I'm building a combo deck that goes off by casting Thrasta, Tempest's Roar infinitely. However, if something goes wrong there's a good chance I won't be able to cast Thrasta again.

Genesis Storm comes to mind as a possible option. Stuff like Season of Growth lets me get my backup plan in place.
Alternatives to thrasta, might be a better solution. Any other creatures that can easily be recast for infinite storm/etbs?

Temur Sabertooth + Ornithopter works
Temur Sabertooth and Cloudstone Curio allow you to repeatedly make use of wirewood symbiont or hyrax tower scout to untap a big Karametra's Acolyte, priest of titania, Circle of Dreams Druid to keep the combo going.
Ah, didn't know wirewood symbiote 'only once each turn' restriction only applied per symbiote.
Hope that helps and good luck!
