So with the guild kits i built myself a battle-box, (using the DnD Guild d10 to random select which guild each player at the table will play) And while doing so i was thinking what if I converted the currently untouched Guild decks into EDH decks. So I am looking at them and there are a few things i need to take care of.
First off, the Land base. I am going to keep them all the same (As in each guild will have the same land of their respective colors. Dual, Shock, Filter, Check, Pain, Bounce, gate, Scry, fast and fetch. They will also have access to Command tower, Opal Palace, Path of Ancestry and Reflecting pool. (15 lands thus far)
So with a 37 land count per deck, we are looking at 22 slots for basics. So split right down the middle, 11 and 11.
As for rocks, While I have enough Sol rings, I am not running it, i want to keep these rather casual (so no super fast mana in terms of sol ring. But i will be running the Locket and Signet of each guild)
As for Commanders, obviously the premium foils will be the guild leaders, and I will be running all the guildmages. (i believe 3 per guild) so I am now needing the rest of the deck, that is currently 43/100 cards taken care of.
Obviously this is meant to be casual and i want to try keeping most of the deck restricted to the ravnica blocks. (As I feel they are the best sets to play off of the commanders) But i am open to other sets but as a "tribal" deck i would like to keep it to the guild aspects represented in the sets. So I need help, 57 cards needed for all 10 decks. (Though guild leaders and champisonw will probably narrow it down.)
I understand your desire for equal manabase but if you split it like this I feel you'd have to avoid green based ramp because you're taking fast mana from boris. Things aren't so cut and dry when building different color combos. I'd just build an equal power level deck each.
I had a similar idea. I was going to use the guild water marked cards only. There is roughly 100 guild watermaked cards per guild from all 3 Ravnica Blocks. I might open up the decks to more flavor cards to help the power level of the decks. Here is a link to the all the guild cards: https://tappedout.net/users/Jaysands/mtg-decks/?&p=1&page=1
Green having access to ramp would give them an unfair advantage if you don't allow non green from playing with fast mana. I guarantee the power level from simic to boros will be wide. I don't think every deck will need sol ring but some will need it to be able to keep up.
Love this idea. I would also recommend adding the cluestone and keyrune for each guild, and also give them all darksteel ingot, mind stone, thran dynamo and Hedron Archive.

I will do that. Though thran dynamo is a little expensive. (Unless it dropped)

Or I could just play to their strengths. Tokens for Selesnya, big Hastey stuff for Gruul, Growth for Simic and graveplay for Golgari. no fast mana and yet still on theme.
These decks are not meant to be competitive, they are meant to be fun. So i keep the theme of the guild in tact.
i can instantly see the huge power gap between boros and practically every other colour combination (if you're going to stick to only-ravnica-block).
If you're going to be running sol rings and the like, boros needs it. I'd go all in on indestructible, board wipes, some targeted land destruction, pressure deck. it's gonna be a real tough job getting it to work in a multiplayer setting.
Ramp might not be a huge disadvantage for Boros if you stick to Ravnica only blocks. I guessing the other decks won’t have as much ramp as well. No kodoma’s reach or cultivate etc. But card draw/ card advantage could be an issue for Boros. Maybe adding cards like Mentor of the Meek not a Ravnica card but flavorwise could work.
I have thought a lot about this. A few things I think are "fair metrics" are...
1) Have the deck run at least 50 watermarked cards. If you are running Signet, Locket, Shock, Bounce, and Gate plus a Commander you need 44 more watermarked cards.
2) The decks are not allowed to run any cards marked of another guild - only Izzet gets Cyclonic Rift no matter how good it would be in all the other blue-based decks.
With that, looking at each Commander, I'll start with Azorius. If I go through EDHRecs, the following cards are Azorius marked and insanely common to Isperia, Supreme Judge or are cards you mentioned you already want to include:
That's only 28 cards, so we have a long way to go. I'm also making my own judgment call that Azor and Dovin "count" as water-marked, but Riot Control and Condemn (which are popular inclusions) do not count as water-marked so depending on one's definition we've got 26-30 cards in the deck with marks.
So next I looked at Watermarked cards, especially marked cards that are relatively new and clearly amazing in Isperia. I am also looking for our strategy here, and it feels to me like Isperia rewards a controlling, responsive game - such a game plays well into utilizing Addendum. My goal is to get up to 24 cards so you have plenty of flexibility.
There's some questionable cards in there; Azorius is among the tougher guilds. Again, there's debate there - I have Dovin again, but still am not counting Condemn, Riot Control, Remand, Repeal, Cancel, Verity Circle, Arrest or other cards with clear Azorius Flavor but no guild water mark. There's also possibly a world where you have High Alert as a build-around, but I chose not to pursue it.
Finally, I'll give a few thoughts on non-Azorius cards that feel absolutely crucial and fair to include: Counterspell, Swords to Plowshares, Path to Exile, Wall of Denial, Return to Dust, Aetherspouts, Comeuppance, Entrapment Maneuver, Disallow, Day of Judgement. The idea here is to give a janky deck some more powerful, flavorful control tools. I personally dislike going full "Pillow Fort" on Isperia - I'd rather invite the attacks with only one "Fort" effect (ISperia herself) and then have ways to punish those attacks in the form of removal, fogs, and other rattlesnake cards.

