If Anointed Triggers off of every Angel created I can see how it goes infinite, but you might not be able to stop it and kill yourself.
It's not a triggered ability, it's a replacement effect. You chose which order to apply the replacement effect from Divine Visitation & from Anointed Procession, but you end up with two Angel tokens either way.
Add in Sindial of the Infinite, some tutors, and some standard Boros Aggro and you've got yourself a deck!
Also: Is Chance at Glory going to be the second card in the set with day-0 errata? The printed text doesn't give a duration for the indestructible. Or maybe they're assuming the 'lose at end of the extra turn' effect means that doesn't matter, in which case... [laughs in non-rotating format]

That's actually really spicy. getting a pseudo-elspeth-emblem as an instant is nutty. Play platinum angel, in response to someone killing it make it indestructible forever, and also lowkey get a free extra turn. Seeeeeems pretty good.
Etrata, the Silencer2UB Legendary Creature - Vampire Assassin (R)
Etrata, the Silencer can't be blocked.
Whenever Etrata deals combat damage to a player, exile target creature that player controls and put a hit counter on that card. That player loses the game if they own three or more exiled cards with hit counters on them. Etrata's owner shuffles Etrata into their library. 3/5
For those curious, yes, you can do a variety of things to avoid actually shuffling her back into the deck while the shuffle trigger is on the stack. Plus its not limited to just sending her to the command zone instead.
Etrata is really funny, love the flavor. Simultaneously awesome and weak in this format - awesome because she goes to the CZ instead of shuffled in (assuming you don't have crystal shard or something), but weak because she doesn't cause game loss when she's exiling commanders.

I like Etrata! Three hit to win the game against a player is unique. Her ability is a universal removal against any creature, and self-bounce is easy within the color of Dimir + many artifacts. I can also see a token/Proteus Staff route with her. Hell, we can put Etrata into Lazav, the Multifarious deck, he costs 2 less to cast and his deck always have many ways to self-bounce like Cavern Harpy.
I don't see how pulling 4 cards out of your deck is going to have much of an impact. Can't see why anyone would play it in commander over cranial extraction et al. Or why anyone would play cranial extraction either.
Pretty sure the only application is for vs tron, basically, unless some standard combo deck demands it.

Dawn of Hope wants you to have a ton of mana, but it interacts well with a lot of classic white things and can fuel its own card draw, so I'm very happy about it.
How so?
I'm excited about Chance at Glory. I was already planning to put Final Fortune in my Samut, Voice of Dissent deck. This seems a bit better unless you're using Isochron Scepter or something, which I'm not.
Thousand-Year Storm is an excellent kill-me-now card. If you untap with this & have a few instants/sorceries in hand, you probably win.

Angels enchantment is lulzy, though.

Final Fortune, Last Stand, Warrior's Oath, Chance at Glory.
Final Fortune fits on Isochron Scepter.
Final Fortune and Chance at Glory can both be found by Sunforger.
Sunforger can also get Tithe (for Mistveil Plains) as well as Angel's Grace (which both also fit on Isochron Scepter).
Add in Sindial of the Infinite, some tutors, and some standard Boros Aggro and you've got yourself a deck!

I wish they'd reprint Warrior's Oath!
I'm going with Chance at Glory, Angel's Grace, Gideon of the Trials, Sunforger, & maybe Wheel of Sun and Moon in my aforementioned Samut deck.
The intended case looks trash, though.

Valakut too. I suppose WotC is trying to make Modern more diverse, and get rid of Nexus of Fate/Approach of the Second Sun in standard while they're at it.
