Unfortunately every try hard from Sacramento to Shanghai preaches from the top of their 27 lands + Mana Reflection that Tooth and Nail and Time Stretch are fine to play in the same turn but Armageddon is unfair.
The deck is very light on creatures so Regal Force is out of the question.
I'm curious why you're so anti-Regal Force. Even if you have two other creatures out (and assuming you're running Majesty and Garruk, you're running some creatures), it's still Harmonize + 5/5 body for 4GGG, which is not bad at all. One other and it's Divination + 5/5 body, which is still passable.
Skullclamp can be amazing, but not so much in extremely creature light decks, so...
If you can ramp up to SERIOUS mana, I've found Eye of Ugin to be one of the best CA engines out there - but you have to get up to 15-20 mana before it's worth its salt. Kozilek, Butcher of Truth is also good when you hit that much mana. Genesis Wave is basically card advantage, if not per say card drawing as well.
EDIT: Also, if you set up your CMC chains correctly, Birthing Pod can be an overwhelming mass of card advantage. If creatures die a lot in your meta, Mimic Vat can also provide CA - but it's a bit inconsistent for my tastes. If you have enough big creatures to be using Garruk and Majesty, Ulvenwald Tracker is a repeatable machine gun.
In creature light decks though your going to need to look to artifacts. Something like Howling Mine or Font of Mythos is a good place to start. Seers Sundial is great in landfall decks as well.
I know you're creature-lite but if what creatures you do have a large enough then Greater Good can be really good. It also plays really nicely with Mimic Vat or even Rampaging Baloths.
Magus of the Library is mana acceleration for 2, and half the time is an undercosted Phyrexian Arena. Just make sure you have enough other draw to make his draw ability relevant.
Anyways the general is Sigarda and there are probably only half a dozen creatures in the whole deck and those guys just fix mana, fetch equipment, or protect sigarda. Anyways stuff like regal force, greater good, or soul of the harvest just wont get me enough cards to be worth those mana costs.

I quite like Kavu Lair in my Mayael deck. As it is symmetrical, it won't draw hate either, but if you build around it, you will, by far, get the most out of it.
I run Magus of the Library in my Omnath deck, and let me tell you, if he comes down early game, he is flat out amazing. He's innocuous enough that he doesn't draw hate, but he can end up drawing a boatload of cards.

Ohran Viper is pretty solid. Sometimes it's a Phyrexian Arena, and other times it plays a good defense.

Mind's Eye is always great, and if you have the mana, Tower of Fortunes is powerful.
Memory Jar is really good late-game when you have plenty of mana.
Hystrodon, Snake Umbra, Keen Sense, Mask of Memory, and Sword of Fire and Ice are some more Ophidian effects for you.
Wall of Blossoms, Carven Caryatid, Elvish Visionary, or Masked Admirers can form part of an engine.
Citanul Woodreaders and Dreamstone Hedron are alright if you don't have better options.
Yavimaya Elder is always solid, if a little slow.
Overwhelming Instinct, Fecundity, and Skullclamp are good if you're aggressive and can make tokens.
Garruk's Packleader and Drumhunter are okay in some situations.
Don't overlook Scrying Sheets. The free cards can add up, especially with help from Sylvan Library, Mirri's Guile, Sensei's Divining Top, and Crystal Ball. Oracle of Mul-Daya, Garruk's Horde, Rowen, and Lurking Predators are also great with these cards.
Sylvan Library plus Abundance is a free Ancestral Recall every turn.
Fa'adiyah Seer, Hermit Druid, Life from the Loam, Crucible of Worlds, Thawing Glaciers, and Journeyer's Kite can give you a good number of lands over the course of a game. Seedguide Ash is great for fetching land when he dies.

Magus of the Library, I honestly didn't even know this card existed.
Snake Umbra and Drumhunter might make it in.
