Divine Retribution WWWX
Instant
Prevent X damage that each attacker would deal to you this turn. If damage from a creature source is prevented this way, Divine Retribution deals that much damage to that creature's controller.
Essentially I want a big punishment for going super wide in combat. I know Comeuppance is a thing too but this one would be a little more mana intensive and could potentially kill a player for going wide. I feel its a fair printing given the white intensity to cast, it fails to stop a few big threats, and its very mana intensive to cast to prevent large creatures.
Most of what I wish they'd print is just incomplete cycles (*cough* Urborg, tomb of Yawgmoth *cough*) and tweaks on things that already exist. Like I wish that Kess, Dissident Mage didn't have the "During each of your turns" stipulation; She's just so bad as is, and I understand the exiling and only one per turn, but only during your turn just kills it. I don't necessarily have "cards" I want printed, other than the completion of cycles, but rather just certain effects or card types I want printed.
LAND IDEAS:
-- A nonbasic land with the "A deck can have any number of cards named ~." on it.
-- Five Locus-typed lands that each can tap for a specific color with some sort of "~ can tap for any color that another Locus you control can produce."
-- Claws of Gix on a land that can tap for mana. Note: Not ":symtap:, sac a permanent: gain 1 life", but rather ":1mana:, Sac a permanent: Gain 1 life. :symtap:: at 1 to your mana pool."
--
Commander Ideas:
-- More commanders like Seton, Krosan Protector and Azami, Lady of Scrolls that have an ability to tap a creature of a certain type to do things. A red commander that has "Tap an untapped Shaman you control: ~ deals one damage to any target." or a black commander that lets you tap a rogue to give a creature -*/-*.
-- More commanders like Toshiro Umezawa, like a red one that only gives sorcery spells flashback.
-- More commanders like Glissa, the Traitor, but with different colors, trigger conditions, and card types to return. Examples include a Rakdos one that triggers off artifacts being destoryed and returns a creature to the hand, or an Azorius version that triggers off spells being countered and returns an enchantment to the hand.
--
Other:
-- An enchantment version of Mirrorworks. Dream Prism 4W - Enchantment. Whenever an nontoken enchantment enters the battlefield under your control you may pay 2, if you do create a token that's a copy of that enchantment."
Most of what I wish they'd print is just incomplete cycles (*cough* Urborg, tomb of Yawgmoth *cough*) and tweaks on things that already exist.
Now that I think about it, I think an Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth equivalent would be fantastic. Realistically/lore-wise, I don't know if every color could have it, but I at least see one for Islands, possibly one for Forests, and MAYBE one for Mountains. I don't know how the Plains one could feasibly work though.
The lands would still be very balanced as Black has the most effects based on Swamps (read as: Cabal Coffers) with Temur-colored lands in a close second. White doesn't get too much for counting the number of Plains (except Emeria, the Sky Ruin).
I think WOTC is afraid of the potential power considering how much use Urborg already receives.
One of the things I've long wanted, it turns out I'm not alone. In last week's Tolarian Community College podcast, the interviewer asked Gavin Verhey about cards for old characters in Commander products and elsewhere, and Verhey stated specifically that he would like to see a new, actually good card for Baron Sengir. No guarantees were given, and Verhey notes that his "wish list" of such cards is about 3 pages long, but I am glad the Baron is at least on the radar.
As I posted ages ago, I'd like to see a new Baron something like this.
Baron Sengir
Legendary Creature - Vampire 2BBBB
Flying
Baron Sengir cannot be damaged, blocked or targeted by the abilities of Vampires other than Baron Sengir.
Whenever a creature dealt damage by Baron Sengir this turn dies, put two +1/+1 counters on Baron Sengir.
The lands would still be very balanced as Black has the most effects based on Swamps (read as: Cabal Coffers) with Temur-colored lands in a close second. White doesn't get too much for counting the number of Plains (except Emeria, the Sky Ruin).
I think the biggest effect on other colors would be ensuring your landwalk abilities are turned on for all opponents, for free, using a permanent type that relatively few people even attempt to deal with.
As for what I'd like to see, I wanted something like this when they first revealed they were doing enemy color pair commanders:
???? 2RW
Legendary Creature -- ????
First strike
When ~ enters the battlefield, if an opponent controls more lands than you, you may search your library for a Plains card and put it onto the battlefield.
When ~ enters the battlefield, if an opponent controls four or more lands, you may destroy target nonbasic land that player controls.
3/3
The Ur-AngelWUBRG
Legendary creature - Angel
Flying, vigilance, first strike, lifelink.
Eminence - As long as The Ur-Angel is in the command zone or on the battlefield, you may spent mana as if it was mana of any color to play Angel spells.
5/5
So I can finally build a decent 5 color white Angel deck!

