Then play Apocalypse, everything gets exiled, and everyone dumps their hand due to hive mind which also gets exiled
In the end, the whole board is completely gone, no one has any card on their hand, and everyone has only 5 cards left
You should probably include Laboratory Maniac and three lands in your pile of five.
Although, someone could see that play coming and vindictively include Innocent Blood or Vendetta or some other cheap removal in their own pile to drag you down to hell with them.

- Massacre Wurm , Flash, Natural Affinity - for a CC of 5 mana at instant speed, all opponents will lose all their lands and take 2 damage for each land killed so long as their lands aren't pumped by an anthem effect.
:symu::symb::symg: Tooth and Nail , Palinchron , Phantasmal Image , Runescarred Deamon - T&N entwined. Get Palinchron and Runescarred. Search Phantasmal. If you have 7 land in play you can get infinte mana with phantasmal image copying palinchron. Then copy runescarredd for the kill everyone combo piece.

Please put the colors of your suggestion in mana symbols prior to your suggestion in color-wheel order. To do this, put any of W, U, B, R, G, and/or C, whatever is applicable, with the word 'mana' inside [square bracets] before and the word '/mana' inside [square bracets] after the mana.
UTidespout Tyrant + any Clone effect + 2 of Sol Ring/Chrome Mox/Pentad Prism (if a second color)/Spellbock/Memnite/etc = infinite bounce of all your opponents' permanents.
Loop is have Sol Ring, Tyrant, and Aperture in play. Float 2, cast free permanent, return Sol Ring to hand and repeated to make infinite colorless. You can now activate Aperture, cast the random spell and bounce and replay Aperture to activate again, or recast the free permanent/Sol Ring to bounce and recast Aperture if you hit a land/spell you don't want to cast... and then activate again. Net result is free casting of every spell in your deck for colorless mana. Just be prepared to shuffle a lot...
BGSoulless Revival + Hana Kami + any arcane spell = cast the arcane spell an arbitrary number of times (mana-limited). With Hana Kami in the graveyard, cast the arcane spell and splice Soulless Revival onto it, returning Hana Kami to your hand. Cast Hana Kami and sacrifice it to return the arcane spell to your hand, repeat. Total cost per loop iteration is the arcane spell's cost + 2BGG

While Mikaeus + Vish Kal can kill off any creature without shroud/hexproof, you can't get anything arbitrarily large out of the setup you've got. At best, you can swing Vish Kal for 24 (sacrifice Vish Kal to himself for one +1 counter from Undying, sacrifice the Wurm twice for six and then seven +1 counters, and then sacrifice Mikaeus for five +1 counters). Massacre Wurm also doesn't add anything to this combo other than making your opponents lose life when you kill their creatures.
I've found that (Paradise Mantle + Training Grounds) has some strong synergy and can be the basis for a lot of Lorwyn/Shadowmoor untap ability cards used to infinite effects.

Thank you i mean there is a way with massacre wurm + another card that turns all lands in 2/2 creatures and you could do heavy damage with it late game but thank you for some clarification on the subject i had a difficult time becuz i didnt know if masscre wurm would lose the counters since he was sac'd and wud keep returning to the field due to Mikaeus undying effect.

This combo makes it risky for players to attack you. Either you let a creature through and it is sacked (Teysa), or you block with a weak creature, killing it, forcing them to sack a creature (Dictate). Teysa also provides tokens for you to use as blockers. Add in Athreos, God of Passage, and it adds another layer of danger for your opponents (pay 3 to send a creature to the graveyard, or it simply goes back to your hand). This combo has saved my rear a few times, or prolonged the game enough where I can throw out stronger cards/combos.
-Pay 2 for Necro: exile card, get token
-Sac token to Altar, get 2
-Repeat
It's currently described as a number of tokens equal to the number of cards exiled, where it might be better to say that there are that many Blood Artist triggers, but there can only be one in the end.

Also, I didn't see mention of what is probably the most efficient infinite combo in all of MtG: Time Vault + Voltaic Key. Granted, this is in Vintage, but ... from only two cards, infinite turns on turn two! With decent mana acceleration in your hand (e.g., Mishra's Workshop and a Lotus Petal), you could easily go infinite turn one.
Time Vault is banned in EDH.
I almost bought one till I told the buyer that I wanna use it for EDH and he mentioned it is banned.
Grenzo, Dungeon Warden + Ashnod's Altar + Reito Lantern + Pia and Kiran Nalaar/Siege-Gang Commander/Marsh Flitter/Any other card that brings 2 tokens with it.
Ashnod's Altar produces 6 mana with any of those cards. Sacrifice the 3 pieces, Reito Lantern them back, pull them back up with Grenzo. Infinite mana, infinite tokens, enabling you to go through your entire deck with Grenzo. It's a bit more convulted than the typical Ashnod + Nim Deathmantle, but since Reito Lantern is in the deck anyway...

RW Zada, Hedron Grinder + Valorous Stance + Arcbond + Another Creature, for infinite damage to all players, if you want to survive just add a card that grants lifelink like Mortal's Ardor

1- Master Transmuter+Ugin's Nexus+Mirrorworks , you've got infinite turns
Cast Ugin's Nexus, pay 2 to add a copy with Mirrorworks, choose to sac the copy (legend rule) and exile it instead , and return Ugin's Nexus in your hand with Master Transmuter
2 - Get Astral Cornucopia with 4 counter (not easy unless in Vorel deck) and Filigree Sages you get infinite mana in any color

Boonweaver Giant + Gift of Immortality/Unhallowed Pact + Sac Engine.
Add Grim Guardian or Blood Artist and you kill the table, if the sac engine doesn't do it on it's own.
It also works with Sun Titan, but Boonweaver tutors for 1/3 of the combo.

Sac the Sage to Ashnod's, floating 2 colorless. It comes back with a +1/+1 counter, remove it with Sage's ability and draw a card. Repeat as needed.
Fiend Hunter can be replaced with Journey to Nowhere, Changeling Hero, Changeling Titan (for a WG combo), Changeling Berserker (for a WR combo), or Faceless Butcher (for a WB combo)
