I do have some 150+ Ultra Pro acrylic boxes, but I'm not sure if they can hold double sleeved edh decks. I'm on a very tight budget, so I currently only have the KMC Perfect Fits. I want to Order the Hyper Mat sleeves and some deck boxes at the same time, so I can't test to see if the boxes I have can hold double sleeved decks.
I use the 150 Ultra Pros, double sleeved with KMC Perfect Fits and Dragon-Shield Coppers. I like that they display my Commanders. I did have to break mine in first, 100 freshly sleeved cards might not fit immediately.
How tight is the fit? Are they easy to get in and out of the box? Also, do you have any sort of box you use to transport them?
I know that World of Warcraft tcg Epic Collection boxes can hold 4 of those acrylic boxes, though the ones I have are worn out, full of wow cards, and they're fairly expensive after Blizzard discontinued the tcg.
Hey yall. I have a question. I double sleeve my commander decks in Ultra Pro perfect fits and Dragon Shield Mattes. Recently I purchased the Ultimate Guard Twin Flip and Tray 200+ hoping to put two commander decks in. When I went to put them in the trays, I found it to be a little too cramped for 100 doubled sleeved cards. Both the product and TCC say they fit two 100 double sleeved cards. But I can't comfortably fit them in without risk of damage. Has anyone else had this problem? Is the Ultra Pro/Dragon Shield Mattes ever so thicker that in 100 cards it's noticeable than other sleeves? I really like the deck boxes but I don't want purchase more if they don't work. On the flip side I will happily switch sleeves to get more of these amazing cases. Thanks.

I'm afraid my only advice would be "don't use the inner "box/tray" thing and just put your cards directly into the deckbox instead". I'm using the 100+ version (since I wanted to store 1 deck only), but I'm sure the dimensions of the two products are pretty much the same (200+ just adding another 100+ compartment anyway).
I have my Modern deck double-sleeved (in KMC Perfect + Hyper Matte) with about 90 cards (I included tokens) and it's already a tight fit in that "box", so I can see why you're struggling with an EDH deck. On the other hand, when I don't use the "box", my own EDH decks (Which are double-sleeved using regular + sleeve protectors instead of perfect fit + regular, so they're much thicker) can fit into the deckbox (rather snugly, but hey at least it fits unlike a lot other deckboxes). I assume that it would be rather spacious for yours since the thickness difference of our double-sleeving is noticeable, but unless your deckbox is in a really rough environment, you're way more unlikely to damage your deck then squeezing it into the inner "box".
Not a really ideal solution, but since you already bought the deckbox, might as well get the most use out of it.
So, I'm having a bit of problem lately and this seems like the best place to put it. I've recently been working toward double sleeving my decks and I know that my current storage for them isn't going to work. Right now, I've got the Ultra Pro "Pro-Deck" boxes that hold EDH decks pretty well with a bit of extra space for tokens. I have the Return to Ravnica Holiday gift box that I've been using since then and it can hold 9 EDh decks in those "Pro-Deck" boxes, but I've got 6 and some 60 card decks. So once I double sleeve my decks, I'm not going to be able to use those "Pro-Deck" boxes for my EDH decks. What I need is some cheap deck boxes that can hold double sleeved EDH decks and a cheap container to hold them.
I use the holiday gift box to hold 9 edh decks double sleeved. Just don't use the deck boxes and place them directly in the gift box. There will be space leftover, so I use dividers (that comes with fat packs) as well as old tournament boxes to fill in the space.
Hey all, so I looked at the main page at the deck box options, and noticed some stuff missing, and checked the last few pages. I have a need for a bigger deck box for one of my decks. I have a Rhys, the Redeemed token deck. Currently single sleeved, with single sleeved tokens, the deck barely fits into one of the basic Ultra Pro 100+ boxes (I have 2 of each token available in the deck, plus Planeswalker emblems). So, because of this, I can't introduce a new token type into the deck unless I want to not have a physical token to use without needing to carry it somewhere else. Also, I'm in the process of foiling out the deck, and will want to double sleeve once I hit the 50% mark (at 35% right now).
So, i'm looking for a deck box, that can hold a 100 card double-sleeved deck, plus around 50 single sleeved tokens. I don't need to carry dice in the box, and ideally not a massive box. Anyone know of anything like this? I use Dragon Shield sleeves, and I know some of the Ultimate Guard boxes aren't compatible with Dragon Shields.

I currently have a completely foiled out deck using Dragon Shield Matte sleeves and KMC Perfect Hard inner sleeves. I have not found a deck box by any manufacturer that will adequately accommodate it. However, if you are using thinner inner sleeves (i.e. KMC Perfect Size) the Ultra Pro - PRO Tower Deck Box does work. You could even use the lower compartment to hold your tokens. Definitely on the larger side of deck boxes though.
My personal solution (after moving to KMC Perfect Hard inner sleeves) was to pick up the Ultimate Guard Twin Flip n' Tray 200+. I store most of the deck in one compartment and the remainder of the deck in the other (with sideboard options, etc.). Wouldn't be an elegant solution to your problem, but is a possible answer.
I've been using Dragon Shield sleeves for all of my commander decks. I prefer all of the Matte back versions of the sleeves because they're easier to shuffle. The sleeves hold up well and come in a nice variety of colors.
Found this at a thrift store - an old first aid cupboard that turns out to comfortably fit eight Dragonshield deck boxes. I've used this to stash my budget decks, and it's perfect to set on the table for an evening of play. It's a bit too heavy for convenient transport, but it still looks pretty nice.
I don't think anyone has mentioned it in this thread, so I'll plug the Quiver. I wanted to cut down on the number of things I was carrying to play and this has worked out well for me. It's somewhere between a bag and a multi-deck box - comfortably fits 1 double sleeved deck, 3 single sleeved decks, about a hundred sleeved tokens, and a couple small boxes of dice. The top is pocketed for miscellaneous stuff and velcro dividers make it easy to customize. It's sturdy enough to stand up to light abuse and looks good.
Downsides are that it's not going to work well if you're trying to bring all of your 14 decks to each night, it makes carrying a trade binder and/or other accessories around more difficult (I clipped a playmat bag to it, which helps mitigate this somewhat), and it's a little on the pricey side. If you're like me and looking to cut down on the number of things you bring to each game night, I'd definitely recommend it.

[Pr]Jaya | Estrid | A rotating cast of decks built out of my box.
I am looking to get a few new deck boxes for my slowly growing collection of decks. Initially I was considering the 100+ Boulder ones since they have a nice size and I do like the semi-transparent look on the Onyx ones. Though since I need a few I looked also at potential cheaper options, being the acrylic gaming boxes offered up by Dragon Shield. And while I know some of them offer up a nice transparency as well to get a slight view of the Commander, it's seemingly not the case with all of them. So if anyone has these Dragon Shield Gaming boxes in black, could you tell me if they have any transparancy going or whether they are solid black? Thanks in advance for you help.
The box on the bottom right in the pic a few posts up is a standard black Dragon Shield box, which has no transparency at all. I've also noticed that that box is a lot looser than the others, you really have to squeeze the sides to lift the entire thing when you pick it up by the sides. None of the other boxes have that problem, but it could just be a problem with that particular batch of boxes.
May be you could try a EVA case, because it is cheap and it according your requirements to customized any shape.
I have ever custom an EVA case here: https://weihanbag.com/eva-case/tool-eva-case/
The advantage is cheap and custom unique shape.
But it need to wait more than half month at least to receive it.
If you could find exited design you need,it will only take 5 to 7 days.
Hope it could help you!
