Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
My first thoughts that I posted on the New Card Discussion thread was that cards like Goblin Welder, Daretti, Scrap Savant, Scrap Mastery, and Feldon of the Third Path all want those cards in teh graveyard, so I thought that Red artifact decks would love this. I'm definitely grabbing a copy for my Bosh, Iron Golem deck, but I can see this in a lot of UR or other artifact decks that really want the looting (like my Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind deck)
The other way that I thought of was with cards like Grim Lavamancer, cards with Madness, Flashback, or Unearth, various Phoenix cards, etc. that could go into a more aggro-ish build.
Does anyone think Neheb Dreadhore Champion would work in a Neheb the eternal deck?
I can totally see Neheb, the Eternal or the new Neheb, Dreadhord Champion being the commander and including the other in the maindeck as each would help facilitate the other's gameplan.

Assault Strobe/Temur Battle Rage/Uncaged Fury and the likes are propably retarded good.
Aggravated Assault and Hellkite Charger can easily go for infinite attacks with Neheb, Dreadhorde Champion if combined with Kozilek, Butcher of Truth or Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre.
