I've been testing out Trinisphere in my Rakdos, the Showstopper deck.
I've only gotten it out in one game so far, and not early enough to wreak any real havoc, but there were some great satisfying moments later in that game of other players casting a couple of spells and then trying to finish up their turns with a 1 or 2 CMC spell that they couldn't afford and whose omission really messed up their plans. The best of which was the Muldrotha player not being able to return their Spore Frog to play and allowing me to kill them on my next turn.
Tried a somewhat madness-themed Olivia, Mobilized for War deck out for the first time. Mostly it was an excuse to run all the goofy red/black and monored pet cards that I couldn't play anywhere else.
To my delight, Cyclops Gladiator proved to suddenly be a good card (well, relatively) with the small addition of haste. Later wraths fell, but the K&T player filled my hand back up with a Minds Aglow. I then took someone out with a double-striking Two-Headed Giant and it made my day.
I had the play made against me, but a guy cast Victimize sacrificing the Xantcha, Sleeper Agent I had given him. It was the art where Gix is actually dragging Xantcha to her death.
Dat combo!
Finds its way in all my lifegain themed decks, and currently is in Karlov of the Ghost Council, havn't managed to get them out together once ever
To me, unexpected fog effects are amongst the greatest plays of EDH games.
Once fogged an alpha strike just after a freshly made pact was broken. The backstabber caused a lot of fuzz around the table, but the unexpected Comeuppance made sure he was the one who suffered
Man-lands and Ooze had swung last turn, and I was hurting. My turn rolls around, and I realize I have no cards in hand. Take the poke from Visitor to draw an extra card...Amulet of Vigor. Nice, but nothing stellar to save my butt. Scarab triggers, shock my opponents to scry...2 lands. Yeahno...put them on the bottom and risk drawing the next two: one of which was Army of the Damned. Amazingly, I have enough mana to play them both, so I now have 17 blockers. Pass turn, Damia has nothing, Nissa can't pull anything else amazing but still tries to get through my wall; I chump all of her creatures. Nail my opponents for 9 next turn, flashback Army(for 24 total zombies), mutually agreed GG.

Actually, that’s the best one I’ve read so far.
A nice one I did was a turn 2 fervor into ritual-hellcarver demon turn 3, smash, then flip a savage beating, so I bash again, and flip another 6.
Didn’t end up winning, And I probably should have waited 1 more turn to get enough mana to doomsday first and combo win, but still felt kinda nice.
Oh I finally thought of one. Unfortunately, it was also mentioned on an episode of Game Knights a few months back, but I'll repeat for posterity. I swear it happened!
Turn 2, I played Sakura-Tribe Elder. I did not sac him because...
Turn 3, I played Journey to Eternity on Steve. Sacc'd Steve to get a land tapped. This transforms Journey into Atzal, Cave of Eternity and brings back Steve. I sacc'd Steve again to get another land EOT.
Turn 4, Played land, brought back Steve with the ability of Atzal, sacc'd him again.
Turn 5, I untapped with 7 lands in play.
Was playing my "Mind's Vial-ation" deck, and was living the dream (the dream being Mind's Dilation and Vial-Smasher the Fierce, combo too inconsistent to win but makes you feel like a damned supervillian while its going. Anyways, monored player flips me an Insurrection. Board state is pretty week at the time, but I do get a Toothy, Imaginary Friend with about 15 counters on it. I thwack someone for 15, then uses the guys mana dorks to cast Mystic Confluence to bounce Toothy to his hand and draw me 15 cards.
T2 Sakura-Tribe Elder, end of turn cycle pop him and ramp. T3 Eternal Witness to grab him back and do it again. Nice simple ramp early. Not a big move, but kept a questionable hand on account of this and it paid off nicely.
I had to find this thread real quick, cause I might have a new favorite. Saheeli, Sublime Artificer transforming Howling Mine into a mana rock and tapping my Howling Mine for mana.

Zedruu: "This deck is not only able to go crazy - it also needs to do so."
Casting Heroic Intervention in response to someone trying to save another player from being killed by me. And then looking at that guy like "Guess who's next".
4-player game, the Lord Windgrace deck had stabilized at 5 life and had the table controlled. That player cast a Torment of Hailfire where X=31, which represented lethal to the board. We were all tapped down except the Scion of the Ur-Dragon had 2 lands untapped.
With the torment on the stack, the Scion player cast Rakdos Charm, mode was each creature does 1 damage to its controller. Windgrace player had 6-7 creatures and died before the torment resolved.

I'll never stop singing the praises of Rakdos Charm honestly. Card has always put in so much work.

How I know I should build a deck:
Cryptic Gateway tapping Changeling Berserker and Fire-Belly Changeling, in response to the Cryptic Gateway trigger bounce Changeling Berserker with Walker of Secret Ways, put Changeling Berserker back into play with Cryptic Gateway, champion a different Mothdust changeling.
6 card combo to get the ability to have 1U: Vindicate twice.
The Ur-Dragon (WUBRG) - Changeling Combo Tribal
Chromium (WUB) - Artifact Beats
Progenitus (WUBRG) - Dredge
Damia, Sage of Stone (GBU) - Elf-storm Tendrils
