Well, the first obvious card is Replenish. Also, Academy Rector. The only reason neither is in the precon is they're on the Reserved List. They're also really expensive. Feel free to click on those card names if you want to know how expensive. (Okay, there are more expensive cards, there are even cards in the quadruple digits, but generally speaking, post-Chronicles, cards don't get that high.)
Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
How much do you want to spend?
How competitive do you want it to be?
There are some cards I would cut out right away: Boon Satyr, Daxos of Meletis, Ground Seal (Nonbo with Silent Sentinal), Epic Proportions. Then I would focus the deck on something a bit more. Do you want to use Estrid or Tuvasa as a general? Both are good, but you can make a more focused deck by choosing one of them and focusing on that one.
If you want Estrid, I would play more of a ramp deck. Untapping enchanted lands is really powerful. But I am sure there are some very interesting things you could do with Estrid. All the things I am thinking of are more combo oriented and have expensive cards.
And in whatever version of the deck you end up with, I would play Sun Titan. Card is good.
In general, I would remove the beaters. Celestial Archon for example is an enchantment and a creature, which is synergistic, but in general in Commander, fatties without card advantage don't really work that well. (And 4 power is not really enough in commander.)

I wouldn't really call 4 power a "fatty". It's just underneath my threshold.
It is an evasive creature, or makes another creature evasive and huge, but synergy alone isn't generally worth five mana when there are better options, IMO. When we're talking about fatties, my rule is they have to be good and synergistic, e.g., Divinity of Pride in a lifegain deck.

Is anybody playing this deck, Commander 2018 Adaptive Enchantment? What suggestions would you have to upgrade the cards in the pre-built deck?
Thanks,
D

Enchanted Evening is good with Martyr's Bond, and it makes Ajani's Chosen go infinite. You need a way to break the loop, though.
On phasing:
How competitive do you want it to be?

Tuvasa will get big, so you would probably want to add Alpha Authority, Swiftfoot Boots and Canopy Cover, and maybe something like Aqueous Form or Rancor. You may also want Kor Spiritdancer, Krond the dawn-clad...
If you want Estrid, I would play more of a ramp deck. Untapping enchanted lands is really powerful. But I am sure there are some very interesting things you could do with Estrid. All the things I am thinking of are more combo oriented and have expensive cards.
