So, essentially since this card was spoiled I have been interested in it. I constantly went back and forth on its inclusion in multiple decks and to date I do run it in two of my decks still.
Last night I finally drew it and I played it on turn 3 off of an Ancient Tomb. I managed to use it to deny someone a tutoring commander for like 3 turns after that off of a fast start they had. I would flicker their commander out at the end step before theirs and essentially I perma summoning sicknessed their commander with this tactic.
So, I guess I have just really liked the versatility as well as the efficiency of this card. I think there are a lot of varied uses for it and I like the versatility and efficiency of it so far. I was curious if anyone else has played with or considered it. It might be relevant to compare it to Eldrazi Displacer but personally I think that the angle is a little more broad in its disruption options.
I am just curious to see what others think and if anyone else is playing it.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
I can see it being used with Samut, Voice of Dissent since untapping doesn't interrupt the effect of the exile. Samut deck also uses protection like Mother of Runes so the angel is safer.
It's one of the most recent cards to forever earn a permanent spot in the Kaalia primer, naitch. What's not to love about a repeatable Restoration Angel? BETTER than Resto actually, it can target other angels and be used defensively.
Tymna and Ikra Shidiqi - I like where it falls on the curve and I am playing a creatures matter strategy where I want to bully people with faster creatures. I like where it falls on the curve and its evasion + control options give me some flexibility. I like that I could protect my own board or deprive my opponents of things with it here. Its evasion and cost make it fit in my curve well and the evasion helps me to potentially draw cards.
Bruna, the Fading Light - Its an angel and it gives me decent control options for a card draw light mono white. I can protect or disrupt with it which is nice and my commander can bring it back.
Granted, in both situations I mentioned I think there are situations surrounding its inclusion but its interesting to hear where others are including it. I really like its stat line and vanilla abilities even if you are not using the activated abilities but I also think that the activated abilities are quite strong.

He's (It's still weird to refer to Magic angels as "he".) definitely something for GWx to consider, just because of everyone's favorite Seedborn Muse. "I never said I don't untap during everyone else's untap step." And yeah, you can just use him to blink, if you prefer.
(It's even better if you have ways to bounce or blink him.)

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

Bouncing/blinking Angel of Condemnation doesn't get you anything useful, since the second ability uses the new Banishing Light templating instead of the old Oblivion Ring templating.
Yeah, I totally derped on that! The other thing I haven't gotten used to yet.
I suppose they should've fixed temporary exile effects much sooner. We've had this bug since Nemesis at least.
