Please note: My most recent iteration of this EDH deck is located towards the bottom. Please peruse at your leisure. Thanks.
Well, this is my attempt at a Patron of the Moon EDH. The object is to get to infinite/lotsa mana, one way or another, and to try and lockdown the opponent. Wincons are Hedron Crab and Soratami Mindsweeper, who work out when my Patron gets to his job. Basic strategy is to accelerate out my Patron, find the Amulet of Vigor, and use one of my methods of landbounce to ensure a steady flow of land from the Patron.
Any suggestions for removals are welcome, as I have 104 cards in deck total.
Honorable mentions
Trinket Mage, Fabricate, Amulet of Vigor, Dizzy Spell, Drift of Phantasms: These spells are here for one purpose, and one purpose only. To grab my Amulet of Vigor, so as to make the Patron's ability a net gain in mana each turn. Transmute for either the Mage or for the Amulet, and Fabricate to grab the amulet if possible
Training Grounds, Filigree Sages, Khalni Gem, all Soratami: Grounds+Sages+Gem= Inf. Mana Combo right there, but the Training Grounds helps to support each of my Moonfolk's abilities, almost to the point where they cost 1 mana or cost as much mana as you return lands to hand. Helpful, and results in a better use of the Patron
Storm Cauldron, Khalni Gem, Mana Breach, Overburden, Flooded Shoreline, Gush, Deprive, Ensnare, Thwart, Fathom Seer, All Soratami: Used to return lands to hand, and to synergize with Patron to turn the downside into a net gain.
Gauntlet of Power: Doubles my land-produced mana in a deck that practically defecates lands? If I had to sell my soul to Satan on a 20-page contract written entirely in my own blood by mine own hand, I'd be well worth the price. Wonderful piece, almost as indispensable as the Storm Cauldron or Amulet of Vigor.
Seer's Sundial, Mysteries of the Deep, Ior Ruin Expedition, Hedron Crab: Landfall support with Patron
Sigil of Distinction: Wincon, with the infinite mana created by either Patron or Sages, equip to one of your mooks, swing for the win.
Roil Elemental: Wincon, with the constant landfall, you end up owning your opponent's board.
Spell Burst: Counterspell with buyback with a general who facilitates infinite mana? Yes please!
Azami, Lady of Scrolls: I know she gets a lot of hate, but I'm running a ton o' wizards anyways, so I thought, whyever not?
Every piece of mana acceleration: I've never found these accelerating artifacts to ever be really horrible. Ever. Just about every EDH deck I've built, I include at least a few of these, as general purpose utility.
Thanks to everyone who took the time to read this, and thanks again for any suggestions proffered.
If you could go infinite, which I think you can, use one super draw spell to make a player draw there deck, then replicate with uyo to each player. Crazy, but mean.

Fun with the guys at gamez.
"Hey Donkey Lips, Are you done Yet?"
"No, now let me see here, untap..."
"Hey Donkey Lips, let's go so I can beat your face in with my 2/2.
One second, ok I cast Emrakul. HARD-CASTED. Raah"
Indeed I can go infinite, and that's a great suggestion. I think I'll add a ton of spells that say target player draws, and use them for cantrips on myself when I can't hose my opponent with em. Do you have any suggestions for what to remove?
For now
-Ior Ruin Expedition, -Rhystic Study, -Mysteries of the Deep
+Deep Analysis, +Oona's Grace, +Wistful Thinking, +Braingeyser
two words: cloudstone curio. It's storm cauldron #2. The deck also doesn't really need so many wizards, and probably adding instead more draw and counterspells would make it more combo-centric. (Yea I have a patron deck too :)) drop sea scryer for it. your acceleration could use a boost. nice find with flooded shoreline.
This deck seems kind of awesome. I'm not necessarily sold on all of the moonfolk and whatnot, but the deck seems awesome.
Horn of Greed jumps out at me as something. If Seer's Sundial is good enough, this ought to be, right? Do you think you could abuse Howling Mine effects better than other players?