The secret to enjoyable Commander games is not winning first, but losing last.

Now that I think about it, High Tide decks in 60-card formats would be better being able to branch out of blue much easier. A Tomb of Yawgmoth for Islands would be instant legacy playable and that alone would probably keep wotc from printing the rest of the cycle.
Another thing I would be interested in seeing more of would be commanders like the theros style gods and Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle. I want more commanders that are only creatures when you want them to be.
Goblin Profiteer 1RR
Creature - Goblin
Whenever you attack with a goblin, create a treasure token for every two attacking goblins you control.
Sacrifice 2 treasure: search your library for a goblin card, reveal it, and put it in your hand. Then shuffle your library.
2/2
Creating treasure on attacks and searching goblins are all things that red already does. The actual efficiency of all of this can be easily tweaked for how much treasure it should make or if it should cap at one treasure / combat. It could also easily be named and turned into a legend which I think red could use more tribal commander options.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
If you meant to get treasures equal to half your attacking goblins, the trigger condition should be "Whenever you attack with one or more goblins". Otherwise you're producing X * (X / 2) treasures, where X is attacking goblins. (Mardu Ascendancy would change things a bit, since it could increase the second X but not the first.)
This creature cannot attack its owner or planeswalkers he controls.
Creatures that you and its owner control gains deathtouch
Discard two cards: Target player gains control of unexpected poisoner, any player may activate this ability, its owner may only discard one card to activate this ability
I still wait for shark tribal, presumably under the guise of Fish tribal. Sort of like how Mummies had to settle as being Zombies but in white instead of black.
They got dinosaurs done so they'll get there someday.
I want more effects like Clever Impersonator and/or Helm of the Host so that copying noncreature and/or legendary permanents is easier. Something along the lines of this.
Mirror's Envy3UU
Instant [M]
Create a token that's a copy of target permanent, except it isn't legendary.
Mystical Teachings without Black in its color identity. A few Azami ideas with Naru Meha and Teferi I'd love to tutor up without having to commit to another color. Don't even care about the flashback.
Riftbreakers' PushXW Instant (U)
Rally (Any number of players can pay up to X of this spell's cost)
Any number of target players reveal their hands, then put up to X permanent cards that were put there from the battlefield onto the battlefield. The unnatural disaster cleared, revealing an army triggered into entering the battlefield.
I based the color decision on Faith's Reward since I think the bounce requirement makes the "sneaking" irrelevant to the color pie as opposed to the "response to mass-removal" part. The hand-reveal part was honestly just to ease confusion during the whole process. Made it to scale instead of "all permanents" so that it can be used not as just an answer, but for combo-ideas and threw in a dialed-up version of Assist because it's pretty obvious what this card was originally planned to hose.
Sylvan Explorer 2GG
Creature - Elf
When (~) ETB, search your library for a land card and put it into your hand. Shuffle your library.

Ambitious Scout 1GG
Creature - Elf

1/1
I want a creature 4 cmc or less that can search for ANY land and put it into my hand or battlefield.
Currently testing Utvenwald Hydra for the same ability as an ETB, but need something cheaper mana wise.
Could be set as a 1/1 for GGG. Keeps it cheaper CC-wise, but still make it slightly harder to splash. Also keeps it on par with cards like Borderland Ranger.

Otherwise you're producing X * (X / 2) treasures, where X is attacking goblins. (Mardu Ascendancy would change things a bit, since it could increase the second X but not the first.)
I was going for half treasure of attacking goblins because one for one seemed a little too good given how swarm based goblins are. Its also possible that it would need to cap the potential treasure creation or only get the option to make one treasure in an attack.

Mordrana, Hex-Queen 1BB
Legendary Creature - Human Shaman
Deathtouch
When Mordana or a creature you control would leave the battlefield, you may create a token that is a copy of target Curse you control (you may choose a new player for it to enchant as it enters the battlefield). BB, T: Search your library for a Curse card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library. WUBRG: Return all Curse cards from your graveyard to the battlefield.
1/3
Curses are fun but mostly way too janky for EDH. I'd love a "Curse Commander" that allows folks to just play all the curses. I had to go really overboard with this one because Curses are generally janky - it's powerful but narrow enough that I think it'd be fine.
