Ilharg, the Raze-Boar3RR Legendary Creature - Boar God
Trample
Whenever Ilharg, the Raze-Boar attacks, you may put a creature card from your hand onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. Return that creature to your hand at the beginning of the next end step.
When Ilharg, the Raze-Boar dies or is put into exile from the battlefield, you may put it into its owner's library third from the top. 6/6
Basically this commander is sneak attack on a stick, except the creature you sneak in never die but instead return to your hand. Which for creatures that enter the battlefield is very powerful. But also consider creatures you want to sneak attack in with that normally lack haste. This also means what you sneak in with won't be affected by sorcery speed answers. The other type of creatures to look out for are ones that have an effect when leaving the battlefield. The Final kind are those that trigger on dying which make it unfavorable for an opponent to attempt killing it.
Next to go over is the fact he is a 6/6 trample by himself. He is exactly +1/+0 power away from being a 3-turn clock and that he can't just be simply chump blocked.
Finally, this commander is very sticky and hard to get rid of. The means to get rid of him are something like Imprisoned in the Moon, Song of the Dryads, or Darksteel Mutation for a few examples. Meaning he will default to your library if he would be sent to the graveyard or even to exile. Normally tucking your commander is not a liked idea, but when its 3rd from the top, that means he won't be gone for long and that he dodges commander tax which is a powerful thing for red.
I've assembled a few I thought off the top my head in the decklist below. Can't wait to see what else pops up.

I'll just repost what I commented on in the spoiler thread..
For commander I see it as a really great way of protecting against sorcery speed removal. The fact that you get to put the creature back into your hand means that it's not exposed to wraths. This coupled with the ability to put Ilharg, the Raze-Boar 3 cards down, means that the commander tax can be negated.
So with Sensei's Divining Top you'll always have access to him.
The thing is that you don't even need to be putting bombs into play with him, just getting some reusable value is fine, ala Solemn Simulacrum, Imperial Recruiter.., and use him more for the bounce back to hand.
You can use Reality Scramble to basically make sure that you can get Ilharg, the Raze-Boar from the top cards of your library with some of your smaller creatures more quickly. The retrace on it makes it easy to just discard lands to keep putting him back into play.

I like Brass Herald if you can get your creature types consistent, hint Dragons isn't the worst way to go, but you can also choose Boar if your general has been tucked.
Oh man, I was coming here to do this very thing. Let's brew!
Removal: Meteor Golem, Duplicant, Firemaw Kavu, Flametongue Kavu, Spitebellows, Steel Hellkite, Chaos Maw, Crater Hellion, Balefire Dragon
I'm not going to include any of the "etb: destroy artifact" creatures, as they're pretty common in red and you can season the deck with those as you see fit. The golem and Duplicant will be back breaking over a few turns, the Kavu and Spitebellows are useful for keeping toolbox creatures in check. Hellkite can fill a number of roles and the flying means you'll probably connect more often than not. Chaos Maw and Crater Hellion can get those pesky chump blockers out of the way, and we all know what Balefire does by now.
Ramp: Solemn Simulacrum, Burnished Hart, Pilgrim's Eye
Not a ton to choose from here, but even just being able to repeatedly hit those triggers to thin the deck for late game gas can be useful.
Sac Outlets/Exile Miren, the Moaning Well, Keldon Necropolis, High Market, Safe Haven, Endless Sands
We need ways to deal with the enchantments that can knock Ilharg out permanently. Even if it means losing him temporarily, having ready access to a cheap/free way to get him off the board and out from under a pesky enchantment will certainly pay off. These cards are all fairly strong on their own anyway (except maybe necropolis), so we're not stretching the deck to include them imo.

With the thievery and token production, having an outlet like phyrexian altar means infinite mana, draw, and combat step potential. Krenko is just cheap and useful and provides you with lots of tokens for your things like Purphoros or altar + aggravated assault.

So with Sensei's Divining Top you'll always have access to him.
You can even use your own Oblivion Stone or Nevinyrral's Disk or Perilous Vault or Ugin, the Spirit Dragon and just not commit anything but Ilharg, the Raze-Boar.
The thing is that you don't even need to be putting bombs into play with him, just getting some reusable value is fine, ala Solemn Simulacrum, Imperial Recruiter.., and use him more for the bounce back to hand.
But a bomb or two is still good fun, I especially like;
Dream Pillager, Dragon Mage, Hellkite Tyrant, Bogardan Hellkite, Avatar of Slaughter, Balefire Dragon.
You can use Reality Scramble to basically make sure that you can get Ilharg, the Raze-Boar from the top cards of your library with some of your smaller creatures more quickly. The retrace on it makes it easy to just discard lands to keep putting him back into play.
I like Etali, Primal Storm as well, as it allows you to get Ilharg, the Raze-Boar into play earlier from the top of your library.
Niv-Mizzet Reborn
Feather, the Redeemed
Estrid, the Masked

What about Steel Hellkite or Myr Battlesphere? Sorry, its late so I am trying to list these as I remember them.
Experimental Frenzy can give you access to Ilharg, the Raze-Boar more quickly if put into your library.
Countryside Crusher can help clear away lands from top of your library, getting you to Ilharg, the Raze-Boar more quickly.
For the same reasons of getting deeper into your deck, Faithless Looting, Tormenting Voice, Cathartic Reunion.
Sandstone Oracle is a must.

Removal:
Meteor Golem, Duplicant, Firemaw Kavu, Flametongue Kavu, Spitebellows, Steel Hellkite, Chaos Maw, Crater Hellion, Balefire Dragon

Token Shenanigans:
Myr Battlesphere, Precursor Golem, Siege-Gang Commander, Beetleback Chief, Chancellor of the Forge, Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor
Combined Purphoros, repeated token generation can drain a board quickly, but generating a go wide army or a field of chump blockers can have it's own merits.
Ramp:
Solemn Simulacrum, Burnished Hart, Pilgrim's Eye
Not a ton to choose from here, but even just being able to repeatedly hit those triggers to thin the deck for late game gas can be useful.
Sac Outlets/Exile
Miren, the Moaning Well, Keldon Necropolis, High Market, Safe Haven, Endless Sands
"I'll Take That"
Molten Primordial, Zealous Conscripts, Hellkite Tyrant
Card Draw/Looting
Combustible Gearhulk, Bedlam Reveler, Book Devourer, Dragon Mage, Rowdy Crew
To The Face!
Spawn of Thraxes, Bogardan Hellkite, Inferno Titan, Demanding Dragon, Fanatic of Mogis
Some of these can pull double duty as removal, but dealing 3-6+ additional damage on top of combat damage every turn won't take long to whittle a player down.
Let's Do It Again!
Combat Celebrant, Savage Beating, Aggravated Assault, Fury of the Horde
What's better than one free Sneak Attack trigger per turn?
Niv-Mizzet Reborn
Feather, the Redeemed
Estrid, the Masked

Yeah, I knocked Azamuki off the list almost immediately after I posted because I forgot he was one of those stingy Kamigawa flip cards.
