Atemsis, All-Seeing (likely named after Atum/Atem the Egyptian deity, and her function similar to Exodia from YuGiOh, a game partially based on Egyptian mythos)

Tim (aka, Prodigal Sorcerer style creatures) was one of my earliest 60 cards deck. It happened during Rathi->Urza->Mercadia block so there were a lot of cards aiding that strategy, such as Horseshoe Crab, Sigil of Sleep and Charisma. Later, there were also cards like Pemmin's Aura and Freed from the Real to untap the Tims, and abusable with Arcanis the Omnipotent/Opposition/Mind over Matter.

Now, Atemsis as a commander whose ability triggers from any damage could readily build around a Tim strategy, especially Curiosity which increases your hand size per ping (therefore chance of winning). While equipments are more widely used than aura at the moment, cards like Portal of Sanctuary could be activated after Atemsis pings 1 damage, return a creature + all the aura on it to hand and thus achieve victory on the spot even if your hand size was low.

What other creatures/enchantment would be of good use for Atemsis?

The thing I want to do with Atemsis is put the trigger on the stack (which my opponent allowed to connect because I only had a couple cards in hand), then cast a big blue sun's Zenith and hope.

The hard part is making sure you have a decent distribution, because there are just so many 2 mana auras that are better than a lot of the other converted mana costs.

Another idea is that you could play Leyline of Anticipation and Vedalken Orrery along with a lot of return permanent cards like, Coastal Breach, Crush of Tentacles, Devastation Tide, Displacement Wave, Kederekt Leviathan, Paradoxical Outcome, River's Rebuke, Wash Out, in response to it's trigger.

Thx for suggestions, I'm definitely going to use transmute cards to get the ones I need at the moment.

If the deck becomes creature-based, an Evacuation could potentially seal the game as well. Cowardice is another strategy that goes well with Atemsis, both ways, either bounce opponent's creatures or bounce yours to ensure you get a perfect hand of poker straight.

I like this. One creature I can think from the top of my head is wizard mentor. With the trigger on the stack you can bounce him and Atensis and secure CMC 3 and 6, or any other you might need. Self-recurring auras such as launch Slow motion or Fool's demise might be useful tech too.

It might be interesting to use some morph or manifests too as to conceal a bit of information. Your strategy is wide open to the public as soon as they see your commander. Morph can also help get high end converted mana cost cards such as maelstrom djinn that are still playable. Thousand winds can be morphed with the ability on the stack to get back all your tapped guys.

I think I would play this deck as a super control deck, with lots of card draw, counters, and removal. Cards like Reliquary Tower let your hand be massive, and you can just hold answers to keep Atemsis safe while you swing in to reveal your cards.

Or play it one of the 99 in blue/red. Kill all opponents at once with Chandra's Ignition.

While it's one-time use only, Fatestitcher seems okay.

I like the way you think.

You can use Sigil of Sleep with Winter Orb. Back in the day, I used Rising Waters and Sigil of Sleep in a Tim deck.
