So even with this godhand you don't have a hard lock, and you don't really get a soft lock until turn 5? Sharuum or Hermit Druid combo straight wins the game on turn 3 when it gets a godhand. Also, the situation you've described is attainable with several other hands that are fully legal right now.
Do you realize that a [B]3 card opening[/B]: Led + 1 land + a 0 cost cerature is [B]not[/B] a god hand? Especially when you have 1 of these 3 being a basic land and the other being a 0 cost artifact creature .... which you should have 4 of in the deck anyway(considering they are free sac outlet for arcum).
And didnt you realize I pointed out the turn 3 [B]ward of bones[/B], which essentially HARD LOCK deck at 2 land and 1 creature?
If you play agaisnt a Sharum deck or hermit druid deck ... Just put a mimic vat from you deck into play as your 3 turn and lock [B]both combo[/B] from the game ...
Arcum is known for its versatility, being able to cast it turn 1 with 1 acceleration card is broken .... especially if that acceleration card can also be used to assemble infinite mana loop
Any low cost targeted removal ruins that arcum plan. I can't really think of a god start with LED except a first turn Arcanus. Even then, the targeted removal is a problem. LED isn't scary at all.
Not to mention that LED is a terrible draw for Arcum later in the game (ie: anytime after turn 3). I highly doubt that an Arcum deck would actually want to play it after trying a few games.
PS: Ward of Bones is not a hard lock. There's plenty you can do with 2 mana, certainly more than Arcum can do at this point with 1 mana and no hand.

Memnite or Ornithopter andLotus Petal, Island, Mana Crypt
Mox Diamond, Chrome Mox, etc can replace lotus petal.
Turn 1 Island, Sol ring, Lightning Greaves. Turn 2 island, Memnite, Arcum. This gets the combo turn 2 as well.
All these options don't require you to empty your hand.
If something's broken (which I don't think is the case) it's Arcum, not LED.
