Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer was my (And probably many others') answer to RU. Izzet has always been a spellslinging pairing and Brudiclad broke the mold, not nly fcusing on artifacts (Like Saheeli) but giving us a whole new way to play RU.
Now my main issue is trying to figure out which Token generators i need or should run. My main plan is to go with a thopter/myr or goblin theme and throw in some biggies (Desolation twin) So i have a finisher or two. Helm of the host for Brudiclad so I can generate a TON of Tokens each combat and then have even more for the turn after. (Turning them all in to (non legendary) brudiclads)
But that still leaves me not knowing which way to go. I want to keep this more casual, don't want to just run over my opponents making the game unfun, but i also don't want to lose every game either, nor do I want Brudiclad to be my only win con (One is hellkite Tyrant which will use brudiclad as a win con with all the artifact myrs. If I go a goblin theme it does require more effort on brudiclad than the Thoper/myr strat.
but that is only one idea, i want a few more and don;t want every game to be winning with hellkite or just overrunning with tokens. (And i am obviously going to be running some counter to protect against things like naturalize effects. (With board wipes being the only true killer.
As for tokens, Myr Battlespere gives you additional tokens to turn into something better. I agree Tyrant seems like a good include. Steel Hellkite can be decent as removal and a beater (and is also something worth turning your tokens into if you can make a token of it).
Darksteel Forge makes sense as a form of protection though it is on the high side for cost.

Oh yea, I am running kiki with zealous conscripts and pestermite. Decent win cons.
I am also running Cackling counterpart and Splinter twin which will alow me to get tokens of creatures.
Honestly make goblins a sub theme, the ability of cards like Krenko, Mob Boss to churn out tokens is ridiculous, and there are enough token makers with goblins to fuel your brudiclad very quickly. Don’t go all out, but run Both Krenkos, siege-gang, And Beetleback along with some of the instants and sorcerers that make them. It’ll cause some quick token creation to capitalize off of Brudiclad’s ability when you get a token of, say, Blightsteel.
Also, definitely run God-Pharaoh’s Gift, that’ll allow you to get tokens of creatures with great abilities for less mana than Helm will.
Precursor Golem. Makes tokens. Makes lots of tokens with creature copying sorceries. Like, a lot.
Cackling Counterpart Precursor Golem, you get 4 more golems and a token Precursor. Let Brudiclad make all 6 golem tokens into Precursor Golem tokens, then Cackiling Counterpart flashback which triggers every golem to radiate the spell, and long story short, you have 897 Precursor Golems and 6272 vanilla golem tokens to target with Fiery Gambit, at which point it's probably faster to program a computer simulation to resolve that stack rather than play it out, both of which are slower than your friends saying "you know what, let's just say you won".

that is just brutal. soul's fire would probably be a better win though.
that is just brutal. soul's fire would probably be a better win though.
If you mean with Precursor Golem, it would not trigger for Soul's Fire since it does not target "only a single Golem".
Oh? well is there a spell that does? (I mean it targets the creature. Accelerate that targets Zada can be copied for many other creatures)
It doesn't matter that it targets a Golem; it matters that it targets *only* that Golem. Soul's Fire targets the Golem and something else and thus Golem would not trigger.
Chandra's Ignition kind of works but each copy that resolves will likely kill off other Golems so those copies won't resolve. I am not sure of a similar card that would actually work with with the Golems. I don't think it is worth finding though; that many Golems should already be enough to just win the game on their own without a need for an additional card.

that is true. Besides it would be too much of a niche card.
Are any planewalkers worth running? And I am running curse of opulence. as I feel a R to strat getting token is worthwhile

As far as I know, Fiery Gambit really is the option. Which is fine, cause in that specific scenario, you'd have 5.5 million copies of the spell and you only need to win the 2 flips like 10 times.
But being serious, since things like Cackling Counterpart are already on the table, so I'd seriously play Precursor Golem in Brudiclad, but Fiery Gambit is a worse option than literally any haste enabler and those are probably a good add anyway.

As far as the question of planeswalkers, Karn, Scion of Urza fits, as do all 3 Saheelis. Saheelis make anything a token, and Karn tokens would be like servos with Coat of Arms.

Anger and wonder will be ran anyway (haste for when brudiclad is not around and flying for the evasion.)
I will also be running cost of arms anyway. So it's like doubled) And I was curious which PWs I should be looking at. Was curious if any new ones were worth looking at too. (Like Kasmina, I want to find a deck for her) (may end up just being low end super Friends that she shows up in.)

Sneak Attack, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, and a big threat like Inferno Titan (or the aforementioned Steel Hellkite) can be decent to get a quick army with any other tokens you have.
