I have a sakashima of a thousand faces and krark, the thumbless partner deck idea and I can't think of any budget-ish win cons. The best I got is token generators like murmuring mystic, young pyromancer, and then trumpet blast. should i add more stormy cards? some weird obscure combo I haven't heard about? Other thoughts and suggestions? Tell me everything

I mean if you go hard on clones you could run Chance Encounter. Mirror March if you’re feeling lucky with storm spells and a lot of Krark on the field.

Okaun, Eye of Chaos just beating face or getting Flinged can be a pretty solid win condition

With the 60 extra turn cards you're running it shouldn't be hard to just attack for the win with Krark though

Haze of Rage is probably superior to Trumpet Blast

Krark's Thumb seems good but more importantly in-flavor

Docent of Perfection is a great token maker and is great to copy once you transform it. Kill them with a flying Krark.
