Flying, first strike
Whenever an Aura or Equipment you control is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, you may return that card to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step.
—————————
What do we know, two non-combat focused Boros in this set, the other being Firesong and Sunspeaker, and possibly more since we’ve only seen the partial spoiler. It’s not to say Tiana and F&S are nonaggressive, consider their color pie, but at least they have the option to play more control than before.
Similar to what I mentioned in my Hallar thread, I like Tiana because she is a versatile general with multiple ways to build a deck upon. In addition to all the aggressive arsenal Boros innately has, Tiana allows defensive/controlling Aura/Equipment to play a bigger role.
Offense wise, I think Equipment has an edge over Aura. For starter, Equipments stay on the field even when the creature is dead, and legends like Sram, Senior Edificer favors Equipment because of many 0 cc ones let you cycle through your deck quickly. Where Tiana lacks in raw drawing power she provides longevity, allow Boros to play longer games. One could lead Tiana in either directions, though Equipment appears to require less recursion compare to Aura.
That said, I intend to build Tiana around Aura more so than Equipments, mainly because Equipments are usually aggressive, going that direction might turn the deck into “just another Boros”, which is what I want to avoid with our new legends. Besides, Auras have several unique properties Equipment doesn’t have, for examples:
1) Aura could exist as curse on opponents, such as Curse of Exhaustion and Overwhelming Splendor.
2) Aura could be played on opponent’s creatures to shut them down, such as Prison Term.
3) Aura is an enchantment and has synergy with white’s enchantment nexus, such as Sigil of the Empty Throne.
4) Aura could exist in forms of Bestow, such as Eidolon of Countless Battles. Now when the enchanted target dies, bestow Aura becomes a creature, but occasionally when the aura was destroyed instead of the enchanted creature, Tiana could bring them back at the end step. This works particularly well with a sac outlet like Auratog.
5) Or, just sacrifice it, like with Capashen Standard and Bound by Moonsilver, and get them back with Tiana.
The focus of this thread is to maximize Tiana’s potential with Aura/Enchantment. Not saying I won’t use Equipment, but the emphasis will be on Aura/Enchantment.
Tiana’s Strength
1) Provides recur against destruction of Aura and Equipment.
2) 3/3 flyer with first strike, is good offense on her own, especially with related Aura and Equipment.
3) Nonlinear Boros, allows multiple directions in deck building, while maintaining all the aggressive options available in Boros.
4) Could include all mono-white Enchantment/Equipment fetchers and all mono-red artifact utilities in her deck.
5) Tiana’s trigger is a delayed trigger, which means Aura/Equipment would return to owners’ hands even if she died with or after their destruction, much like Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger would cause the lands tapped prior to his death to remain tapped after. (Could use confirmation).
6) Tiana is very difficult to kill with Totem Armor on her since it protects her and she recurs the aura.
7) Maintain political ploy with aura recursion, allow the controller to continuously bargain, especially with Totem Armors.
Tiana’s Weakness
1) 5cc with two colors could be expensive to recast and requires immediate protection.
2) Boros has less raw card draw compare to other color combinations.
3) Aura/Equipment usually require creature targets. They also became harder to maintain without Tiana out.
Recommended Directions
1) Like with other Aura/Equipment decks, there should be consistent creatures on the board to maximize their usage, such as with token makers like Assemble the Legion.
2) The deck needs ways to protect permanents without Tiana onboard, such as Boros Charm and Devoted Caretaker.
3) Aura as defense/control, Equipment for offense appear to be the better balance.
The following are lists of brainstorm. I will keep adding as the thread grows:
Cartouche and Trials: Tiana could return Cartouche to hand which would then return Trial to hand for reuse.
Stuffy Doll and Guilty Conscience: Infinite damage. Add Pariah for protection.
Totem Armor + Tiana: Keeps destroy effect off her and those Totem Armor protects.
Ultimately, the direction of the deck goes by how players like it to be, but I find Aura to be particularly fun and new in a Boros build.
I personally like the Aura route over the Equipment route. Equipment seems like a pretty mediocre use of her ability unless your meta just likes artifact destruction, meanwhile a major drawback of Auras is that they're destroyed when they're no longer enchanting a target.
Totem Armor is also pretty silly with her on the board.

