Alright so this is the first deck that i have built myself. I've always had help building my decks. the deck is having a bit of an issue with speed. i dont think it should take as long as it does. someone said i need more mana ramp but idk any good spells for it e.e any help is appreciate but do be specific of what should go out and what goes in lol. here is my dedck list
Please use the 'deck'. You can see it top right corner. There everyone can see your deck.
Try to have 38 lands and 10 cards that add mana/tutor for lands in addition to the 38 lands.
If you are 5 colours I would start looking into the signets. Or 3 mana artifacts that add for any colour.
Try also to have 10 cards that draws you cards in your deck. As well as 10 cards that can kill your oponents stuff. I am shure these last categories can be performed by slivers.
Ps: edh decks do not have sideboards.

there we go i modified it like you said. i didnt know about the deck thing so thank you for that lol. and i seperated the deck by type. so which signets should be put in? also what should i take out of it?
alright i can narrow it down but i have no clue what else to add to it lol. this being my first build i don't know like what spells to add, or what enchantments i should add either. i'm not actually as knowledgeable about all the different cards yet lol.
You have 4 spots left in addition to your commander: You need more things that can kill artifact/enchants like disenchant . Or Krosan Grip. You also need creature removal, either spot removal or sweepers. I would normally never run a deck withouth creature sweepers but your deck is soooo dence on creatures, so maybe spot remeoval is better.
Also try some google serach, there are enough sites with staples on budget or for competetive.

Loreseeker's stone is really bad. You should play something like Phyrexian Arena instead. I would also replace Explore and Rampant Growth by Cultivate and Kodama's reach.
alright so i modified it based on what yall said. i took out some of the useless cards, changed the explore and rampant growth to cultivate and kodama's reach, took out 2 of the vivids and the rupture spire and transguild pomenade and put in the reflecting pool, city of brass, mana confluence and the ash barrens. it does run better lol. now i just got to buy the cards. still trying not to spend several hundred dollars

Try to cut them down to the essential:
Include all defense slivers (regenration, protection, shroud etc.)
Include all the lords that give stats increase (not shure if the +1/+0 and +0/+1 is needed.)
Include the essential others (3 with flying, double strike, lifelink etc.)
Aim for around 30 slivers.
38 lands
10 'card draw' spells (slivers can be among them as well as desendants path.)
5 spot removal (vindicate and oblivion ring sliver)
5 sweepers (creatures. Artifacts or enchantments)
10 manafixers/accelerants (mana slivers can be here)
This leaves room for your commander and 1 tribal card. Shave off cards from the creature 30 category to add more tribal matter cards.
