I would also be cautious of effects that opponents can play that force you to shuffle your library while Ilharg is in there. If you can't respond to that, your general is almost gone for good. Obviously, Sensei's Divining Top and Scroll Rack can help in that regard. I would also add Citanul Flute. Maybe also add Warping Wail as it is a very versatile card anyway. Red Elemental Blast can also counter a few of them, as well as counter the counters targeting Ilharg on the stack. Sequestered Stash might also be worth consideration.

If you're worried about your deck getting shuffled by an opponents effect, which honestly isn't go to happen all that often, then Gamble is a good card for this. Gamble is just a good card period, but you can grab Ilharg, the Raze-Boar and if it happens to be the one discard to graveyard you can just send it to the command zone.

Confusion in the ranks also works really well in this deck because you can get the etb, trade your creature with someone else, and then get your creature back into your hand because of pig dad.

I'd say put Stuffy Doll on the list. Attacking with it has always been a good way to force through a ton of damage when wielded politically, but it always had the problem where it would be tricky to reset and it was often a bit too slow to react once it's clear who needs to be chunked. 0-mana haste Doll in the right spot can be big game, especially if the table is trying to chunk someone from under a Ghostly Prison. Additionally, if you don't need that precise immediate utility it can still be deployed as a wall to hold the fort while you jam sideways with your commander. I would imagine that a mono-red deck would be leveraging looting effects to filter its draws so with a sufficient critical mass of these, the Doll can be ditched when it's too early for it to make relevant plays. Any sort of Goblin Welder / Daretti shell could also recur it later in those cases if there were an existing artifact creature shell to build onto (Steel Hellkite?).

Added the voodoo doll of doom to the list.
