I have Ghave and Nekusar in my decks, but they aren't oppressive. (No black tutors, no instant-wins, only one infinite mana sink with Ghave and the creatures aren't hasty, etc etc). I also tell them upfront so I hopefully won't get arch-enemied. Although I will archenemy others with Tier 1/2 commanders if I don't know them. I'm fine with taking a loss with my commanders the first few games; once they see I can't win turn 3 or 4 then they usually chill out.
I had to take apart my old Patron of the Moon list because it didn't hold up under the hate it got.
I'd won the first like two games I'd played with it by combining late in the game while people were preoccupied, and it was treated like a much faster combo deck than it was in reality. I was getting killed over arguably much better decks without ever even getting to a position where I could at least do things game to game. So it eventually got taken apart. Still, it was heart warming to know that Patron had inspired that kind of hate.
I had a janky Oona, Queen of the Fae deck about six years ago. It was a tribal faerie deck with no degenerate stuff, no infinite combos, no instant wins, nothing that warranted the three people in a store all tearing me to ribbons two games in a row for no good reason. I guess at the time faerie rogues were tearing the tourney scene a new one, so they assumed (we all know what that means) that I was as much of a douchebag as they turned out to be. Oh well. It took another five years before I put my next edh deck together, I was so pissed.
Edit: Actually, as I think about it, it might have been Wydwen, the Biting Gale that day, which to me is even more perplexing.
I sometimes have trouble convincing people that my Damia, Sage of Stone is in fact mostly a self-discard/landfall-for-fun-and-profit deck and not a hard control-lock build. But at least Damia is not quite at the top of people's hatelists, costing seven.
I have a colorless Kozilek, Butcher of Truth deck that is essentially somewhere between eldrazi tribal and colorless goodstuff. I rarely play it, though, because of the archenemy the mere sight of the general (justifiably) generates. I'm honestly sort of considering switching it to Hope of Ghirapur voltron so I can actually play the colorless fun stuff without being hated out.
As someone said above, repeatedly casting Jeleva is not something people like, so that deck has limited playtime too.
I think those three are the 'worst' I have.

It found it really odd that nobody in my group ever expressed any interest in Leovold, as if there was some unspoken agreement to not play him. Obviously now it's a non-issue.
Commanders that easily generate a lock are frowned upon but not necessarily "banned" by my group. For instance, I played Arcum for a while and another player used Zur for a bit. Nobody complained but it was obviously not a good time for others so we shelved those decks indefinitely.

I'd like to make a fun Kaalia of the Vast deck, but she's a no-go in my meta. I went with Tariel instead.
My most hated deck is probably Hanna. She's an old-fashioned, hard stax deck that people never see coming the first time they play her. Because cute little 1/2 with the pretty foil art.
Huge big monsters. Think Rise of Eldrazi limited. It's pretty much the reason that EDH was created in the first place.

I tried to build a legend matters deck with her but it just evolved into ramp into Kamahl, Fist of Krosa and either Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite or Crovax, Ascendant Hero.
Pulled White out for Reki, the History of Kamigawa and never looked back.

I dont know why? (infinite infinite/infinite goblins by turn 4...) Maybe it was something i said?
Generally though, there isn't much commander hate. We have Animar, Mizzix, Breya, Zur, Nekusar and a fair few other powerful commanders.
Maybe that will change when i finish my new deck.
