This is what Im currently playing in the new Vampiric Bloodlust deck. I could use some help in making this deck faster with its mana base. Im a relatively new magic player. Im thinking I need just more black mana sources. Any help would be appreciated.
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
Allied checklands will be reprinted in Ixalan, so you might be able to pick up a Dragonskull Summit relatively cheap. The tainted lands (Tainted Peak, Tainted Field) are also a good cheap option for any multi-coloured decks running black.
This is my land base for my Markov deck. Outside the Shock lands, the mana base is all under a few dollars. You can add the Mirage fetch lands to help get the colors you need. They do come into play tapped but cheaper than paying $40 for a single fetch.

That looks awesome. I appreciate the help on the mana base. I looked into the cards you posted and they look like I can work them into my budget. Im newer to the game of Magic (6 months) so I rely on these forums for most of my info.

My mana base is heavy on the black. So all my non basic lands has to be able to tap for some form of Black so I'm never missing out. Only wish there were more enemy lands that have basic land types.

Big time based off of black. I have some red but it is way outdone by black mana. Funny how Vamps work lol all black all the time.
I'm running a Myriad Landscape in my build alongside Crypt of Agadeem, two "utility" lands but really strong in this deck. My remodeling of the deck is also heavy on black mana so the Myriad Landscape can easily net me two swamps. Crypt is just a good land that I don't see people using often.

Another tool you can use (at least to see what options there are) is manabasecrafter.com. Select your colors or commander, and it will break down which nonbasics are able to run in the deck. You can even filter by price or rating. There are still a ton of lands to look through - for example, Edgar has 92 lands that are $5 or less and rated 5/5, even when you exclude the colorless-only ones - but that beats the entire list. If you're new and don't know what's out there, it can give you another starting point.

Wow... that's a neat tool. The mobile interface is a hair too small. I have a pretty big phone and it's a little hard to read the cards. I book marked it anyways. I spend a lot of time filtering lands on their mana.

I've never tried it on a mobile device - just a computer. And, man, is there a lot of scrolling!
Can you add upp all the red, black and white mana symbols in your deck, as well as the number of different manasymbols on your manasources currently?
I weight it slightly different. I use
1 for 1 mana symbol of a color
1+1/2 for 2 mana symbols of one color
1+5/6 for 3 mana symbols of one color
2+1/12 for 4 mana symbols of one color
etc.
Hybrid is easy in two colors: Ignore it. But in three or more, it's simple: The proportion they count is proportionate to the previous ratio, and now you get an adjusted ratio. Or just go half and half. For Phyrexian mana, I just ignore it. Twobrids are debatable, but since there are only six twobrid cards in the game...
The other rule is "Don't run your Rushwood Elemental in a five-color deck."
Anyway, my big contribution to this is painlands (Caves of Koilos and friends). The damage isn't really a problem normally, and vampires love to mess with life totals. Also, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, since vampire decks lean black. Checklands (Dragonskull Summit, Isolated Chapel, etc.) also make a good fit.
Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

Some cheap cards that help for sure: The painlands (Sulfurous Springs, Caves of Koilos, Battlefield Forge) are all pretty good. Exotic Orchard isn't perfect but should get you most colours. Slightly pricier are Reflecting Pool, the Checklands (Isolated Chapel, Dragonskull Summit and Clifftop Retreat) and Forbidden Orchard. A step above that and you get Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and the Shocklands (Blood Crypt, Godless Shrine and Sacred Foundry). Rid yourself of all the lands that enter the battlefield tapped unless they give you 3 colours of mana or are named Bojuka Bog.
You'll also want a few more mana rocks. Talisman of Indulgence is good, and any of Commander's Sphere, Coalition Relic and Chromatic Lantern. That should help.

I would add Darksteel Ingot, Prophetic Prism (It's purely a mana fixer, but it does cantrip.), Burnished Hart, Mardu Banner, and Boros, Orzhov, and Rakdos Signets.
