Since I started playing EDH, I've wanted to build a Demon-themed (or sub theme, at least) deck. After seeing the partner pairing of Krav, the Unredeemed and Regna, the Redeemer - I really liked Krav as a casual Commander. He would synergize well with a token strategy though, and coincidentally, a number of Demons force you to sacrifice on your upkeep. So here I am - trying to brainstorm something that makes some amount of sense.
My ideal game plan: Ritual Krav out after having spawned a few tokens with something like Weaponcraft Enthusiast or Sengir Autocrat. Sac, draw, gain life, make him buff. Use him as a way to convert tokens into card advantage. I do intend to include a small lifegain package to support Regna, but I'd like those cards to be strong individually.
Trying to avoid having an abyssal curve, so I am avoiding playing too many higher-costed Demons.
Obviously the Skullclamp is super excellent in this type of deck, so I'd play Stoneforge Mystic.
I haven't actually played a straight black and white deck since Karlov of the Ghost Council, and I have to say I'm way more excited about the content for the potential of these two. I've never said no to drawing cards and generating tokens, so these two seem great.

For me, I'm not too concerned with enabling Regna's ability, but I had forgot to bring up Authority of the Consuls or Blind Obedience. Passive lifegain goes a long way when you black card draw after all.
I'm not quite sold on the Soul Sisters for this, though - they're fragile and I don't know how much the deck will actually care about lifegain. If worst comes to worst, they're more fodder for Krav though; I just dislike them for not actually doing much on their own. In the same vein though, Auriok Champion is a thing.
Ideally, yes. But Krav is hands down the best way to "buy back" inconsequential creatures and there's no guarantee he'll always be in play.
But more importantly, I'm thinking of the usual problem life gain cards have - not actually doing much to further winning. I like the idea of having a few for Regna just in case she hits play, or to subtly lower opponent's life totals, but certain forms can just be underwhelming unless they're in the right deck. In something like Karlov, I wouldn't even argue.
Just my personal choice. I'll add them to the list up top regardless.
There are a handful of 5CMC creatures/spells that produces tokens. These would synergise well with Krav due to the fact that you can drop him on the next turn with one mana floating to sac if needed.
You can look at the deck in my sig if you need more ideas. This was one of my early drafts, I'm making certain changes to the deck after a lot of playtesting. In particular, i agree that the soul sister combo is a little too cute and does not contribute to winning. They would be one of my first cuts.

Just some of my barebones thoughts for the time being.
I do like the souls sisters and other cards that gain life during opponents turns as a means of triggering Regna, the Redeemer; Soul's Attendant, Soul Warden, Authority of the Consuls, Sun Droplet.
With Krav, the Unredeemed as a sacrifice outlet your can keep the train going with Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Deathgreeter.
Ghost Council of Orzhova has the inbuilt sacrifice as well.
Obviously the Skullclamp is super excellent in this type of deck, so I'd play Stoneforge Mystic.
