Ah, it seems I was super-not-specific. I was referring to the "let me draw or else I'll hurt you!" aspect of those cards. I did some searching myself and wasn't able to find anything else.
Riddle of Lightning is pretty cool though, and Kindle the Carnage is a card I've never heard of and is in an entirely separate subcategory of cards that I also really like.
I'm not as big a fan of impulse draw, especially when you need to pay for it on the same turn. I do like Prophetic Flamespeaker, and don't mind Commune with Lava. Stromkirk Occultist is a good one I haven't heard of before. I know Outpost Siege is also pretty good even though I'm not personally much of a fan.
Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

I know of Combustible Gearhulk (which I also run) and Browbeat (which is kind of terrible, but still almost worth running in a casual enough game)...
Are there other cards like these? I think it's unfortunately not a common effect for red to have.
