I want to make a Massacre Girl deck when [WAR] cards come out on April 25. I know I want to make it a mono black control deck based around having the board be kept clear with her ability. I already have ideas for what kill spells and other pieces of control I want to play in this deck.
My question that I am seeking help with is what creatures are worth playing in this deck and what cards are really good that will take advantage of Massacre Girl always killing things or being wincons when she is the only creature staying in play?
- If you want a deep cut - Hunted Horror seems pretty funny. A 7/7 should be big enough to survive most daisy chains, and two 3/3s feed the chaos and the massacre.

Grave Pact and tokens are the first cards I think of for her. Forbidden Orchard is a particularly interesting option as there will always be a creature around to start the machine gun fun with Massacre Girl.
For your question of "which creatures worth playing", I'd shoot for anything that deals with a "leaves the battlefield trigger". Massacre Wurm is a perfect example. Blood Artist and Zulaport Cutthroat are other good options. Depending on the creatures in your deck, Midnight Reaper could possibly be an option.
I haven't thought much about "wincons" for the deck, as I've been more focused on how to start the massacres and deal with the win later. I assume Mimic Vat will be a good option since you usually hope to clear the board away and may want to kidnap your opponents' large threats.

Some thoughts:
Ways to repeat her ETB such as flickering or reanimation. Nim Deathmantle is probably going to be a good piece in the deck.
The way I see it, you could go for typical mono-black win conditions like Exsanguinate/Torment of Hailfire to finish since you're just keeping the board constantly clear of creatures.
Or since Massacre Girl has Menace and doesn't kill herself you could try some sort of voltron route. 4 power makes for a 6-turn clock on commander damage, so her power needs to be higher — 7 is a decent minimum since that'll be a 3-turn clock. +1/+1 counters from stuff like Feast on the Fallen could help but you'd have to rebuild her after flicker/recursion. Fallen Ideal gives you another way to re-trigger on a turn if you have other creatures and got her primary trigger earlier that turn, plus it'll bring itself back to hand. Equipment is always a possibility, though you'll have to keep paying mana to re-attach (Blackblade Reforged/Lashwrithe/Bonehoard/Bloodforged Battle-Axe) and death-triggered pumps like Blade of the Bloodchief are tricky in the timing since you won't be able to immediately attach until the first round of triggers resolves. Champion's Helm/Captain's Claws/Cranial Plating/Hero's Blade could be good — Elbrus, the Binding Blade hilarious (but not voltron, really). A number of other decent equipment. Or shorten it even further to 10 damage using infect via Glistening Oil/Tainted Strike. Personally, this is the route I'd be trying to do just as something different — it's just so flavorful to give an assassin a bunch of weapons and send her at player's faces.
Great suggestions. I love the idea of Oversold Cemetery. I'm not so sure about Palace Siege since it costs 5 mana but I think it's worth testing. I need to get a copy, but Diabolic Intent is a definite include.

Alright, we're into the deep cuts now. Some thoughts (beyond the already excellent suggestions)
Attrition - and other sac for effect cards. this works well for stuff out of range, and starts the chain Grave Betrayal - oh the value! Rise of the Dark Realms - the finisher you're looking for Conjurer's Closet - just sick with ETB effects, and gives you a new chain every turn cycle if need be Cauldron of Souls - a REALLY deep cut for this, but it would help sculpt your Massacre Girl chains to get the best advantage you can
Based on all your suggestions here is what I have come up with for a preliminary list. Not a full 100 but cards I know I want to try not including the kill spells and draw I will play.
The best way to generate fodder for her is Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder. At a minimum, when you cast Massacre Girl with Endrek Sahr in play, the 5 Thrulls and Endrek Sahr will die along with anything else with toughness 7 or less.
Did anyone mention Mikaeus, the Unhallowed yet? Giving your team undying seems good, not to mention the sweet combo with the previously mentioned Cauldron of Souls. Also, if we're looking for an aristocrats approach, Falkenrath Noble should also be included.

How did I forget about Revel in Riches? Might as well win the game (or at least profit) if you're going to clear the board.
Revel in Riches seems great, I just don't know if it will end up being more than an alt wincon for 5 mana that gets destroyed before my upkeep. Sure, it produces a good amount of mana with its treasures but even Black Market producing mana every turn seems better to me at 5 mana.
Update: Here is a new list of the cards that I want to play that work specifically with Massacre Girl. This list also include kill spells and other generally good cards in black that I know I want to play as well.
One set of cards none of you mentioned that would be great are the small ones that can sacrifice themselves to add mana, like Blood Pet or Basal Thrull. Not only can they enable earlier Massacres if you need them, they can also help set off the chains themselves .

Not a bad idea. I like both of them and will test them out. I completely forgot about them until you mentioned them.
Edit: Basal Sliver and Blood Vassal fit in this category as well but at 3 CMC I don't think it is worth it.
Sacrifice, sac a creature and gain B equal to its manacost.
I forgot about Sacrifice specifically but I was looking at cards like Burnt Offering, obviously not playable with red mana symbols on the card, Soldevi Adnate and Culling the Weak and wasn't sure if they are playable when most of the creatures I will be playing except for a few will be low CMC. Sure, Culling the Weak turns a low CMC creature into a lot of mana but the rest only generate mana equal to the CMC which will not be a lot with most of the creatures.

- A fair number of 1-toughness creatures, especially 1-toughness creatures with useful EtB/dies effects. For instance, Dusk Legion Zealot, Burglar Rat, Pilgrim's Eye, Fleshbag Marauder, Liliana's Specter, and Nekrataal. This makes it easier to ensure you can "set off the chain reaction" with Massacre Girl. Related are creatures that can sacrifice themselves or others - good ol' reliable cards like Nantuko Husk, Yahenni, Undying Partisan, Fume Spitter, and Viscera Seer.
- Creatures that reward you for Death will largely be dying themselves with Massacre Girl, so I'd look to some of the "tougher" ones that might be able to stick it out a bit longer into a chain like Pitiless Plunderer, Butcher of Malakir, Vindictive Vampire, Marionette Master, Harvester of Souls, Ogre Slumlord, Sifter of Skulls, and Smothering Abomination. A special shoutout should go to Swarm of Bloodflies, Scavenger Drake, and Ob Nixilis, Unshackled since they should be able to survive no matter how many creatures bite it. Blade of the Bloodchief allows ANYTHING to survive even the largest of massacres and I had to mention it even though it isn't a creature. That's not to say I'd avoid smaller creatures in this vein like Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Grim Haruspex, and Pawn of Ulamog - you just have to accept they won't be long for this world.

I do want to try Pitiless Plunderer and Palace Siege I just forgot to put them on my list. I like your suggestion of Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder, though I do worry about having too many enablers at 5 CMC.
