I play a stax control Mogis, God of Slaughter, to make miserable the life of my opponents. Due the nature of EDH, it's common to use artifact to ramp into high cmc spells, and this deck have lots of mass artifact removal (Shatterstorm, Jokulhaups, Meltdown, and others).
It seems to me these 4 or 5 artifacts would be a wasted slots when I cast the mass removal. So, my question is: it's really necessary having artifact ramp with so many artifact hate in the same deck?
It's not necessary, but you don't want to artificially hamper your deck to play around your own sweepers. Let's put it this way; even if you run creature sweepers you would still run creatures in your deck. Artifacts would just need to be managed the same way.
Yo can also look into playing cards like Vandalblast, Shattering Spree, By Force, or Fiery Confluence that can take out multiple artifacts while leaving yours alone, or cards like Shattering Pulse that can pick them off one at a time over the course the game. There are some other less-good options out there as well such as Builder's Bane, Release the Gremlins, or even Void. The point is that you don't necessarily need to play mass artifact kill that kills your stuff.
Yeah, you don't want to artificially delay your strategy just because of your own sweepers. I mean, I play Armageddon in decks with lands, and Damnation in decks with creatures, believe it or not.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
I would only add if you don’t use one-sided artifact hate as suggested above is don’t play artifacts you can’t afford to lose for the greater good. Sometimes you just gotta nuke it all. I agree with switching to one-sided destruction, though, it’s having your cake and eating it too.
I do have Vandalblast and By Force in the list. Shattering Spree is difficult to find in my area, and the only copy of Fiery Confluence I had I lost some time ago and didn't replace yet. The others options I see as too specific to be worthy.

On phasing:
I do have them, my concern was just the ramp artifacts.
