Draconic dominance is missing an alternate win condition that doesn't involve turning dragons sideways during the combat phase. In games where board wipes are plentiful, and combat amongst creatures are severely limited due to locks (eg Silent Arbiter or Sphere of Safety with 10+ enchantments ), there is totally nothing the dragon deck can do except to durdle and pass the turn.

woth tbe draw power in dragons. Maybe labman?
Would very much prefer it to be more inclined to the Draconic Dominance name, death by dragons they say XD.
We can start by making use of cards that do lots of damage when we have more dragons, like Scourge of Valkas and Dragon Tempest. For a start, combos like Rite of Replication (kicked) + Scourge of Valkas a lot of damage, with each dragon dealing 30 (5 triggers x 6 damage) for a minimum of 180 damage (since the original scourge of valkas also sees dragon ETBs). Minimum if scourge is the only dragon on the field. On a lesser note, Rites + Kokusho also makes quick work too.
Other ways include blinking all dragons like Ghostway/Sudden Disappearance while Scourge of Valkas is on board. Mirrorweave all your dragons into Scourge also works if you have some dragons who are about to join in the fray.
Mirrorwing Dragon is also another powerful dragon to consider, it is relatively cheap too. Want to see your dragons enraged? Arcbond (awesome thematic card) it with some other dragons in play before you Gut shot (reference card, but some other stuff like Niv Mizzet 2.0 is also ok) it. Please make sure you have some Boros Charm and Angel's Grace ready first though, dragons aren't known to differentiate friends or foes then they are angry.
2 of the 3 times my deck won so far were just from a well timed Living Death/Patriarch's Bidding alone. Scourge of Valkas is one of the best dragons ever if not the best.
I did not think of Mirrorwing Dragon shenanigans though. Hmmm...

I can see how this can be the case. In a deck where you can basically lose to multiple boardwipes, these cards help you recover fast.
Ramping with Mirrorwing dragon at its best, Verdant Confluence. With 3 other creatures you control on the battlefield it reads (put 2x +1/+1 counters on each creature, search your library for 8x basic lands and put them into play tapped), all for 4GG
Edit:
Arrgh this thread kind of tempts me to make a dragon.dec, I already have so many decks T_T

Indeed. I also pack Teferi's Protection and Swan Song as more direct answers to board wipes. I'm also imagining Mirrorwing Dragon and blink instants now...
So far I only feel the need for Arcane Denial and Swan Song. Summong dragons tends to take a lot a way from having mana open so I went with the cheapest, most multi-color friendly casting cost counters. Disdainful Stroke is a maybe if I feel the need to put a little more counter in my answer set.

I would boot Arcane denial. I would much rather pay 1 extra mana for something like Counterspell (Well same CMC but UU instead of 1U) just to avoid giving my opponents fuel. If i had more couterspells different story but having only 2 and one gives free cards... i would not use arcane denial.

Similar to disdainful Stroke, I'd play Prohibit first. Just as easy on the colour, really relevant at all points of the game.

until they start playing 5+ spells. Now you have a dead card. In this situation I would prefer arcane denial.
I just read the first post. But this is what the deck is lacking:
- There are to few 'dragon matters' cards printed.
...What? We had like, 2 expansions with a dragon sub-theme, an entire block with a dragon subtheme, and 2 thirds of a block with a dragon theme not to mention the random lords thrown here and there like Scourge of Valkas in M14 and Utvara Hellkite in Return to Ravnica. Oh and there's this precon we're sharing ideas over.
That said I'm all for even more. Starting with at least 3 more functional reprints of Dragon Tempest.

I mean there's no way I'm not playing Arcane Denial, especially in multi-colour. Maybe it's not as high priority in mono-U (but I'm still playing it), but unlike most hard counters, it's value goes up the more colours you play because of it's ease of casting.

When I see the deck in action some cards stand out, many you mentioned. The 5 dragons from fate reforged, S.o. Valkas, Utvara Hellkite, both ur-dragons and the white that punished when targeted. The new spirit dragon is often good as well. But that is only 11 cards. Most of the other dragons are very bad because they are expensive with little inpact.
There are some good suport enchantment. The green that draw cards, and temur ascendancy.
But in a world of wraths and bounce it can often fall behind. Not to mention combo decks.

I have dyslexia, no I am not going to spell check for you, yes you have to live with the horrors of it.
According to a quick search on gatherer I found 43 dragon matters cards in print. Yeah, there's no shortage of that. They're one of the most supported tribes in the game. It's just that by design of the game itself dragons can never be a top tier tribe.
Also I wouldn't worry about combo decks because you really should not be bringing a 5 color casual tribal deck to a combo table and expect any results so why bother.

i actually took the spirit dragon out of the deck. Founnd him to be too situational. In most cases, i would rather draw almost any other dragon in my deck.

Traverse the Outlands is nice, but I don't think it work well with a 5 color deck.
Austere Command is a really nice way to get rib of low creatures + something more
Moat is perfect in this deck, except by his price, lol
is a nice incolor pack

Try out mirrorwing dragon with cards like

Illusionist's Stratagem: and other cantrips, works well with scourge and against spot removal too
Spiritualize: Cantrip with a really relevant ability

- Any gameplan vs combo. Combo decks just beat it.
- Drawing the cards in the right order. Some times it just does not line up.
- The deck is slow vs a fast start.
- The deck is slow vs fast effects that affect the board. Mass bounce for instance.
- There are to few 'dragon matters' cards printed.
- Anger of the Gods & Toxic Deluge: Cheap mass removal against many creature decks.
- Heartless Summoning: You can get most of your deck out on T3 for a very cheap cost.
- Sneak Attack: Free kills
- Patriarch's Bidding & Living death: Free wins
- Greater Good: Excellent vs targeted removal.
- Dream Halls: One of the best cards in the deck. Literally cheat that Ur-Dragon for any card.
- Berserk: Potential to one shot enemies with commander damage or infect via Skithiryx + pumpers or double strike.
- Triumph of the Hordes: Great finisher for the deck.
- Rishkar's Expertise: Great sinergy overall.
- Temur Ascendancy: Others already explained.
- Maelstrom Wanderer, Maelstrom Archangel and Maelstrom Nexus: Good support cards.
- Selvala, Heart of the Wilds: Best acceleration in the deck.
- Shaman of the Forgotten Ways: Acceleration + wincon