Scrying Sheets + snow mana base seems pretty when you can bounce it and return it to play repeatedly to filter through your land for additional land drops.
How often do you get down to a small library? If you do, Shelldock Isle could be busted in half, letting you cast the rest of your library almost for free.
Lastly, Adventuring Gear seems like a pretty awesome second copy of Sigil of Distinction.
tezzeret is amazing and should be here. play him search out cloudstone curio. next turn search out amulet of vigor. if you have the patron out you pretty much win.
Wow, thanks for all the amazing suggestions. Yes to Curio, Horn of Greed, Snowbase and Scrying Sheets, Adventuring Gear, Intuition, and Tezz. Any suggestions for removal? and also, any suggestions for some general-purpose counterspell and card-draw?
Also, I wouldn't ordinarily run so many Moonfolk, but their ability to sac themselves for a faster Patron is really enticing to me, and that's why I'm keeping in a lot of the sub-par Soratami. Oboro Envoy is my favorite thus far for just throwing away.
Edit: Horn of Greed out, as Patron's ability does not count it as playing a land.
I would also recommend Turnabout. Combos with Uyo and Patron, and can be a pretty nice card on its own for stalling or getting a couple more mana out of your lands.
I just realized another infinite combo and all it requires you add is a land (which you can transmute tolaria west for it, and muddle the mixture for the other piece): Lotus Vale. Have patron of the moon, oboro breezecaller, lotus vale and at least 2 other lands in play. tap lotus vale for 3 blue, use 2 of it to use oboro bouncing one of your other lands and untapping the vale. tap the vale to use oboro bouncing the other land. tap the vale again, you should have 5 mana. Pay 1 to use patrons ability putting the 2 lands back into play. use 2 mana and a bounce of a land to untap the vale, and tap it again. you now have 5 mana. use breezecaller using 2 of it to tap the vale now untap it, you have 6 mana, use patron again, and you'll have infinite blue mana. A similar thing can be done with scorched ruins, and tolarian academy had it not been banned.
Turnabout + uyo and patron or echo mage can generate infinite mana as well.
Hey Gwafa, I don't have time really for a thorough look at the deck but I just wanted to drop by and recognize you for the cool and innovative concept and deck. It looks like fun and potentially quite powerful. Keep it up.
Hey all, I've been away from Magic and EDH for a while, and I thought I'd come back and polish off my fav EDH deck so far. Made quite a few additions and subtractions, so I'm gonna post a whole new decklist. Thanks so much for all your suggestions, and I've taken a lot of them to heart in this decklist. Problem is, I'm over my 100 cards, and I'm looking for suggestions for what's sub-par and should be removed. Any advice is welcome.
Whats your primary win condition? I really don't like Sigil of Distinction though I see that you can abuse it. You should really be playing Sapphire Medallion, I also don't like Honor-Worn Shaku, Spectral Searchlight and Prismatic Lens. Have you considered Mana Vault and Grim Monolith? Great with Tezzeret. Unless I counted wrong you have 102 cards? Meaning you need to cut three cards? You could cut an Island and go down to 38 lands, that doesn't seem too bad. Oh I just saw that you have Tolaria West as another land, so you could cut another Island also. I wouldn't go too much lower than though as obviously your Islands are important to you. Is there a reason why Wistful Thinking is in here? It seems kinda bad, and you could be running better draw spells in blue. I recommend Ponder, Brainstorm and Preordain as they help you dig for your tutors and combo pieces. Have you considered Academy Ruins in case your Amulet of Vigor hits the bin? I'm not a huge fan of Magus of the Future, how have you liked it?
