I know the flying purple hippo, Phelddagrif can't be THAT competitive.
However, I want to make this deck as competitive as a 'hug', pillow fort, etc deck can get. I've been browsing decklists and I can't really find what I'm looking for. Mostly, there is ZERO win conditions and I cant think of any off the top of my head. I don't have much time to brew so I'm gonna throw up the bat signal here and hope for the best.
Personally I've been brewing a lot with phelddagrif as a control deck, using phelddagrif himself as a tool of political manipulation and to put an innocent face on a deck packed with boardwipes, counters, and removal. Almost every game ends up being great and it wins a lot, even my budget version where no card costs more than $2. Links in my sig (though it's updated a little since then - version 3 is the non-budget and version 4 is the budget one). The trickiest part is finding sources of card advantage that don't raise red flags and make you a threat - you can customize the power level of your draw engines to match whatever is reasonable for your playgroup. It's a really difficult deck to pilot and a total blast, while also being really strong when played well. Highly recommended. The only reasonable wincon is phelddagrif himself and decking people (blue sun's zenith has been used for that purpose at moderate values (~20) making it a sort of secondary wincon, though I've also had games that just went long enough that I ground out their entire deck).
If you want to eschew the difficult politics and play a more straightforward game, easily the sickest noncombo wincon with phelddagrif is ezuri's predation. Give away a million hippo tokens, then predate the hell out of them. There's other cute ways to abuse phelddagrif as well, like the pulse cycle (i.e. pulse of the tangle), and some bonus value from gather specimens. There might be other ways to turn tokens or life into downsides, but most of the good ones are in RB annoyingly (false cure, burning sands, etc). oath of druids perhaps?
And realistically for a win condition you can use the group hug alternate win condition cards, Approach of the Second Sun is great with the aforementioned Sphinx.