If Bludgeon Brawl is joining, I think Eggs like Conjurer's Bauble, Mishra's Bauble, and Urza's Bauble are that much more powerful with Tiana recurring them like mad, but then it might bifurcate the theme too much, given that the Eggs would need both Tiana and BB out to be abusable.
Maybe. Probably. Mines not a super high power build. I'm not packing Swords of or Darksteel Plate or Daybreak Coronet etc. I'll definitely give her a try at least. But her ability doesnt necessarily inspire me to build around her instead of someone like Gisella.
Edit: Which is not to discourage others from doing so. I'll allow my contribution to be that I'm not sure she's going to be the place where Sunforger will be amazing since you want to load up with equip and auras. It's definitely a place to start since Path, Swords, and Boris Charm alone are almost enough to include Sunforger.

I'm all for adding non-Permanent spells. While that might dilute the theme, I think it's entirely possible to build Tiana with few but potent Aura/Equipment and use them to maintain control.
There's also the combo of Mangara of Corondor + a sac outlet, with Nim Deathmantle. The Mantle keeps Tiana (and others) alive while Tiana keeps it recurring.
I would have been much happier with Tiana if she were U/W because there is already more Azorius enchantment/aura support (and blue auras are better than red). That said, I've been playing with ideas similar to those in your post cyberium_neo, you may also want to consider Brand of Ill Omen and Captured by the Consulate .
I've also been playing with the idea of Jeskai Recurring Auras (probably helmed by Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest, although I've considered trying partner commanders too) with Bruna, Light of Alabaster , Hanna, Ship's Navigator , Tiana, Ship's Caretaker , Rootwater Shaman , and all the other various aura enhancers/card draw/recursion in the 99. The question is are there finally enough cards out there that interact with auras to mitigate their card disadvantage problem? Tiana certainly goes a long way in that department.

I will add your suggestions, very nice catch! What are those attachments for?
Important thing to know about her and auras: Any auras put into the graveyard as a state-based effect after she dies (i.e. because she was killed while enchanted, or because a board wipe killed her and an enchanted creature at the same time) will not trigger her ability because she's dead before they hit the grave. So you can't load up a bunch of pacifisms on enemy creatures and then board wipe to get them back, unless you have a way to protect her from the wipe (totem armor or indestructible probably) or if the wipe also destroys enchantments.
Didn't realize she was an uncommon. Haven't seen uncommon legends in a while. Probably explains why she feels somewhat underpowered, although I'm still really glad they made an artifact synergy RW commander, even if it's not how I would have preferred it to synergize.

From where are you getting that she is an uncommon?

From mythicspoiler, but now that I check the actual text spoiler from wotc there's no rarity info. So probably they were pulling it out of their butts. Wouldn't shock me as an uncommon though - it'd take an unusual meta to make her a high pick in limited, and she doesn't look relevant for other formats (not that I'd know).

Aye, an sac outlet like Claws of Gix or Auratog might be of use to ensure they die first, and reuse some of the auras for their enter-trigger. Totem armor remain the spiffy synergy with Tiana. (I entirely don't mind Tiana being an uncommon if she comes to that.)
Had the exact idea, Shu Yun looks pretty fun as an aura commander (that doesn't go just for commander damage.) I really want to use Tiana cuz she's a qt but Boros Auras with a 5 CMC do nothing commander sounds pretty miserable.
This version of the deck leans pretty heavily on the mana denial element, obviously it is not perfectly optimal and there are plenty of cards that are just there because I like them (Orcish Squatters, Conquer). I haven't played a game with this list yet, but I goldfished it several times. I came to the following conclusions:
1. Red creature removal enchantments seem really good (you should probably add Immolation, Flowstone Blade, etc, to your list somewhere). I want to run more stuff like this.
2. The deck needs more ways to protect Tiana from a wildfire in order to run it truly productively.
3. The deck can flood out super hard right now but still has trouble finding hands with enough mana to start.
I'm considering moving into a build which uses a large amount of 0-2 cost equipment with the relevant artifact card type to sacrifice to things like Kuldotha Forgemaster and Goblin Welder.
What the deck really needs is an aura that destroys artifacts, and a land-animating aura that doesn't have a restriction on what it can animate (the Genjus) or return the land to its owner's hand (the Zendikons). Then you would be able to cycle Immolation (or another removal aura) and the land-animating aura to nuke a land every turn.
EDIT: Deck should be somewhat formatted now, as opposed to an unreadable mess.

Updated the list with a few recur cards.
