With the full spoiler up, I'm currently interested in the following new cards.
Bonus Round: This stands out as my favorite by far. I love to Fork. Forking every spell cast in turn for 1RR, while dangerous, constitutes an excellent deal. I need a copy for my Jaya deck and my Cromat spellslinger deck. I noticed that it goes infinite with Seething Song and Reiterate, a loop that costs only 4RRR get get started.
Spellseeker: I want at least one for my Merieke deck, and possibly more for other decks, depending on price.
Mindblade Render: One copy goes in my Tymna & Kondo deck. It's a solid budget Bob there, arguably even better than the real thing. If I owned a Dark Confidant, I'd play both.
Stunning Reversal: I'm going to windmill slam this into my Selenia deck. Four is a lot, but the effect is perfect.
Pir's Whim: I'll try to fit this into Kruphix and/or Cromat.
Bountiful Promenade and company: I plan to grab at least a set of these, and more if they're not too expensive.
There are various other new cards I'm interested in but don't immediately have a home for, and some reprinted cards I want to pick up (particularly Doubling Season). Thrilling Encore might well end up in Xira. Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised by Battlebond!
I would like to say that my dragon deck is it dragon tribal. Sure on have some good stuff but if the 25 creatures. 22 are dragons. 2 are clones and one is sheoltered.

Yeah, but that's because the Ur-Dragon is a really strict tribal cards. Najeela isn't so strict, neither is Scion of the Ur-Dragon and scion decks were dragon decks that gradually shifted into the combo/goodstuff oblivion.
I'm guessing the trend of multicolored warrior focus is going to continue, so I'm probably going to have to bite the bullet and just build Najeela, the Blade-Blossom. Haven't decided if it'll replace Lovisa yet, but at least I might not be so salty every time a black warrior tribal card gets spoiled.
oh for one of them best we got for a budget option of the efreet is Frenetic Sliver
Frentic Sliver is a terrible alternative to Frentic Efreet. You can activate Frentic Efreet 10,000 times and flip 10,000 coins. You can activate Frentic Sliver 10,000 times and flip one coin.

On the flip side, playing Frenetic Sliver lets you get some extra coin flips in for fairly low cost. Frenetic Efreet generally means you're comboing out, which some players may not be as much of a fan of.

Card kingdom is actually selling them for a better price. However they are sold out
Yeah but all your points are very goodstuffy. A deck isn't supposed to have everything. If i make a Ghave saproling deck, i'll miss paradox haze t inergize with my fungus, or Purphoros and burn at the stake. If i make a Rith saproling deck, i will have those explosive red cards but i'll miss things like deathspore thallid and grave pact. That's what make decks different.
A mardu warrior legend won't have green raw power, so it will have to rely more on combat manipulation, meanwhile an abzan warrior legend won't have the fast and explosive red cards, so it will have to rely more on swarming, ramping and aggroing hard.
Najeela deck will be all the same and i'm willing to bet that some months from now 5% of Najeela decks will be warrior tribal and the other 95% will be goodstuff/combo.
The thing is, a Mardu Warrior legend already exists. An Abzan Warrior Legend already exists. There's more of each, along with Naya and Jund Warrior Legends as well. It turns out that they're not exactly popular, because removing one of the main colors of your tribe just makes you feel like you're handicapping yourself, and it's not fun. And despite what you may think, all four of those colors are main colors of the tribe, because they've managed to put major support cards in all of them. This isn't missing out on some token support cards that would kinda sorta be nice. This is not being able to run the cards that explicitly reference your tribe in the deck that is that tribe. Having to choose between Chief of the Edge, Lovisa Coldeyes, and Bramblewood Paragon, for example, is not something that makes people interested in playing a tribal legend.

Actually, if I were building Warrior tribal, it's not so much that I would mind missing out on one of the "main" tribal colors that would keep me from being satisfied with say, Zurgo or Daghatar. No, it's the fact that Zurgo doesn't care about his tribe at all, and Daghatar not only doesn't care about his tribe, but is kind of awful.
That is part of the appeal of the new legend, at least to me--the fact that she is a proper "tribal" general who cares about the tribe. (And how beautiful she is doesn't hurt...)

why can you only activate it once? What is different from efreet and sliver (Aside form who calls it)?

´
The sliver has the rider that you only flip a coin if the sliver is still in play.

Personally I'm super excited about "assist". The counterspell and the board wipe especially are excellent for my phelddagrif deck. Unfortunately the others either suck, no one is likely to contribute, or both.
Pir's whim and the spell tutor wizard are also very solid. The other whims go really badly with phelddagrif though.
So Ley Weaver goes infinite with Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Auraand tutors for a mana sink (Lore Weaver) to let you actually win the game. Potentially quite an interesting combo, especially as Ley Weaver isn't useless on it's own (it's probably a little overpriced for what it does without the tutor/combo, but it's still ramp), and if you draw Lore Weaver first, you can use it as a tutor.
Warriors have had Saskia the Unyielding as a 'tribal' general for a few years now. But now you can run the exact same strategy and all the same cards but trade double damage for extra attack phases for a single U.
As a matter of fact it doesn't have to be completely warrior tribal you can put nearly everything from the saskia pre-con for her and use arcane adaption esc cards so all of them trigger her.
So Ley Weaver goes infinite with Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Auraand tutors for a mana sink (Lore Weaver) to let you actually win the game. really liking these two. Even without going infinite (but that does help)
No d's wish they were legendary so I could use them as commanders.
Came up with a new line for Animar with Spellseeker I’m going to include:
Cast Aluren, Cast Imperial Recruiter finding Shrieking Drake, Cast Drake targeting itself infinite times for storm, Bounce Recruiter on the last bounce trigger, Recast Recruiter to find Spellseeker, Cast Spellseeker to find Grapeshot.
Seems good!
Has anyone come up with other not so obvious roles for Spellseeker?

Will Kenrith and Rowan Kenrith: The combination of the two is interesting when facing against creature decks, as the +2 on Will combos nicely with either the +2 or -2 on Rowan (depending on whether you have blockers or not). The -2 on Will is nice when facing against opposing control decks or if you are hoping to have a big turn with a combo deck, but Rowan is a little disappointing when Will is not around. The +2 on Rowan at a minimum can be used against an opponent who has no creatures so as to not backfire, or as a combo with something like Aetherize to set a player back. The real payoffs here are the ultimates; copying all instants/sorceries or copying all non-mana activated abilities is no joke, and I can see the potential for either making an appearance in the 99. Will might be good in a spellslinger deck like Niv-Mizzet, Melek, or Mizzix, while Rowan will potentially shine in a deck with a lot of activated abilities like Bosh or a Superfriends deck. I think the only thing really holding them back is the 6 mana casting cost and only having 4 loyalty to start, so your mileage may vary depending on your meta.
Regna, the Redeemer and Krav, the Unredeemed: I like the combination together as they play into already well-established themes for these two colors (Lifegain, creature sacrifice, etc.), and together they create a nice synergy that ultimately nets you additional cards (which is useful no matter what the opponents are up to). The thing I really like is that both Regna and Krav are both powerful enough to see play without their partner; their abilities are very efficient (Regna triggering each turn is awesome, and Krav only costing a single and allowing the sacrifice of any number of creatures is really good). For me, I see Regna, the Redeemer going right into my Trostani Lifegain deck, Krav going right into my Endrek Sahr Stax deck, and both potentially going into my Obzedat Drain Life deck.
Virtus the Veiled and Gorm the Great: Virtus is a potentially powerful card, and although Gorm's ability isn't quite Lure it is pretty darn close. I'm not quite sure that I would beinterested in building a deck around these two, but I can see Virtus slotting into many decks on its own. Gorm however seems like the weak link to me; perhaps he is better off in a Doran, the Siege Tower deck.
Khorvath Brightflame and Sylvia Brightspear: Khorvath is overcosted on its own and the combination of Knights and Dragons seems a little weird to me, but I can totally see Sylvia in either a Knights or Dragons deck as she is definitely the star of this duo.
Pir, Imaginative Rascal and Toothy, Imaginary Friend: I think the combination of Pir and Toothy gives UG another potential way to lead a counters-matter deck, although I doubt that they are much better than Vorel of the Hull Clade. Pir will see a lot of play on his own, whether it be in +1/+1 counter decks or Superfriends. As far as I am concerned, I plan on putting Pir into my Ghave and Vorel decks as yet another way to turbocharge the production of counters.
Blaring Recruiter and Blaring Captain: Being uncommon, I can see why these are significantly less powerful than the other Partner cards, but they are both a little on the disappointing side especially given that they are no Legendary (and therefore cannot be your Commanders). Blaring Recruiter is not bad as a token generator as 3 mana to generate a 1/1 token is about on-par (Ant Queen is the gold standard for token production), and being an Elf might mean play in a GW Elf deck like Rhys. Blaring Captain might see play in a dedicated Warriors deck.
Chakram Retriever and Chakram Slinger: Again, these can't be used as your Commander and while I think Retriever has some potential in something like Vorel, Arcum, or Jalira I don't see Slinger making the cut anywhere. I also think that both are overcosted at 5 mana which will be the primary reason that these don't see play, even with the ability to tutor each other up.
Soulblade Corrupter and Soulblade Renewer: These might see some play in a BG +1/+1 counter deck like Ghave, but they are too expensive on their own to see play in my opinion.
Impetuous Protoge and Proud Mentor: At least you are not overpaying for the creatures, but the abilities are underwhelming enough that it doesn't matter.
Ley Weaver and Lore Weaver: So these have the most potential as a set, but nobody was playing Argothian Elder or Treasure Trove before so I doubt that these are going to make big waves. Ley Weaver has some obvious combo potential with Gaea's Cradle, etc., and some not so obvious combo potential with Maze of Ith (infinite mana during your combat step), but Lore Weaver seems weak as a mana sink.
Arena Rector: Academy rector is an awesome card, so it only makes sense to have one for Planeswalkers. Superfriends will definitely run this.
Play of the Game: For the most part, the Assist spells all seem like they are way overcosted to be of any particular good use 90% of the time, but this one at least has a powerful effect worth the 8 mana even if you don't get the assist. Hour of Revelation or Planar Cleansing are the better options in my opinion, but having the permanents exiled has some value worth the two extra mana.
Regna's Sanction: This is not bad for the cost, potentially letting your pumped team safely alpha-strike. In general, I really like the Friend or foe cards.
Together Forever: A +1/+1 counter deck will really like this, although I think it is just solid anti-Wrath tech for white-based aggro decks.
Arcane Artisan: This is my favorite card of the set. This card will be insane in my Jalira and Riku decks, but any blue deck that runs some fat will like this card.
Game Plan: A Timetwister at even double the cost is worth mentioning, and I can actually see someone wanting to assist with this one.
Spellseeker: I can see this seeing play at higher levels of play where it can fetch Ancestral Recall, Time Walk, etc., but I'm not sold on its power in Commander. It's still good value, so perhaps blinking this with Brago or Roon or copying with with Riku is good enough. I think I'm going to try it in both my Brago and Riku decks for sure.
Zndrsplt's Judgment: This is solid and can go infinite with Dualcaster Mage, but the real power is copying something huge like an Eldrazi. I think this will find a slot in my Jalira deck
Archfiend of Despair: For 2 more mana that a Wound Reflection you can have a card that also prevents opponents from gaining life and attacks for 6 thought the air. I'm going to try this out in my Obzedat deck for sure.
Stunning Reversal: This card seems pretty amazing at first glance, especially given that black can essentially trigger this on demand. I'm skeptical of this being an actual game-saving card as leaving yourself at 1 life is still a very vulnerable position, so it's probably going to end up as a Draw 7 in Ad Nauseaum combo decks.
Bonus Round: This is the card that seems the most nuts to me, and I really want it to work in my Gisela Burn deck, but the place I really see it shining is Wort, the Raidmother where the mana needed to have a big turn won't be a problem.
Khorvath's Fury: This is a little on the expensive side, but there are plenty of decks out there that don't mind this kind of effect. I'm thinking that for me personally, I'd like to try it in my Gisela Burn deck.
Archon of Valor's Reach: This is probably too expensive to see tons of play, but there is something to be said about a card that can single-handedly shut down entire decks. If an opposing Superfirends, Enchantress, Spellslinger, or Artifact-based deck is getting the best of you, try this for a spin. I think that this will likely get an Iona-ish or Gaddock Teeg type of reputation over time so I'm personally going to pass on it for now, but it is something to keep in mind when deckbuilding.
Sentinel Tower: I like this one a lot and I'm going to try and squeeze it into a few decks. I messed around a lot with Dynavolt Tower and this is a lot better (not to mention I don't have to worry about keeping track of energy which is a pain)
Bountiful Promenade, Luxury Suite, Morphic Pool, Sea of Clouds, Spire Garden: These are the Commnder all-stars of the set, I have to give WotC credit for coming up with a very creative way to give Commander players dual lands without putting more duals lands into Standard, Modern, Legacy, or Vintage. It's a shame that these are not fetchable, but there are plenty of fetchable dual lands out there already and these will be good for people that don't have fetches anyway.
Bramble Sovereign is not limited to creatures that enter under your control. Not sure if that changes how you evaluate the card, but I think it's incredibly powerful.

Stunning Reversal: I'm going to windmill slam this into my Selenia deck. Four is a lot, but the effect is perfect.

RIP then. They are still my favourite patners from this set but not going to be making a deck of them soon
its most likely just a hype jump though that should go away in a few days/couple of weeks after the set comes out
the same thing happened with protean hulk when it got unbanned

Bramble Sovereign: Being half of a Riku of Two Reflections is still pretty good, and this will definitely go into my Riku deck.
Generous Patron: Combos with Contagion Engine, Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons, or Infect decks in general are all nice.
So overall, I think that the set has some promise. There are some interesting Commander reprints as well such as Mind's Eye, Land Tax, Swords to Plowshares, Mystic Confluence, Sower of Temptation, Chain Lightning, Beast Within, Doubling Season, and Seedborn Muse, so there are some reasons to potentially crack some packs.

Brago, King Eternal | Oona, Queen of the Fae | Wort, Boggart Auntie | Wort, the Raidmother
Captain Sisay | Rhys, the Redeemed | Trostani, Selesnya's Voice | Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord
Gisela, Blade of Goldnight | Obzedat, Ghost Council | Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind | Vorel of the Hull Clade
Uril, the Miststalker | Prossh, Skyraider of Kher | Nicol Bolas | Progenitus

Bramble Sovereign is not limited to creatures that enter under your control. Not sure if that changes how you evaluate the card, but I think it's incredibly powerful.
