Depends on how you search. Here is a link to all activated abilities that require you to sacrifice a creature.
But that also brings up things with other costs that prohibit them from going infinite. It would just be easier to just list the ones with exactly "sacrifice a creature:" in the section since that is not easily searchable on gatherer without tons of false hits.
One that I was surprised not to see is Wirewood Channeler + Pemmin's Aura + 2 other elves =infinite of any color manamana
Others with elves
Voice of the woods + intruder alarm + five elves = infinite 7\7 elementals.
Going back to the channeler and Pemmin's Aura, you could add second Pemmin's Aura attached to any other elf with a tap ability to get infinite of that tap. Wellwisher for life, Immaculate magistrate for +1+1 counters, etc.
I am no expert in PHP nor Forumsoftware, but jQuery is enabled here.

Step 1: Cast Marath with 3 lands
Step 2: Tap Marath to untap a land used to cast Marath
Step 3: Tap that land to make a 1/1 token (2 counters left on Marath)
Step 4: Tap the token to untap a land
Step 5: sacrifice the creature to Altar to generate 2 colorless mana
Step 6: Use the floating mana to make 2 more 1/1 tokens, Marath goes back to the command zone
Step 7: Tap the 2 tokens to untap the 2 other lands
Step 8: Sacrifice the 2 tokens to make 4 colorless mana
Step 9: Recast Marath with the 3 lands and 2 colorless mana, leaving 2 colorless floating
Step 10: Repeat steps 2-9 to generate infinite colorless mana
Step 11: Cast Marath with infinity counters, activate his ability to deal infinite damage to each player
RW:Arcbond targeting an indestructible creature you don't control immediately before it would take damage (such as after being declared a blocker)+Comeuppance=Infinite damage to all creatures and players except you.
This works because arcbond makes the creature deal the damage, which comeuppance prevents against you and deals damage to the creature which in turn deals damage to everything again until all other players are dead.
The goal is to trick Titania into giving you an Elemental token every time an Elemental token dies. Use one of the creature-type muddlers to make all your creatures Saprolings, make Titania produce Saprolings instead of Elementals, or have Life and Limb refer to Elementals instead of Saprolings. Then the tokens that Titania makes are themselves lands so she'll trigger over and over off them dying.

You would never guess, at the terrifying sight of the man, that Hunding was as charming a companion as one could wish for.
An amusing game-drawing combo is Life and Limb + Sporemound. As soon as the Sporemound makes its first token, you generate a chain of mandatory actions forever. You could add in Purphoros or Goblin Bombardment to actually win with it, but where's the fun in that?
The interaction between Psychosis Crawler and Jace's Archivist doesn't work, because Psychosis Crawler simply dies when you discard your hand.
Also, I didn't see mention of what is probably the most efficient infinite combo in all of MtG: Time Vault + Voltaic Key. Granted, this is in Vintage, but ... from only two cards, infinite turns on turn two! With decent mana acceleration in your hand (e.g., Mishra's Workshop and a Lotus Petal), you could easily go infinite turn one.

State based actions are not checked during the resolution of anything, so it works.
What it does: Force opponents to sacrifice all their creatures.
How it works: Have all three out, any one creature in the graveyard and to start. Spend 2 with Necrogenesis, exile a creature from a graveyard, get a saproling token. Sacrifice the saproling to Ashnod's Alter. Deathfang makes the opponent sacrifice a creature too. Spend the 2 mana from Altar to repeat this process indefinitely.
Fizzles if opponent is running tokens too; however if you have extra mana to dump you can keep going until they run out of tokens too. Also works with things like Grave Pact in place of Deathfang, of course.

With the new Emeria Shepherd and Parallax Tide, there's a combo for infinite mana, as well as infinite triggers to put non-land permanents from your graveyard to your hand or to the battlefield (although you need more than one plains in play to get other permanents directly onto the battlefield, you can use your infinite mana to cast them from you hand anyway.)
It also lets you flicker any of your opponent's lands any number of times you wish, which can be useful if they come into play tapped.
Was excited initially reading your posting but I realized it doesn't work. Parallax Tide only dies at beginning of upkeep check.
RKrenko, Mob Boss (as your commander), Skirk Prospector or Phyrexian Altar, something to give Krenko haste and some number of goblins (initially seven assuming Krenko immediately has haste and has only been cast from the command zone once) is infinite goblins and mana.
Korozda Guildmage + Phyrexian Altar + Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest + Reassembling Skeleton or variant + six or more tokens = infinite infinitely large tokens plus infinite colored mana.
1) Sac six of the tokens to the Altar, pumping your creatures and getting six mana. The Skeleton is a 7/7
2) Pay four and sac the Skeleton to the Guildmage, pumping your creatures and getting 7 1/1 tokens.
3) Pay two and return the Skeleton to play
4) You now have one extra token than where you started. With the altar, you have mana; keeping one token lets you pump it along with your other creatures; sacit to the guildmage for infinite tokens; then pump them.
Note also that Death's Presence might step in here for Mazirek, alongside what I imagine are a variety of other options.
Also, Skullbriar, the Walking Grave can be the Reassembling Skeleton if it's your commander and it starts with a few counters on it.

I would add/suggest that Deserted Temple + Rings of Brighthearth can let you filter colorless mana into colored mana by untaping any land that produces color. Temple + Rings combined with either Cabal CoffersNykthos, Shrine to Nyx/or Crypt of Agadeem is infinite mana once they can produce 6 or more mana on their own. It also works with Serra's Sanctum or Gaea's Cradle once they can create 4 or more mana.
Step 1: Cast Marath with 3 lands

Goblin Welder + Thornbite Staff + an artifact creature in the graveyard + Wurmcoil Engine for infinite wurms, etb, death, and tap/untaps.
Academy Ruins + Mindslaver + 11U = Mindslaver Lock (See above) Add Omen Machine and you don't need to pay 12 mana, just 1U).
High Tide + Palinchron + 2 open islands = Infinite mana
Earthcraft/Opposition + Squirrel Nest = Infinite squirrels. (Earthcraft only works on basic lands)
Goblin Sharpshooter + Touch of Moonglove
Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond is listed twice with just the order reversed.
Ornithopter/Memnite + Salvaging Station + Krark-Clan Ironworks + any 1 CMC artifact = infinite colorless mana
This doesn't work, since you're missing a way to recur the Ornithopter/Memnite.
Change it to Salvaging Station + Krark-Clan Ironworks + Flayer Husk and you're golden...

Then play Apocalypse, everything gets exiled, and everyone dumps their hand due to hive mind which also gets exiled
In the end, the whole board is completely gone, no one has any card on their hand, and everyone has only 5 cards left
