However, there is one flaw in the above methods. Reito Lantern and Sun Titan cannot be tutored by Zur.
What enchantment is there that can be tutored by Zur to put Second Chance back into Library (therefore replacing Reito Lantern) or put Second Chance from graveyard back into play (therefore replacing Sun Titan)?
PS: I don't know how to use gatherer to search for such specific cards, so I am turning to you guys.

I think you should ignore the above poster. Even if you figure out how to use gatherer, doesn't mean you want to go through hundreds of enchantments only to not find anything.
I have seen enough Zur decks to know that there are no enchantments with CMC 3 or less that can tutor creatures, and none that can tutor a CMC 2 artifact. There is one enchantment that is like a blue survival of the fittest for artifacts with CMC 1.
I think there are two ways to dig for your combos.
1. Get some good life gain enchantments. This will let you dig more with Necropotence. Peace of Mind, for example, can work well.
2. Get some self mill effects... Fraying Sanity? Mill Sun Titan and reanimate with Animate Dead.
I love your idea of using Second Chance, but it will be hard to get the combo going just with Zur. You need other tutors.

If you're looking through hundreds of options with parameters that specific, you haven't learned to use the tools very well. There are only 5 tutorable enchantments in Zur's color identity that do any kind of tutoring and only 94 that reference the GY in the rules text. If I can skim through them in 5 minutes, OP can do it just as easily.

Right, but sometimes the card you want won't come up if your wording is too specific. I think it is always worthwhile to ask the board for suggestions. Even if you don't get exactly what you want, you can get some ideas. While op was looking for tutors, someone could know another, more effective Last Chance combo that uses some of the same pieces.

Entirely fair. I'd still prefer that the default course of action was to put even a token effort into the search rather than throwing up your hands and deciding that you'll never understand complex tools like search engines which include very granular options in dropdown menus and plenty of documentation, even if you don't know the syntax.
Forums are a great way to find the stuff you missed because of things like unusual wording and to get alternative solutions to the problem you're trying to solve. I do appreciate that the end goal (I want to take infinite turns) and the ideas (Second Chance can help me take infinite turns and is tutorable by my general) were clearly laid out in the OP because asking for very specific cards without explaining why is even worse. That part of the question is great. It's the "I don't know how to use a search engine, please search for me" part that rubs me the wrong way.

There is nothing wrong with simply throwing up a request for some type of cards on the forum, because at the end of the day the syntax for wording on Magic cards changes over the years, so it's incredibly difficult to find what you are looking for even with knowing how to use the gatherer search perfectly.
I guess I'm being protective here of the original poster, because I just use the Ruling forum for all my questions. Sure I could do some sort of searching on the rules PDF, but it's just easier to fire off a question on the forums, and people are more than happy to help out.
And they are not specifically saying they simply don't know how to use gatherer, they are saying "to search for such specific cards", which is completely true, as even I'm finding it difficult to know exactly "what keywords to search" for this particular query they have. I think this is what the user is saying.
You can have two cards that do exactly the same thing in Magic, but the wording is different and so you end up missing it in your searches because you've been lead to try and search for some keywords that you think are the only ones that are going to find it.
On the original question, the only enchantment I could find was Quest for Ancient Secrets, but you have to have other things to get infinite going, i.e. milling yourself for 5 each turn and needing to Zur search twice for both the Second Chance and Quest for Ancient Secrets.

Thanks Darren. QAS is a bit problematic. I have to get the five counters and then that enchantment is one more permanent I need to tutor up with Zur. But thank you for your effort.

I mean the thing is that you're drawing like 30 cards with Necropotence, so as long as you have a few tutors in the deck to search for Reito Lantern or Sun Titan you will be fine.
Starfield of Nyx
Can't be tutored by Zur but it skips the need for Sun Titan or Reito Lantern, or even Zur having to attack more than once.
Also you're in Black and White. Unless your group has a thing against it, which would be dumb since they're already cool with you taking infinite turns, you should already be running many of them.

This doesn't actually work, unfortunately. Starfield and Second chance are both "At the Beginning of your upkeep" triggers... so you will only gain an extra turn every second turn.
Archmage Ascension can get your pieces reliably once powered up. Turning draws into tutours is as close to an I win as you can get without flatout actually winning the game. It's also Zurrable.
I play Zur the Enchanter. I want to take infinite turns.
Second Chance and Necropotence and Reito Lantern and Zur the Enchanter means infinite turn.

@blkh, here's a scryfall search that covers both of the cases I mentioned above. Between advanced search options and learning a couple pieces of syntax, you should be able to tweak it easily enough.
