It is kind of hard to make Zo-Zu, or any mono-red deck, an actual "prison" style of deck. Daretti is the closest thing that mono-red can pull, since he allows recursion and re-sets off some of the artifact taxing tricks like tangle wire.
If your goal is to use Zo-Zu then you may want to focus on more punishment effects, using some prison effects and creature hate to make Zo-Zu and your other punishment effects continue to damage over the game. I have a (very out-dated and poor quality) Zo-Zu punisher video you can check out for reference. There have been so many new cards printed since then that the deck could easily be updated to be made far more powerful.
I although will always stand by my favorite Zo-Zu card; Pyxis of Pandemonium. There are very few cards in this game that can literally force lands in to play under your opponents control. This little bauble looks so innocent, and is great at bating out removal and screwing with top-deck tutors. But it can force lands in to play under your opponents control. Even better? Get something like furnace of rath/dictate of the twin gods/gratuitous violence/ankh of mishra to go with it. Even better if the damage enhancer is hidden under the Pyxis too, making for an even better surprise! It took my opponents a while to realize the actual threat that the Pyxis brings, but it can oh-so-quickly destroy an entire table with Zo-Zu.
Another good inclusion, if you are playing this multi-player, is to give Zo-Zu lifelink (basilisk collar is ideal since it wards off early aggro, batterskull is good later if you throw out winter orb/static orb effects so you have a vigilant attacker). Lifelink on him will make his pain/punishment lopsided and prolong your game for you.
Without LD? Bummer. ZoZu is extra tasty with From the Ashes, plus killing lands forces folks to play more, for ZoZu/Ankh damage. Besides, Dingus Egg is in your list.
What i have so far. Basically i want to power out zozu as fast as possible and slow up the board. Without using land destruction.
