Golos, the tireless pilgrim and Sunbird’s invocation

Once Golos, tireless pilgrim and sunbird's invocation are out when I pay mana for Golos ability will the first spell I cast from it will it trigger sunbird’s invocation?

Sunbird's Invocation triggers when you cast any spell from your hand.

Golos, Tireless Pilgrim's activated ability exiles three cards and then gives you permission to play them from exile.

Exile is not your hand.
