Last Friday my newly built Teysa was constantly trounced by an Oona deck, partly because of poor threat assessment from the other players (or perhaps lack of assessment. They didn't want to touch him as he reached obscene mana levels), and partly because he was trolling me all night long through 3+ games (I mean, seriously, he trolled me by taking away a huge part of my already poorly developed mana base, just because I Strip Mine'd his Academy Ruinsin response to him taking away my Plains with Memnarch)
So my criteria are:
Plays well with Teysa token builds (I'm already seriously considering a couple of infinite combos, like Guide + Lark, Mike + Trike)
Allows my key spells to push through (also already thinking of Boseiju)
Allows me to play a political game (I don't want to blow out everyone unless it's for the win, so cards like Austere Command I would prefer over Planar Cleansing type cards)
Is a threat card
It's a long shot without revealing the contents of my deck, but I would like some ideas
The only way to win against a troll is to out-troll him. Stop trying to win, just play cards that screw him. Play cards like City of Solitude and Xantid Swarm. Then cast Choke on them. Using Gaddock Teeg as your general. Hatebears!!!

While this may be true, its doesn't aid the op. Cavern of souls can help, as well as defense grid.
Nice as well. Doesn't keep multi-colored players from playing Instants and activations

As much as I want to have my sweet revenge, I'd like to do it in black & white if possible
Null Rod might be your best bet. It completely hoses his strategy.
Perhaps Silence/Orim's Chant as well. Sudden Spoiling is amazing in general, and can definitely help against activated ability shenanigans.
Sadistic Sacrament can rip out some counterspells or anything else. If you kick it, it qualifies as a real threat because any offensive potential the target had will be seriously diminished.
I want revenge, but I do not want to turn my token deck into too much of a good stuff.dec with more answers than threats. I have yet to get Return to Dust alongside my Aura of Silence, Planar Cleansing and Austere Command, so that's one slot. I'm also looking for anything that helps me go through his wall of 'cheap' counterspells (Pact of Negation, Force of Will, Counterspell, Hinder, Mana Drain...that's all I've seen so far)

--- Meren of Clan Nel Toth --- Jhoira of the Ghitu --- Prime Speaker Zegana ---
--- Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief --- Ghoulcaller Gisa --- Akroma, Angel of Fury --- Titania, Protector of Argoth ---

Sounds swell! It's an indirect hate that will probably cause no resentment except for blue players

You can also just mess with the Oona player by dropping Nevermore, Pithing Needle or Phyrexian Revoker, naming Oona.
