After seeing Sliver queen deck from the french nationals, i fell in love with the combo idea, with a bit of tunning and some additions from my coworker, there are some more combo plays that seem very saucey.
Yes, I know they fit the same role.. But why did you dismiss Mana Echoes and not Salvagers/LED?
Moreover, when playing combo, I always like to have a list of all possible interactions of the deck. Most of us will see the big one (Kiki/Exarch, etc..), but some interactions may be more exotic (Pod/RedCap into Kiki/Conscripts for example).
i think because, that salvagers is a creature and has a bit mor interaction with the deck, through survival, creature tutors and pod, while echos serves as a dead card when drawn and only interacts in taht one situation, while being a creature has more play in different situations.
And I disagree with "echos serves as a dead card when drawn and only interacts in taht one situation, while being a creature has more play in different situations."
Echoes is not a dead card because your Queen is always available. But Salvager alone is a dead card, because it can only recurs LED and Clamp. Yes being a creature means easier to find, but you don't need to find Echoes you just draw it and don't need more to make a large number of token. Ok it needs 11 manas whereas Salvagers need just 4 (but 2 cards)..
i admit i may have been jumping the gun on echos, but i still perfer to cut it, knowing that more parts of the deck interacts with Led and salvagers more, through examples like Imperial recuiter, Trinket mage. along with that they flow easier into the deck with cards like Sun titan able to retrieve LED or even the trinket mage and recruiter. i dont dismiss echoes as a bad card, it is good with queen, i just ultimately feel like leaving it out because it doesnt interact with other cards other than the general.
I can't see echoes being too bad, but I also can't see it being overly impressive as it is hard to tutor for and is a real do nothing if your general is dealt with. Which is more likely as these isn't one of those decks that can likely afford to run caverns.
Mana Echoes can be tutored with enlightened tutor and demonic tutor and is difficult to deal with. With enough mana, removal doesn't stop the combo anymore and you can always recast sliver queen a turn or two later. Since it only requires one slot and is a one card combo, I think it is worth adding to the decklist.
I'm also thinking that the deck should cut all double blue and double black cards as the deck is mostly a Naya deck, easing the strain on the mana which is quite ambitious with green starting on turn one, double blue/black/red/green/white depending on what you draw.
Harmonic Sliver: replace Qasali Pridemage. It does the same on ETB, and then it becomes oppressive once Sliver Queen is out. I also like Necrotic Sliver for similar 5: destroy target permanent shenanigans
Mindlash Sliver: It's possible to draw-lock out an opponent with this card
Root Sliver: If Cavern of Souls isn't an auti-include against countermagic, then this one should be. metagame call
[CARD]
Circle of Despair/Martyr's Cause[/CARD]: A bit mana intensive, but nasty once Sliver Queen is out
Contamination: Land lock against non-black once Sliver Queen is out

Faithless looting just seems like a worse option then some of the cards flop posted. I think the biggest oversight is likely Grim Tutor. If fabricates in, grim tutor is definitely in. That also gives capitacom another Tutor for mana echoes although I am still not sold on it. The general comes into play from this deck very infrequently, you often have better things to do with your mana then tap out on turn four to essentially do nothing. If your queen is countered or the echoes is dealt with in response you just got double time walked.

Academy Rector: Since Survival of the Fittest is one of the big game plans, more tutors is better. Ditto for suggestions on Sterling Grove, Insidious Dreams, Lim-Dul's Vault, Cruel Tutor, Rhystic Tutor, Grim Tutor, Idyllic Tutor, Time of Need (for fetching Kiki-Jiki)
Angel of Glory's Rise: I noticed many creatures in the deck are humans.
Basal Sliver: Possible combo enabler
Necrotic Ooze: To go with many different combinations of combos, all from a Survival chain. Devoted Druid + Morselhoarder + Spikeshot Elder, Kiki-Jiki + Devoted Druid, Elvish Aberration + Pili-Pala, etc. Personally I think Necrotic Ooze + Devoted Druid should go in, Since Kiki is already in the deck.
Harmonic Sliver: replace Qasali Pridemage. It does the same on ETB, and then it becomes oppressive once Sliver Queen is out. I also like Necrotic Sliver for similar 5: destroy target permanent shenanigans

Spirit of Resistance: Fun fringe card, it's like Solitary Confinement once Sliver Queen is in play
