I've been playing a Bruna Enchament deck that uses utility Auras such as Pariah and Samite Blessing for protection, or things like Ocular Halo and Pemmin's Aura for combo control. I personally like her slightly better for that aspect. However, I can see a straight Enchantment deck being much more resilient with Sigarda due to some of the more amazing effects Green enchantments bring.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
So I done a little playtesting. I first went with Sigarda using every White and Green Enchantment card printed, with a bunch of utility enchantments such as Aura Shards, Privileged Position, and Cage of Hands, as well as powerful Auras like Conscription, Mythic and Epic Proportions, Bear Umbra, Shield of the Oversoul, Armadillo Cloak etcetcetc. I even included some unfair cards like Cataclysm to seal the deal.
The deck really felt like a "good stuff" deck for Enchantments, and I honestly felt like the whole deck was "off" because I'm not playing many creatures in a color thats main selling point is creatures. This is probably because I'm trying to adjust to the new playstyle of the deck, which I do enjoy and I don't think Enchantress is a bad strategy. While I do like the deck being able to take down opponents with little worry, I feel like the deck just doesn't have a great defense and I found myself vulnerable. Finally, Enchantment removal is common among my playgroup, and an Austure Command can really hinder me unless I have Open the Vaults at hand, which in my test games, I didn't.
Overall, Enchantress Sigarda is a hit-miss situation for me. Some games I managed to create a fantastic field on my end and I got Sigarda to become a lethal machine, others I felt like I was falling flat/didn't have an impact in the game.
I haven't given up on Sigarda yet, but this has convinced me to try out Bruna with my playgroup, using some ideas that were posted on this thread and some others. I aim to make this a Pillow-Fort/Voltron styled deck with some tricks found exclusively with Blue/White such as the Gilded Drake/Venser, Sojourner synergy and using control cards like Spelltithe Enforcer.
I am building for all three of the new angels. And honestly all of them seem to lend to enchantment heavy decks, with the RW being global enchantment based (repercussion, vicious shadows, etc). Just bought a pile of cards for the red and blue ones yesterday. Good ideas from this thread. I obviously missed some of the "staples"
may or may not be of use, but here is what I bought with the rw and wu angels in mind, mainly for the wu
If you want to make an Aura-based deck, I'd go with Bruna. If you want to make an Enchantress deck with a lot of "global" enchantments, some Auras, and even a few equipment, I'd go with Sigarda.
I'd probably go with Sigarda because you get more enchantresses and an evasive versatile beatstick (as opposed to what I see as a one-trick pony), but that may be just me.
Now that you put words to that, I think that's what I've felt about Bruna - she's just a one-trick pony. "Intution for herp stuff, *fart noise* dead. Woo. Next game guys? Hey, where are y'all going?..."
nothing forces you to play with intuition and corrupted conscience. i dont own intuition, so my deck will be harder to win with automatically than yours. its as easy or hard as the cards you use with it. and you will be working to recast her when they swords her in response to her triggered ability, since she isnt really cheap.

Of course, of course. It's just that everyone and their dog will be like "y arent u running Intuition herp etc" all over your thread.
I like how you combat the Intuition and working for it parts, but not the one trick pony part lol :p. (Just messin' with ya, I mean no offense )

Well yeah. It's always a conflict isn't it. It's a purported casual format but as soon as a few people arent playing casual, if you want to win, you also just start building with degenerate things or at least with the best cards. And once you are playing for prize just forget it. The greed motivates the ruthlessness. I feel bad for tutoring the tomb of yawgmoth and coffers with primeval titan in karador, but the deck is mana intensive, and to keep up with the guy who is going to cast sunder and capture the chaung tzu twincasted i have no choice but to run the best cards to keep up. I wouldnt run corrupted conscience but i would absolutely run the one that gives +2/2 for each aura attached, as well as abduction, empyrial armor, and steel of the godhead. I'd try it without eldrazi conscription. It would almost seem underpowered to not run stuff like that, especially since she is vulnerable to spot removal and the deck is general dependent. Without infect you aren't alpha striking in one turn, and it becomes fair. What are the alternatives? Holy Strength? lol
Here's a question. Are there cards that let you move auras among permanents? I'm thinking running the control permanent and creature auras, control magic, confiscate etc. Bruna lets you bring them back. How to move them onto their stuff? Aura Finesse? Permants which have aura finesse ability?
At the end of the day, I think you are right that gw is going to be more fun, if not more prohibitively expensive to build, esp where I have 0 enchantress cards.

At least Sigarda makes you work for the win =P.
Well you can play an additional 94 cards in addition to Bruna, Intuition, Three Wishes, and the killer auras. There's no other strategies you want to play with in the deck?
An enchantment based GW deck is going to be a lot more based on enchantments and casting them while a Bruna deck really doesn't need to play (cast) them. In my Bruna deck I almost never actually cast an aura, they get snuck into play by Bruna, Academy Researchers, or Iridescent Drake.
I also want to say you can definitely one shot kill with Bruna without Corrupted Conscience. Basically the default 3 auras are a damage increaser (Eldrazi Conscription / Auramancer's Guise), a damage doubler (Battle Mastery / Corrupted Conscience), and evasion/protection (Diplomatic Immunity / Protective Bubble / many others). Even just Conscription + Guise + any aura gets her to 21 general damage. It takes no work to make Bruna enormous.

There are some cards that let you move Auras around, I'm just not sure what they're called, lol.

I'm not a WU player, I have no idea where to start in those colors for a deck. "It takes no work etc" - That's kinda the boring part to me. With Sigarda, you have to power her up a bit, and then actually get in there (the red zone) a few times. Bruna comes into play, gets free stuff, then wins. (Then cake. for naming the reference :D)
That's my view, anyway. I already had a few of the Enchantresses, and traded for a few things, so I'm going Sigarda. If it makes y'all feel better, I do slightly like Bruna's art more than Sigarda's. Just slightly though :p.

If you want a true enchantress deck then you have to go bant colors. If you want to play an aura based enchantress deck, the two angels have different play styles but achieve the same result. the green white angel has more access to the draw enchantress effects while the blue white angel just draws all the answers. Both are valid, bruna is better.
Going back through the thread, I was curious; in your opinion, is Bruna better simply because she's blue?
I think Kitsune Mystic (Autumn-Tail, Kitsune Sage, more accurately) is what you're looking for in order to move auras. That would definitely be good with creature stealing auras.
Blue and green are both incredible in edh, Bruna's ability is just splashier. Sigarda is still real good and I don't think Eldrazi immunity is anything to laugh at. A disruptive Sigarda deck could definitely be a threat. I imagine you'd play some hatebears like Gaddock Teeg to slow down opponents and just win with Sigarda since she's so hard to remove.

I specifically remember some blue cards that can move auras. RotE and the core sets, I wanna say.
I dunno about hatebears etc, especially since I seem to have traded them off, but I'm just gonna run her as an enchantress hate deck kinda thing.
