One of the biggest weaknesses in my semi-competitive Karador, Ghost Chieftain decks has been a lack of board wipes, exclusively because of some minor deck-building constraints I've put on myself. In some way, I want all of my creatures and spells to synergize with A.) Karador, B.) The Graveyard, and C.) Mass-Reanimation. Most Wrath of God variants are less than useful in the graveyard, even if perfectly solid, and several creature-based board wipes (Magister of Worth, Cataclysmic Gearhulk etc.) are nonbos with mass-reanimation, even if they synergize solidy with Karador.
Hythonia the Cruel and Novablast Wurm are much more friendly, but also begging a lot to be able to get to the mana/swing with them to great effect. Divine Reckoning works from the yard (if again, overpriced therein), though lets everyones best creature stick, and Dusk // Dawn similarly has some extra synergy if it gets dredged.
What kind of secret tech, in this vein, am I missing?
I run Necroplasm mainly to kill tokens and Archfiend of Ifnir can eventually kill big stuff. Demon of Dank Memes can kill small stuff. I just don't really see how creatures are a problem for Karador. Just recasting Fleshbag Marauder over and over should keep the board clear of creatures.
In my Karador list I just use versatile sorcery wipes and rely on Eternal Witness and such if I need to reuse them.
Kagemaro, First to Suffer requires a decent hand size, but with the right set up can be great. False Prophet needs to die before it wipes the board. With sac outlets you don't exile any of your stuff. And you can time it for maximum advantage. Mindslicer wipes all hands, which is a non-bo with Kagemaro, but excellent since Karador doesn't require cards in hand and many opponents do. Angel of Serenity with a Sac outlet removes 3 creatures per shot. Almost as good as a total wipe Massacre Wurm kills token decks dead if they don't have a sac outlet handy. Clears utility creatures like a champ.
I use all of these except Kagemaro because my hand is usually pretty low on cards. These creatures along with a few standard sorcery wipes and lots of spot removal creatures like Shadowborn Demon and Fiend Huntergive me a powerful control suite.
Finding board wipes that work well with mass reanimation is nearly impossible at this point, unfortunately. My best suggestion is going to be to run one-sided board wipes like: In Garruk's Wake, Plague Wind, and/or Overwhelming Forces. These are always good, and can even be "blow-out" type cards. They are expensive though, so the oher option that I thought of is to run and prioritize getting Avacyn, Angel of Hope in your 'yard before your mass reanimation. Then you can run lower CMC "destroy" board-wipes such as: Wrath of God, Damnation, and the aforementioned Divine Reckoning with much less worry about blowing up all your own stuff.

Magus of the Disk is a board wipe that can be reanimated along with Avacyn.
Pernicious Deed + Sun Titan + Selfless Spirit (+Karador), will let you boardwipe everything every turn. This is a soft lock, as it is easy to disrupt... but it is also easy to re-deploy if somebody interrupts it.
I run other boardwipes in my deck, but Deed is really one of the best.
Plague Boiler can do similar, but I like being able to sacrifice Deed in response to an exile effect.
Magister, Sunblast, and Massacre are the three main wipes I use in my deck. As long as you have a fierce empath and a woodland bellower, that's enough consistency to clear the board when things get crazy.
Everyone always looks sideways when I say it, but False Prophet is a house in Karador. Easy to cast. Easy to recur. Just make sure you have a sac outlet that can bin any other creatures you have in play before sac'ing the Prophet.
Kagemaro and Prophet are obvious as they're creatures so we can recur them every turn. Kagemaro has no problem in my build, regularly being at least a 4/4 and quite easily being 7+. No lie though, I mostly added him in as a recurrable way to deal with Animar decks. Prophet on the other hand lets us exile all creatures every single turn if we have to, which of course the exile clause is the biggest thing so we can fight other reanimation better. Notice both get around indestructiblity.
O-Stone and Deeds are both recurrable with Sun Titan and if played early with no answers can cause opponents to try to play around them. You can make your opponent staggers their plays, which might buy you more time than actually popping them.
Austere Command can hit so many options it would be criminal to play without it in a white deck. And of course, the same could be said about Toxic Deluge in a black deck as well. The ability to sweep away your opponents' threats and leave your own in play is one helluva swing.

Absolutely. My former roommate had False Prophet in his Karador list, and getting sac outlets is almost trivial.
I'd also mention that Yosei, the Morning Star can sometimes be as effective as a board wipe, especially if you can recur and sacrifice him multiple times in a single turn. Yosei locks can be back-breaking.
