I'm working on a Grixis deck intended for Archenemy/Super-Villain-Rumble, so I need cards that punish multiple opponents or at least throw certain ones off their game plan - stuff like Stigma Lasher and Stranglehold. My high drops are fairly well covered, and I'm trying to find low drops (4 mana and below). GW gets a lot of really efficient hatebears, but I'm struggling to come up with good UBR ones.
What are some of your favorite Grixis hate cards/bears? (just a note - not going for land destruction)
Fate Unraveler can be pretty nasty. Frail, for sure, but certainly a clever trick. Ash Zealot is another good red one. Colour intensive like the previously mentioned Hexmage, but definitely an option. Rampaging Ferocidon is rather recent and hurts you as well, but it is more upside than downside. Blood Seeker is an option if you really want to hate on tokens.
Finally, my favorite in these colours: Fatespinner. Talk about a wrench-thrower.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
White is really the hate-bear colour. Black hate-bears are usually big demons. Red hatebears are symmetrical, and deal damage which is negligible at 40 life. Blue hatebears are more the types of creatures that can be sacrificed to counter spells.

There are very few exceptions. Good luck.
Mogis and Archmage are already in. Yeah, I'm finding it hard to find mana-efficient, asymmetrical cards that hurt my opponents more than me. Got a few good ideas from this thread already. Hoping for more.
No one has mentioned Vial Smasher the Fierce so far...for 1BR he's a must answer threat.
Edited after looking at my Thrax list - I also run Barrin, Master Wizard - in a build with tokens he can be a thorn in the side - and Profaner of the Dead - neither of these are must run, but they have their places if bounce is needed.
I know you mentioned no land destruction, so my two favorite dwarves are out (Dwarven Blastminer and dwarven miner) unless you don't mind the non-basic limitation on them.
I would include (because it's not strictly land destruction) Magus of the Moon.
Vial Smasher is fun as a commander, but I'm afraid it's just damage in this case. I'm looking more for effects that give me an edge. I like the Profaner of the Dead idea as it resets tokens and can be a significant tempo swing against multiple opponents.
Soul-scar Mage could be good if I have a lot of damage sources. Certainly helps with indestructible, too. Grenzo wouldn't work in Archenemy (they can only attack me), but he certainly could in SuperVillainRumble. Blood Seeker is always good. Tunnel Ignus is interesting - I guess it's anti-ramp. I've never actually seen anyone run it in EDH. How much damage have you seen it do? Or do people play around it to avoid the damage? I wish it said opponents can't have more than one land enter each turn - the disruptive effect would be better than a little damage. Mindsparker - I don't normally run color-hate cards because they can whiff, but I'll put this on the maybe list.

Definitely Phyrexian Revoker. While not technically what I would call a hatebear, you'll probably want Spellskite in a deck like this too.
I'm fine with targeted land removal - just not mass land destruction. And, yes, Magus of the Moon is super good. Really punishes people for having a greedy manabase.
I'm going to start compiling my favorite suggestions in the OP.
Fleshbag Marauder/Merciless Executioner are some of my favorite three drops in Magic. Liliana's Specter - Hadn't thought of this, but it is good, especially if I can recur it. Crypt Rats - Great card, although in a three color deck, I feel it needs some help - Urborg, Scythe, or deathtouch. Otherwise, you may not have enough BBB to make a difference. Dualcaster Mage - Another fun suggestion, and a way to potentially use my opponents' cards against them. Gorilla Shaman - It'll eat Sol Ring for 3, but I doubt it'll ever snack on any Tops.
Also, I've started looking at colorless. Conqueror's Flail seems like a really good option. And Silent Arbiter could save a lot of damage. Any other good colorless ideas?

Take these for what you will, they may or may not fit. I know the Licid can be absolutely infuriating, and VS can get rid of some premium threats.
