I am just getting into the Competitive deck building. This is my take on Ghave.
I would appreciate any feedback on my deck. My deck's main win con is creating a loop where:
Make token
Sac token for mana
Death trigger causes opponents to lose life
Repeat this loop.
I know that I need a way of creating more than +1/+1 counter and more than 1 token per ghuru activation to cause the chain to loop. Creating extra +1/+1 counter:
Path of discovery (random, but i like that it can act as card draw)
Winding constrictor
Corpsejack Menace
Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest
Archangel of Thune
Cathar's Crusade
Ivy Lane Denizen
Sigil Captain
Doubling Season
More than 1 token:
Anointed procession
Doubling Season
Parallel Lives
Considerations I believe that would make the deck more streamlined are:
Phyrexian Altar (Instant speed sac outlet to generate the mana needed)
Ashnod's Altar (Instant speed sac outlet to generate the mana needed)
Primal vigor (I think I can abuse this more than opponents)
