I am building a few decks in paper and I have been double sleeving. The deck boxes I have are all too small. What is every one else using to hold your treasures?
I use an old holiday gift box from when they used to sell them. Fits nine decks. I'm sure someone else will know more about this than me but there's a specific brand of fishing tackle box / tool box that has compartments that perfectly fit several commander decks.

It's the Stanley 10-Compartment Deep Pro Small Parts Organizer - costs about $15 and can hold a lot of decks - I currently have 14 decks in one. I don't double-sleeve, but there's a lot of extra room in the cups.
Can I mention the exact brand and type of box I use on the forums, or would that fall under anti-advertisement rules?
Either way, I suggest looking for boxes that are specifically being marketed for 100+ cards. Chances are that those can hold 100 cards double-sleeved, with the '+' coming into play if you don't double-sleeve.

I have used 100+ card boxes in the past but find with double sleeved cards it becomes too small. The last box I used was one of these, I stored the cards and years later I came back to the deck to find it not double sleeved (when I did DD sleeve they no longer fit).
I cracked the edge when It fell, the cards were fine but it did make me worried about how fragile the case is. It was an Ultimate Guard 100+ case.
as for the anti-advertisement rules, I am specifically asking for brand names and such. It would not be UN-solicited. Of course if you WORKed for such a company I would like that to be disclosed
I have gone through a lot of deck boxes trying to find the right ones so I can offer at least a little experience with different ones.
To start with, I currently use Deck Vault deck boxes from Aaron Cain. For EDH, I have him cut the window out for the commander to be seen and they look awesome. They are a little expensive but he does offer custom sizing so I got mine a little bigger to help with double sleeving (which isn't necessary; the "standard" size should hold a DS deck) and to let me put tokens in with the deck. If you have the budget, and the patience, I would recommend that route.
Otherwise, I have used the following with the following experiences:
Note that any double sleeving has been done with normal perfect fits by various companies. I never did any perfect "hards" and I currently double sleeve with the Sealable sleeves by Dragon Shield but I never used any of the below with those sleeves
Ultimate Guard Boulders
These were actually really nice, especially when paired with the Arkhive. However, they did not fit decks that were double sleeved with Dragon Shields. They fit double sleeved decks with Ultra Pro and might with the Katanas (I have not tried that yet). So, if you use Dragon Shields, this are likely not going to work
Ultimate Guard Sidewinder
This is really tight when using anything other than Dragon Shields and would not fit with Dragon Shields. They look nice and are durable, but are a little small overall.
Ultra Pro Satin Tower
I have a couple of these still and they are cheap, durable, and look nice. They fit 100+ DS cards when using Dragon Shield sleeves, but the '+' is only about 1-2 extra cards. Not a super tight fit, but not a lot of extra room. They can start to get lose where everything comes together since they just use small "nubs" for connectors so just something to watch for.
Ultimate Guard Twin Flip 'N Tray
This holds two decks and, again, can't fit decks with Dragon Shields. At least, it can't fit them in the little "trays" the box comes with. What I did was actually remove the trays and just put my decks directly into the slot on either side and they fit great. I then put my commander on top so it offered a sort of display for each commander. But, it could sometimes be a pain to get all the cards out since you need to tip the box over to sort of "dump" them out. Not a bad solution over and they were, again, fairly durable, but not the best option.
Legion Dragon Hide Vault V2
This was far and away the best deck box I used. They fit the Dragon Shield sleeves comfortable and I used the middle dice try for tokens for the decks. The sides pop out so it is easier to get the cards out and they do look pretty nice. The only real caveat is that they are slightly cumbersome when getting decks out since you do need a little more room to pop out the side, but I never found it to be an actual problem.
Hopefully that helps. I know it doesn't go over all the options and you'll notice that a common theme is that some deck boxes tend to be too small with Dragon Shields. If you use any other sleeve (I don't think any are quite as thick as Dragon Shields) you should have more room than I described above.
@ wizardMN
Thank you for the in depth reply. It will save me quite a bit of money and hassle. As I start to look into my builds I realize some of them might be worth protecting.
I currently use KMC Perfect size inner sleeves and Legion for the outer sleeve. Both have held up extremely well over the last 6+ years (average play time once or twice a week). The oldest most used Legion sleeves have a slight curl at the edges. I have not had one split on me yet. They also are nice to hold and are easy to sleeve into and out of.
I have not tried the Dragon Shield, but they seem to be the most popular. I will give them a try ( I like to have different sleeves for each deck/style).
I have just bought an Ultra Pro Satin Deck tower (it was cheap). I find it matches your description just right. Just enough room for 100+ cards DS.

