Been wanting to make a Xantcha, Sleeper Agent commander deck with a chaos theme to it, like silly cards and interactions that make the game fun for the owner but hectic for the opponents. Cards like Captive Audience, Cauldron Dance, Sire of Insanity, Blood Moon, etc. So something to troll my friends with, would any experienced chaos or interaction based magic players have any advice for someone who usually runs Mono-Green Aggro?
Thanks

You can run Knowledge Pool and Possibility Storm. You control both, so you can stack the triggers so that you can get something out of the Knowledge Pool and then flip for Storm, while you can make your opponents resolve Storm first which means they cannot access stuff within the Knowledge Pool. This becomes especially awesome if you have a Painful Quandry out which makes them discard 2 cards or pay 10 life to resolve a random spell. Or 3 cards or 15 life if you allow them to cast something out of the Knowledge Pool.
I’d also add something like War’s Toll which essentially makes your opponents play at sorcery speed and just jam attacks.

Vulshok Battlemaster can really troll them if they have good equipment in play.
Havoc Festival is less chaos and more just watching the world burn, but it does affect your opponents first.
