I'm making a Commander deck designed to recast the same spell again and again and again as many times as possible. Specifically I'm thinking about casting Bribery as many times as possible.
There are spells like Fork which are relatively cheap that copy spells. Reiterate can copy spells for Recurrable Buyback. Archaeomancer can return the card from our graveyard to our hand. But again that's a one time deal. Mizzix's Mastery can cast the spell with Flash but then it's exiled and we can't cast it again.
I need a good consistent loop for getting back instant or sorceries from graveyards. Other than that, permanents that reduce costs of spells may be the next most important item.
This is a very broad question. The answer is that there are thousands of ways of you could do this, ranging across all colors.
I'm going to say in most cases it's going to require infinite mana. If you want infinite graveyard recursion or infinite casting of s spell, then it's probably going to require infinite mana. Infinite turns, leads to the same sort of thing.
I just want to make it very clear, that it's much less likely that you can cast it lots of times, with lots of mana, realistically without you actually having some sort of infinite loops.
Sure there are situations where you can setup lot's of mana (that's not infinite) and cast it lot's of times (that's not infinite), but this in most cases is harder or rarer to setup than actual infinite loops.
I'm just pointing this out, because I don't want you thinking that maybe it's just easier to setup situations where you think maybe you don't need infinite's.
How do you get infinite graveyard recursion?
Certainly through permanent cards that return cards from graveyard like Archaeomancer and being able get infinite 'enter the battlefield' triggers from it.
Being able either return the card to hand, or blink the card, or itself have some graveyard recursion, in an infinite manner.
I could literally list hundreds of different cards and configurations that would do the same thing, so it's just impossible to list them all without putting a lot of effort into it.
Example of infinite copying;
Infinite mana + Reiterate
There are other ways you can do this, shuffling your graveyard back into your library (infinitely) and have infinite search options, but this is getting way more convoluted.
Now there is a thread "Infinite combos and strong synergies - now under new management" that has a lot of combos listed. The thread is getting a little out-of-date by a couple of years now, but it holds a solid list of potential infinite that you could use.

My favorite thing about Magic is puzzle solving, but honestly this is such a broad range of options, that it's even hard for me to just give you a straight up solution.
With hundreds of different ways to get infinite mana, you then configure that in a matrix style with the recursion methods and then we are looking at tens of thousands of different ways to skin this fish.
But I do love me a challenge, so if we can narrow down potential colors you might want to play, and then prices $$ you can afford, etc, etc, then we might be able to narrow some options down.
Then making decks is all about can cards double or triple up or more to also help with other combinations? Having cards that don't have singular interactions for infinite combos can help to make a deck more consistent, with more built in redundancy to combos.
Hoping not coming across as patronizing, but just want to make it clear that the path to making the deck as best as possible is to find the cards that have the greatest cross reference of combinations to get you to the solution you want, and this is the sort of thing I'm really good at.
It's worth noting that there isn't an easy way to loop the same instants and sorceries. There's nothing like Muldrotha, the Gravetide for that. Cards that allow you to recast instant and sorcery spells are typically either 1.) one-shot effects like Archaeomancer or Call to Mind that return the card from your graveyard to your hand, or 2.) effects that cast the card outright but then exile it like Snapcaster Mage or Yawgmoth's Will. Obviously, if you're looking to loop the same instant or sorcery over again, the second kind of effect is more difficult to work around, so for that reason most loops focus on the first kind by pairing cards like Archaeomancer with cards like Deadeye Navigator.
If you're looking for a less cheesy way to loop instants and sorceries, Charmbreaker Devils may be a card that interests you. It's rather unique in that it's one of the few cards that will repeatedly give you a Call to Mind each turn. Unfortunately, the card it returns is also random, so if you're looking to get the same spell each time, you may need to prune your graveyard before hand. There's also Conqueror's Galleon. It's transformation, Conqueror's Foothold, is special because it's the only card in the game that will allow you to repeatedly regrow a card each turn for nothing more than a mana payment. It's costly, but very powerful.

Just play Eternal Dominion. Then you get a better Bribery every turn.
I used to run a 60-card wizard control deck that used Uyo, Silent Prophet to cast and copy Eternal Dominion. If you copy the original casting of the spell, you'd get an extra Dominion every turn! Uyo then also allows for copying the copy on each of your turns. You could end up with 2-4 copies each turn without too much trouble. Add in things like Echo Mage and you're even further ahead there! Also, Paradox Haze!
My game plan was to use activated abilities on wizards to control the game with counterspell effects, bounce effects, tap effects, etc...

Any ideas?

Example of bouncing back to hand infinitely;
Infinite mana + Cloudstone Curio + Archaeomancer + any other creature

Omnispell Adept can get Dominion down early, too! Maybe include something to cheat creatures into play like Quicksilver Amulet or Cryptic Gateway so your draws aren't entirely dead.