Fair enough. I personally use ultra pro's deckbox pro 100+ (the ones with art-work because it makes it easier to remember what is in which box), and they work just fine when I double-sleeve my decks. They don't generally have much extra wiggle-room beyond that, (5-6 unsleeved tokens, generally), so maybe sleeve-type matters if these don't work for you?

I've been able to fit double-sleeved-with-Dragon-Shields into both of these. Its a bit snug, but do able. My fix has been to put the commander on the side as opposed to lined up with the rest of the deck, but haven't had any real issues even when its all 100 in a row.
Out of curiosity, were they the newer Dragon Shield Mattes? I wonder if something changed in production at some point to make them slightly thicker or if the ones that aren't Mattes are different. The entire reason I moved away from Boulders and the Flip N Tray was due to my decks no longer fitting. Or, maybe just the one card being put on the side was enough (I never tried it).
Ultimate Guard 100 boulders fit double sleeved decks assuming your sleeves are not too thick. I have a massive stash of 6+ year old kmc mats that were originally in a pile of binders and have been using them, but they happen to be just slightly too thick. Dragon shields fit but are very tight. Most newer modern sleeves fit just fine.
The fun part about boulders is that they fit in other ultimate guard products. I have a few of the 2x 100 card tower things that came with pull out shelves and the boulders in place of the shelves. Adds another layer and helps keep more expensive decks away from the masses when playing in public areas. 4 boulders also fit in that long ultimate guard product that becomes a singular case, which is the lot I typically take out with me on edh nights when I don't need vint/leg/modern stuff.
I do have 12x older edh decks that are all triple sleeved. I've found the best way to store these are in these antique wooden candle boxes with sliding lids. I had one from my childhood that I think was some kind of holdiay specialty nut gift box thing. Over the years I've been able to find 3 duplicates on Ebay by searching for "wood candle box" and scrolling to infinite. These are ideal for long term storage since I can control the pressure on the cards, the humidity in and near them, and they are fairly water tight around the base. They are absolutely terrible for casual play tho since it's like pulling slippery thick sleeves strait out of a fatpack.

Not entirely sure. I will say I just recently started using DSs within the past few months, so they are most likely new.
i use 200 count cardboard storage boxes. i color the top with the deck colors. nothing fancy.
they're cheap. they fit a 100 card double sleeved deck without issue. and they're durable.
we like to think omg what if it gets wet, but have you ever dropped your deck box into a puddle? ever? in 25 years i have yet to. if it gets wet from spilled soda or whatever you just toss it and get another for 50 cents.
commanders, tokens, dice, they all go into a pencil box.
They are amazing, I wish I'd invested in them sooner. They fit a double-sleeved deck perfect, and help to compress the air out of a freshly sleeved deck. I have my decks all in KMC Perfect Fit inners, Ultra Pro Eclipse sleeves, in Ultimate Guard Boulders inside Ultimate Guard Arkhives. When you invest so much into your cards, it's worth also investing in their protection.
What I will end up doing in reality is building a deck, convince myself I am going to play it, put it in a box and then store it for 3-5 years before reopening it. With this reality in mind I am going to have to avoid cardboard, and wood boxes due to the high acid content.
I'm testing out the Ultimate Guard Twin Flip'n'Tray at the moment, but have also found that double-sleeved decks are a very tight fit - to the point I think the cards may even be getting bent a little, even though I'm using Ultimate Guard's own Katana sleeves (though Dragon Shield inners). It's possible this may get better after a few days though as newly double-sleeved decks are always a bit thicker until the air is fully pressed out. For now, I'm not cramming the decks back into the tray though. I was quite disappointed that such an expensive and otherwise excellent deck box isn't a bit more generous with the space. Apart from that, I actually really like the design because you can use the dice tray for the tokens corresponding to the decks, and not many deck boxes have an extra space suitable for tokens.
I've stayed pretty loyal to Ultra Pro's Satin Tower. They hold all the cards I need, and, though I don't double-sleeve, I do try and supply the tokens for cards that donate such to my opponents, as well as my own, and they hold about 42 mini dice. It's really everything I need.
I'm using Ultimate Guard Boulders for both my Commander and Legacy decks.
All were double sleeved with Dragonshields until I switched to Eclipse for feel (again double sleeved). I notice there is a bit of room with the Eclipse vs Dragonshield.
Ultimate Guard Super Hive here. It has enough space to harbor not just the decks but also brainstorm/adjustment cards. While it's doable, I don't use small boxes inside, just cards themselves.