So I guess, in my opinion I would do this, and again this is just my opinion and I haven't played with the deck at all:
-Sigil of Distinction
-Honor-Worn Shaku
-Spectral Searchlight
-Prismatic Lens
-3x Island
-Magus of the Future
-Deep Analysis
-Wistful Thinking
The current number of cards including general is 112. =/ Yikes. Agree with a lot of those -s, the accel is mostly filler, Sigil of Distinction is used as a wincon, albeit an easily stopped one, Magus of the Future is kinda not very helpful, and Deep Analysis and Wistful Thinking are used in tandem with Inf. Mana and Uyo to deck the opponent.
Preordain, Ponder, and Brainstorm seem pretty solid, albeit only useable once. Would it be worth running Top and Crystal Ball? Academy Ruins is damn good recursion, and that's why I'm running Argivian Intuition and Myr Reclaimer. Sapphire Medallion fits in any deck of its color, so can't argue with that one, but why Grim Monolith and Mana Vault? Sure, with Training Grounds and Filigree Sages, they can produce a goodly amount of mana, but not infinite. Buuut... most of the stuff here's pretty solid.
-Sigil of Distinction
-Spectral Searchlight
-Honor-Worn Shaku
-Prismatic Lens
-3 Snow-Covered Island
-Magus of the Future
-Deep Analysis
-Wistful Thinking
Well, yet again I am posting another list for my still incomplete Patron of the Moon EDH, and it has gone through another iteration. Rather than focus solely on the general as the primary combo piece, I have substantially altered it to operate off of a large selection of infinite combos.
Patron+Oboro Breezecaller+Amulet of Vigor+Training Grounds - Infinite mana, through yet another combo with the Breezecaller. Who'da thought it would be such a comboriffic card? Plus, it's using another card used in a different Infinite Mana combo.
Filigree Sages+Khalni Gem+Training Grounds - A somewhat subpar infinite mana combo, only worth running due to the use of acceleration(Khalni Gem) and reduction in soratami abilities costs(Training Grounds).
Grand Architect+Pili-Pala - Requires a U to start the combo, but is fairly easily assembled and goes infinite quickly.
Uyo, Silent Prophet+Patron+Reality Spasm/Turnabout - a crappier Echo Mage combo, but almost as easily assembled, with the added bonus of Uyo being useable as acceleration.
Tutors
Tunnel Vision - A somewhat risky tutor, as you may end up pitching some big necessary items in your search. Use to find a wincon like Mindsweeper or Magma Mine
Tezzeret the Seeker - Very handy, can search up just about any artifact out of the gate, and a few after his first ability is used. Great tutor, even as expensive as he is.
Fabricate - Fetches any artifact you need. Pretty straightforward.
Intuition - An awesome artifact/wincon fetcher, although trying to grab anything other than that is likely to end in tears. Artifacts can rely upon Argivian Restoration, Academy Ruins, and Recall to ensure their artifacts aren't lost, and when they have to choose which way they die, their time's already up, but otherwise, skip on this as a tutor.
Meloku the Clouded Mirror - Infinite tokens, wait a turn, swing. A little vulnerable, but also used as soratami accel.
Soratami Mindsweeper - This and Patron turns any infinite mana combo into infinite landfall and mill. Very awesome, used as both wincon and acceleration.
Soratami Savant - This will piss off your opponent something awful, as it does nothing but stall. Repeatedly inform your opponent that they can end it all by forfeiture.
Treasure Trove - Infinite draw, to grab one of the "solid" wincons, but can also moderate your draw, so you won't die to, say, Dimir Guildmage.
Capsize - Opponent no longer has a board. Swing for the win. Vulnerable to counterspells.
Moonbow Illusionist - Opponent can only tap for colorless. Slows them down, but cannot outright win it for you. Very bad, but is used as accel, so worth a slot.
Braingeyser - Draws your deck, but can also deck your opponent!
Floodbringer - Taps your opponent's land down. Will lead to a very annoyed, even vexed, opponent. Remind them that they only need to concede to let the suffering end.
Mind Spring - Draws your deck, but can leave you open to forced draw. Use with caution.
Magma Mine - One of the few "solid" wincons, blows up your opponent.
Spell Burst - Boy will your opponent be pissed. Be warned, it is very vulnerable to counterspells.