the thing is, with pillowfort, it is not a deck you can pick up and play as easily as say a "Turn sideways" gruul deck. All deck I am building focus on fun decks for newbies or people who may just want to try a more casual deck. Sure they may not all be the same strategy, but Pillowofort is not gonna fly well with everyone. Especially if you are rolling to randomly decide which deck you will be playing.
So I would rather keep basic gameplay as apparent as possible while having some little tricks behind it.
Granted there is a lot of time to think about it as due to recent events in my life, converting them is not a luxury I can afford to do right now. I could sell cards, but doing so would be for money i need to use to pay pills, not to build decks.
It will be difficult to balance for a 40 life format, but I would say to build the decks and tune afterwards.
I would set strict limitations (like limiting the number of cards not found in a Ravnica set) and then push the decks as much as possible within those limitations.

that's a good idea. I will figure out the formula and then tweak it so every deck can follow the same format.
I should also mention that chnaces are i will not include any PWs. Mainly due to the fact that not ever guild has one that works. I mean there are four R/B PWs and Boros has one less at a whopping three. I just feel it is unfair.
I think the biggest thing is going to be deciding which theme to concentrate on for each guild. Some guilds are pretty much set; Selesnya's mechanics of Convoke, Populate, and Convoke again are prime for going down a tokens theme route, and Simic is almost mandatory that it be a +1/+1 counter deck with Graft, Evolve, and Adapt. Differentiating Boros from Rakdos is also going to be hard given that they are kinds in all-out attack mode.
Anyway, I think that once you start looking at all the various 10-card cycles that permeate through the various Ravnica blocks, you will see cards that will become auto-includes for each deck. For example, each guild was given an artifact and a land with a guild-colored activation cost in the original Ravnica block, and all of those cards are very "in-tune" with what those guilds are all about.

Yea, along with the charms. I think in most cases, so long as it has "Guild name" in teh card's name, it will be included. (In most cases, not all)
Here’s some pictures of my Guild decks. They have the Ultra Pro sleeves and I’m using the Standly 10 compartment organizer that the Professor reviewed here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kSm49YvmBbg&vl=en
I used stickers from the guild kits for the side of each commpartment
The two extra compartments at the top are used for token/dice storage and a 5 color Gates deck that is very much a work in progress.

I am also using the stanley. However I bought a second since i was given two double compartments in both. So My EDH box has 3 double compartments while my guild one has 10 (And a double for my planechase cards)
Since a few deck will be taken apart for my guild decks I will have to rebuild. My Dragons are staying in tact and My cEDH will remain intact as well.
I did not know the sides were big enough to house the stickers. i will probably do that. As for sleeves, i am using Dragon shield. i would have gone with the guild art ultra pro, but i have not been happy with their quality. (Plus they were hard to find. If I need to distinguish which deck is which (Although I will learn the colors and position quickly.) I will just print a card to go on top like your sleeves.
The sides are a perfect size for the stickers. I used the entire sticker as opposed to just the center circle. I ordered the dice, stickers and pins off eBay for about $25.
If you have the dragon sleeves no need to switch them out as the quality is better. Not a huge fan of the matte front and glossy back of the Guild sleeves. But the sleeves are durable and look great!

Haha. I didn’t really want them but it came with the dice and stickers. They look neat but i wouldn’t ever use them.
Oh well since I am not selling those, i guess i might not get sales (I may end up buying a second set of dice just so the guilds have 2 guild dice for a 40 life total)

i'm still working on the decks. I have been unable to do much with work, car repairs, injury and just keeping myself busy with other things. But i did get my non foil teysa in the mail, so at least i can play 60 card magic for now.

3) Avoid running cards with obvious flavor of a non-Ravnica plane. I think Boros should absolutely get to run Mind's Eye, Solemn Simulacrum, Land Tax, Scroll Rack, etc if you think it helps, but Archangel Avacyn, Iroas, God of Victory, Sensei's Divining Top, and Sram, Senior Edificer are all no-nos.
You can use your own judgement on where the line is - are Helm of the Host or Stoneforge Mystic or Steelshaper's Gift okay in Boros? Does Thousand Year Storm count as an "Izzet Watermark" card? But that'd be my starting guideline.
With that, looking at each Commander, I'll start with Azorius. If I go through EDHRecs, the following cards are Azorius marked and insanely common to Isperia, Supreme Judge or are cards you mentioned you already want to include:
