I would probably add Not of this World to the must haves. Stitcher's Graft is a nice easy way to untap. Ummmmm, I'll add more later if I can think of more.

Honestly Kazarov can grow so fast and suddenly that I think his voltron package doesn't have to be all that big. Your opponents will play some creatures, so just getting him out, sticking a Lightning Greaves or something on him and following up with some damage-based sweeper like Crypt Rats, Earthquake or Breath of Darigaaz will put enough counters on him that he'll be able to two- or three-shot people. You can build the rest of the deck as BR control/group slug. And if you want to stick to the "damage" theme and want to get janky, there would also be an opportunity to include the Goblin Sharpshooter/any other pinger + Thornbite Staff/Archetype of Finality/Basilisk Collar type of "mow down all their stuff" combo.
Edit: Sorry for (mostly) no card links, I'm on my phone.
Very excited about Thran temporal gateway. Jodah 5C legend superfriends anyone?
When was the last time you saw someone running Quicksilver Amulet? I mean, it's 8 mana to get the first activation (even if you can split it between two turns), and there are only 3 planeswalkers that are 8 mana right now (and none at 9+).
Spending 8 mana on a T5 Ulamog (either one) is probably going to do a lot more to secure your win than doing the same thing with, say, Ugin, and you already have the capability of doing that with Quicksilver Amulet. But people don't. Consider why people don't do that before jamming Thran Temporal Gateway into a superfriends deck.
We are talking about a colorless artifact which can be ramped/cheated in a 5c deck. It covers a wider array of cards than amulet and Noone forces you to use all mana at once. Worst case scenario, I get one less removal spell
Honor-Worn Shaku is another nice card for Traxos, effectively making your artifacts (and colorless planeswalkers) cost 1 less in a turn where you cast multiple ones with Traxos out. Like Cloud Key but better, I think...
I absolutely love this set, but that was almost a given with a legendary creature themed set. From just a cursory glance the generals in my commander cube are gonna get shook up more than most commander products cause.
Definite swaps:
Karn, Silver Golem -> Traxos, Scourge of Kroog
Kaervek the Merciless -> Garna, the Bloodflame
Kruphix, God of Horizons -> Tatyova, Benthic Druid
Linvala, the Preserver -> Evra, Halcyon Witness
Sheoldred the Whispering One -> Whisper, Blood Liturgist
Kiki Jiki, Mirror Breaker -> Valduk, Keeper of Flames
Legends that I have no idea how I'll fit them in, but I really want to:
Muldrotha, the Gravetide
Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain
Shalai, Voice of Plenty
Yeeeeesh.

Used to be SCDL (small child doom lich) but I'm not a small child anymore so I had to make a new account. (Actually I just lost the login info)
Gonna say it - best overall package for a set release in a long time. So many wants, great flavour, lots of useful cards at all rarities. Home run to me, I don't even know where to begin with the list of cards I want to try out.
1) Karn, Scion of Urza :Colorless planeswalker that draws you cards and its only 4 mana? it feels hes going in every deck of mine, atleast is an auto include in my artifact based decks like Menarch, Breya and the next one in the list.
2) Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain: Boring? Maybe, but is an Izzet legendary that cares for artifacts. Also boring or not, everyone loves drawing cards. Definitly will try to make an artifact based deck with her, wich is weird how i have both Menarch and Daretti decks
3) Muldrothat, the Gravetide: Well this can do alot of graveyard shenanigans. Sutch a potentially strong sultai card that im really considering making a deck of.
4) Helm of the Host: Craziest card in the set for this format. Can create some really crazy or even busted cenarios.
Will build first: Naban, Dean of Iteration with the good ETB wizards and the standard blue wizard stuff, but would have a spellslinger theme and a lot of "copy creature" effects. Would include Naru Meha, Master Wizard and some of the wizard tribal support in DOM.
Sort of want to, but I gotta control myself: Muldrotha, the Gravetide Sultai enchantress. I don't wanna get hated out for using "the good one" even though I just want to sacrifice and recast Ancestral Knowledge forever.
Tatyova, Benthic Druid I love this fish lady's design but the ability is pretty unexciting, although good. Would probably do druid tribal or something if I used her.
Helm of thebhosgbis the #1 card in this set hands down. While it may or end up being the most expensive it will be the most sought after (at least for edh players. I don't see extremely heavy play outside of EDU.)
Other Cards I Find Interesting
- Evra, Halcyon Witness: Being able to get huge for a turn for a reasonable cost makes me think that this might see some play, especially if granting evasion, trample, or Flinging creatures at your opponent is already part of your deck's plan.
- Shalai, Voice of Plenty: Getting Hexproof for everything you control other than Shalai is a good ability for only 4 mana, and even though the price is steep on teh activated ability it is still very nice given that it is stapled to a 3/4 flyer.
- Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle: There will be plenty of combo loop shenanigans enabled by Teshar with low-cost artifact creatures and a sac outlet. Nothing broken but plenty of value to be had.
- The Antiquities War: Nice enabler/win-con for any artifact deck.
- Naru Meha, Master Wizard: So Azami, Lady of Scrolls will likely be the mono-blue Wizard tribal commander of choice, but this card gives it a run for its money.
- Josu Vess, Lich Knight: For mono black decks that can generated a ton of mana, this seems a legit top-end spell that it also not dead in teh early game.
- Thallid Soothsayer: Another solid sac outlet
- Torgaar, Famine Incarnate: Sees legit with any sort of token making such as Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder.
- The Flame of Keld: I look forward to playing this with Strionic Resonator
- Jaya's Immolating Inferno: Being able to take out multiple opponents with one spell is nice.
- Grunn, the Lonely King: Similar to Evra, this has potential to get huge very quickly and it perfect for a deck that asomehow already grants evasion, Trample, or Flings its creatures at the opponent.
- The Mending of Dominaria: I'm interesting in finding ways to really abuse this, although with all the Sagas the issue is going to be the relatively slow speed with which they affect the game.
- Oath of Teferi: Okay, so I'm going to finally build a Planeswalker deck.
- Slimefott, the Stowaway: A nice non-infinite combo card with Ghave.
- Mishra's Self-Replicator: Playing cards that tack a mana on to the cost of spells you play sometimes don't work out so well, but this seems like it could be busted with Earthcraft (along with all the normal token doublers)
- Weatherlight: Busted in Captain Sisay
- Cabal Stronghold: So it's obviously not close to the power level of Cabal Coffers, but it's still a good inclusion for most mono-black decks I think.
- Firesong and Sunspeaker: I plan on having fun with this card.

Lots of correct stuff here
But my jaw drop because not anyway on your list even mentions muldrotha, the gravetide that's probably the best sacrifice focus commanders ever and that it top secretly hiding crucible of worlds in her since it can play lands from the grave since that's a permanent type and it's said nothing on cast just play.

Yea, Muldothra was probably an oversight. The card is sick with Lion's Eye Diamond and it has a really good ability that (once again) just emphasizes to people how much they should be packing graveyard hate. I wouldn't put it in my Top 14, but I think it will make some waves in most Casual Commander scenes.

Been testing it on Cockatrice. There is certainly the potential to get out on Turn 1 if you get something like Mana Crypt + Ancient Tomb OR Mishra's Workshop + Lotus Petal or City of Traitors + Lotus Petal + Sol Ring. Among other combinations. The more consistent plays is turn 2 from what I'm getting.
There is something just gross about a 7/7 trampling commander on turn 1 or turn 2.
Its not unreasonable to then go the next turn something like Darksteel Plate or Loxodon Warhammer or Hammer of Nazahn

4) Helm of the Host: Craziest card in the set for this format. Can create some really crazy or even busted cenarios.
5) Multani, Yavimaya's Avatar: Goes so well in Titania and Angry Omnath deck. Sutch a solid creature.
6) Torgaar, Famine Incarnate: Powerfull creature that is a good check for the decks with heavy life gain.
7) Teferi, Hero of Dominaria: Cool and decent planeswalker for my Azor or Brago deck(can't decide my Azorius general and deck style)
8) Tatyova, Benthic Druid: Now thats just silly
9) Traxos, Scourge of Kroog : Sutch a cool card and opens for a colorless voltron deck. Thats really sweet.
10) Shalai, Voice of Plenty : Giving everything else hexproof is just silly.
Honorable Mentions:
Marywn, the Nurturer and Steel Leaf Champion : For a future Ezuri Elf tribal deck.
Demonlord Belzenlok: Don't know if i will be able to find space for him but hes so cool that i want to find.
Josu Vess, Lich Knight: Going in Gisa zombie tribal deck
Goblin Chainwhirler and Squee, the Immortal: Krenko goblin tribal deck
Sylvan Awakening : Angry Omnath wants MORE
Whisper, Blood Liturgist: Interesting card that bound to find a place
Slimefoot, the Stowaway and his fungus friends : In case i get the urge of making a Ghave fungus tribal deck
Mox Amber: Only when it gets cheaper(doubt it)
Blackblade Reforged: Interesting equipment to keep an eye on
Will build first:
Naban, Dean of Iteration with the good ETB wizards and the standard blue wizard stuff, but would have a spellslinger theme and a lot of "copy creature" effects. Would include Naru Meha, Master Wizard and some of the wizard tribal support in DOM.
Shalai, Voice of Plenty Selesnya enchantress/pillowfort, refactoring a Bant enchantress deck I have that doesn't really have any direction. Make me/my board untouchable and win with utter bombs. Would include Evra, Halcyon Witness and Baird, Steward of Argive.
Possibly in the future:
Grand Warlord Radha aggro/stax/MLD
Shu Yun auras with Tiana, Ship's Caretaker and Danitha Capashen, Paragon, cause they have my favorite art.
Aryel, Knight of Windgrace knight tribal, with lots of that good Orzhov removal.
Sort of want to, but I gotta control myself:
Muldrotha, the Gravetide Sultai enchantress.
Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage could be fun, no idea how to use however.
Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest WUR Voltron Control
Temmet, Vizier of Naktamun WU Unblockable Mirror Trickery
Ra's al Ghul (Sidar Kondo) and Face-Down Ninjas
Brudiclad, Token Engineer
Vaevictis (VV2) the Dire Lantern
Rona, Disciple of Gix
Tiana the Auror
Hallar
Ulrich the Politician
Zur the Rebel
Scorpion, Locust, Scarab, Egyptian Gods
O-Kagachi, Mathas, Mairsil
"Non-Tribal" Tribal Generals, Eggs
Tiana, Ship's Caretaker would be the first deck I make. Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle would also be intriguing for a deck, and Squee, the Immortal voltron should be more annoying than he first appear.
I'm also tempted to make Rona, Disciple of Gix and Niambi, Faithful Healer work.

Top
1015 Best Cards0. Mox Amber: In a format where you always have access to a Legendary card, this is ridiculous.
1. Tatyova, Benthic Druid: Ridiculous value and all the more reason to jam your decks full of fetchlands.
2. Helm of the Host: I'm a little leery of the equip cost, but if this ever triggers it can be game-changing.
3. Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain: So much value...
4. Marwyn, the Nurturer: Obviously only works for an Elf deck or a +1/+1 counter deck, but this is some serious mana generation.
5. Grand Warlord Radha: That is some potentially sick mana generation.
6. Urza's Ruinous Blast: Nice mass-removal that leaves your commander untouched.
7. Yawgmoth's Vile Offering: A lof of potential card and board advantage wrapped up into one spell.
8. Naban, Dean of Iteration: Aether Adept, Archaeomancer, Augur of Bolas, Champion of Wits, Deputy of Acquittals, Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, Harbinger of the Tides, Inalla, Archmage Ritualist, Izzet Chronarch, Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge, Master of Waves, Prime Speaker Zegana, Reflector Mage, Riverwise Augur, Snapcaster Mage, Sower of Temptation, Trinket Mage, Trophy Mage, Vedalken Plotter, and Venser, Shaper Savant all say hello.
9. Karn, Scion of Urza: Being able to generate card advantage in a colorless card for a reasonable price is a good thing, and artifact decks are going to love pushing out huge Constructs.
10. Demonlord Belzenlok: Stacking your deck with Scroll Rack seems like it could be good...
HM. Jaya Ballard: Red decks have issues with mana acceleration and card draw and this addresses both with a solid ultimate to boot.
HM. Garna, the Bloodflame: There are some combo shenanigans possible, but at a minimum this is a ton of value for a color combination that loves to sac creatures for fun and profit.
HM. Karn's Temporal Sundering: Extra turn plus bounce makes this kinda awesome, plus it seems tailor made to be copied with Riku, Melek, Uyo, or Mirari.