So those are the interactions in this EDH. It seems okay so far, but my biggest problem is that I'm over 100(109, specifically), and could use some help trimming the deck down. Any advice, as always, is much appreciated.
I can see the islands, and Soramaro, and Overwhelming Instinct, and Fathom Seer. However, Argivian Restoration is a crucial part of my Intuition fetch package(Artifact, Argivian Restoration, and Recall), Treasure Trove is one of my most versatile infini-draws, and Drift of Phantasms is a great tutor(fetches combo pieces, tutors, and acceleration).
However, thank you very much for your suggested cuts. Likewise, that's awesome, good to see the good ol' Rabbit-Snake get some love! Out of curiosity, how does your Patron deck run? I found mine ran the best when I deviated from strictly Patron+Amulet of Vigor+Cloudstone Curio/Storm Cauldron to infinintemanacombos.dec.

1. Haha didn't mean to be harsh, just trying to help cut 9 cards like you asked for
2. Those are good reasons for keeping some of those in, they are just what caught my eye.
3. Well, my patron deck doesn't aggressively combo as much as yours. Instead I play a few more counters, and win with Empyrial Plate, Meloku, Slaver Lock or something (although it definitely can combo). I already have a very powerful combo deck, so this one is alot more laid back. I've played most other flash generals in the format and I always loved playing them; when I learned I had overlooked the patrons I had to build one

Combos and Combo Pieces
Patron+Oboro Breezecaller+Amulet of Vigor+Gauntlet of Power/Extraplanar Lens/High Tide - Infinite Mana, and assembled from parts from 2 combos and a soratami accel.
Patron+Oboro Breezecaller+Amulet of Vigor+Coral Atoll/Lotus Vale/Scorched Ruins/Soldevi Excavations - Infinite mana from a couple of superlands and a useful soratami. Nice
Palinchron+6 Snow-Covered Island+Gauntlet of Power/Extraplanar Lens/High Tide - Produces infinite mana, but only at Sorcery speed; easily played, however, and mana doublers have utility outside of combo.
Palinchron+Cloudstone Curio+Cloud of Faeries+Coral Atoll/Lotus Vale/Scorched Ruins/Soldevi Excavations - Produces infinite mana, but with a bonus! Palinchron, Cloudstone Curio, and all of the extra mana-producing lands are all part of different infinite mana combos by themselves.
Echo Mage Lv4+Reality Spasm/Turnabout - Pretty difficult to understand, at least to me. Check out masterofthechaos's Patron deck for how to understand it.
Uyo, Silent Prophet+Patron+Reality Spasm/Turnabout - a crappier Echo Mage combo, but almost as easily assembled, with the added bonus of Uyo being useable as acceleration.
Tutors
Tezzeret the Seeker - Very handy, can search up just about any artifact out of the gate, and a few after his first ability is used. Great tutor, even as expensive as he is.
Drift of Phantasms - Searches up any 3cmc card you need. Great for toolboxing up wincons and combo pieces like Capsize, Echo Mage, Grand Architect, Fabricate, Intuition, Trinket Mage, Cloudstone Curio, and Extraplanar Lens
Trinket Mage - Great for grabbing your Amulet of Vigor or Magma Mine, but that's it. Still great.
Artificer's Intuition - another, cruddier Trinket Mage, fetching Amulet and Magma Mine.
Muddle the Mixture - Fetches a wide toolbox of combo pieces and wincons, such as Reality Spasm, Braingeyser, Mind Spring, Pili-Pala, Oboro Breezecaller, Cloud of Faeries, and Artificer's Intuition. One of the most diverse and useful transmutable spells.
Dizzy Spell - a fairly tight toolbox of cards to fetch, but no less useful. Examples include Amulet of Vigor, Magma Mine, Training Grounds, High Tide, and Spell Burst.
Wincons
Soramaro, First to Dream - Infinite card draw combined with a huge body. Fun-fun.
