Any deck list in the database which contains Sol Ring is now invalid and will be removed from our database in the next 48 hours unless the list is updated to include 100 legal cards. This got me good. I saw it late last night when I didn't have my guard up yet for April 1st. I was halfway through creating a thread here when it hit me... I guess all I can do is relish the memories of those 5 minutes of sol ring ban bliss.
I must be the only one who was upset! I saw it and was halfway through reading it to my coworker when it dawned on me that is was fake. Still thought I'd share and check though
Even more obvious since they don't kick off decks that have banned cards in them, as long as they were built before the ban.
(or at least I think that's what's going - stuff that's been banned basically forever like gifts and fastbond have 0 hits, but worldfire managed to squeak in 40-odd decks before getting smacked with the hammer).
If they were really serious about trying to snare a few people with this one, they should have put their "Banned" label on the Sol Ring artwork like they do for other banned cards.
