All the RG slots have been taken in DKA, and with the reveal of Huntsmaster it seems that it'll be a long time before the chance of a Legendary werewolf DFC pops up again. With that said, there are still plenty of exisiting RG legends.
The only problem, looking through them, none of them seem to have any true synergy with werewolves at all. Radha seems to have the most, she adds mana during the combat phase, which is sorta cooperated into WWs, but that's really not enough. Looking into a third color, there's blue for Fable of Wolf and Owl, and white for Tolsimir WolfbloodMirror Entity, so there's not a lot happening there either. I was hoping for some sort of spell manipulating legend, but it's just not there with the colors we need. Does anybody have any good ideas?
I've been thinking using blue and using Animar, Soul of Elements since you're more likely to run a creature deck and you get some acceleration with lower casting costs for your bigger werewolves.
I was similarly disappointed that the Huntmaster wasn't legendary (for EDH, it's almost criminal in Standard). There are two Werewolf tribal decks coming up in our playgroup; mine is Radha-helmed, the other player opting for Wort, The Raidmother.
Radha has been unbelievable in my R/G beats deck; a guaranteed mana elf on turn two of every game is wildly overlooked. Werewolves already have the odds against them in EDH, and my thinking is that every possible advantage should be considered.
I would probably go with Riku, myself: there isn't a RG creature-based strategy that he can't improve. Blue also opens up Rite of Replication and Spitting Image, which will allow you to have...calculates...a billion copies of Huntsman of the Fells on the board, which is pretty good.
I'd give the nod to Stonebrow. His ability synergies with werewolfs, some trample and the full moon enchantment is one of a few cards to grant the rest trample. Also red has enough geddon like effects to keep players off mana without dipping into white.

I'd echo this too. 5 for a 6/6 trample in the red zone is no slouch. And lord knows there is no shortage of Brawn effects either.
I hadn't thought about that molten shark, Rule of law effects is exactly what WW want. Angelic Arbiter also seems nice, and although LD is frowned upon, it has a valid application here. Looking through the Naya generals, Johan helps you defend yourself as I'm sure running things like LD and Rule of Law will draw the hate, while Rith gives you something to put mana into and gives you reach that you normally wouldn't with WW.
Stonebrow does seem good for strictly RG, as 3drinks said its too easy to give everybody trample. Radha does promise that your 4cmc werewolves will hit t3.
I don't like animar with WW, the biggest one costs 5, there's not a whole lot going on between them. Intet gives reach like rith, but seems a little bland, the ability is nice but not synergistic. Riku, allows you to continue packing a punch while only casting one spell per turn. It's too bad there's not a way for you use his ability to copy the flip side, but whenever you clone your werewolf you can use it to make a token. Also blue gives you Arcane Labrotory and a myriad of clone effects.
Now it seems like there's actually a lot of different things you can do with werewolves. This is really interesting, I don't feel like there's one single right commander for them.
I...honestly don't think you can do werewolf tribal for edh. You can do a deck using rg (maybe a third color) and have a few werewolves in it, but there's just not enough there to work with, and this coming from someone that loves the tribe in standard.
Plus they are just not suited to a political multiplayer environment.
I'm in the process of putting together a werewolf deck with Borborygmos as the commander. I hope to test it tonight. I'll let you know how it works out.

Copying Huntsman of the Fells is okay because that nets you tokens and life, but it wouldn't be great since the copies could never transform. The trickiest thing I could think of is finding a DFC that you can easily transform between sides (like Civilized Scholar) and Cytoshaping it into a Huntsman of the Fells (or Ravager of the Fells) with the transform trigger on the stack each turn (using some sort of recursion loop on the Cytoshape). That's assuming both sides of a DFC would be copied onto the other DFC, of course.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.

Sekkuar, Ulash and Kresh would work nicely as well.

I like Radha, Heir to Keld, personally. Animar is good too.
