents however I need to test that because my brain can't register right now if it's a good thing for our deck or not since we often usually use Marath for tokens.

and containment priest is a *****. I faced someone using this. Had to tutor flametongue kavu for her. It cost me a turn. I couldve comboed out with karmic/kiki/resto a turn earlier. Plus Pod is rendered useless with the priest in play. Such a pain
Im curious as well. Im trying to tweak the deck a little. I misplaced my basilisk collar somewhere, im thinking of puttingumezawa's jitte for the mean time.or maybe acquire another collar and put them altogether. I just dont know how jitte plays out yet. Has anyone tried it with this build? Ty

There are a lot of control deck in this meta and with this deck is so difficult draw cards.
If the opponent counter 1 or 2 cards, is so difficult to play.
If opponent play a wrath card, that in 5/6 round is very probable, is the end of this deck...

For counter heavy decks, you bait them. Attack their manabase. Always know when to cast that big spell.
for wrath cards, we have gaddock teeg. And sometimes, games end as early as turn 4.

Why not tutor Village Bell-Ringer or Weathered Wayfarer for one forest mana cost ?
