My dream is a reverse Phelddagrif of sorts. A 4/4 Flying Trample Shroud Hippo Legend that your opponents can give you cards, little hippos, or life to remove his abilities.

Evil is even, truth is an odd number, and death is a full stop.
Red UTILITY spells, not some fatties that the color doesn't need.
UTILITY!
It's what makes a deck and a color strong.
More red draw/tutors too. Wheel or Gamble effects are great by me, but mono-R is hurting and could use quite a few more of them. Looter effects would be a great place to start.

[Pr]Jaya | Estrid | A rotating cast of decks built out of my box.

Mono red still has a decent amount of tutors that search out very specific cards though, which I honestly prefer to the demonic tutors of the world. Goblin Matron, Imperial Recruiter, or even Imperial Hellkite are all interesting packages to put in a deck. I would agree that red could use some better ways to draw cards so you don't have to put in a bunch of awful 5 mana artifacts like Bargaining Table though.

How about: Gamble 2.0 R
Sorcery
Search your library for two cards. Discard one of them at random and put the other into your hand.
No but seriously: Red Draw? 2RR
Sorcery
Draw cards equal to the number of cards in a random opponent's hand, then discard cards equal to the number of cards in a random opponent's hand.
I'd like a red Mindlock Orb. Preferably one that was cheaper.
Called it.

Quote from Fry, from Futurama »
It's just like the story of the grasshopper and the octopus. All year long, the grasshopper kept burying acorns for the winter, while the octopus mooched off his girlfriend and watched TV. But then the winter came and the grasshopper died and the octopus ate all his acorns. And also he got a racecar. Is any of this getting through to you?
The problem with defining [EDH] by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.

Lulz.

Reforge 2R

reforge, sacrifice an artifact.
Search your library for an
artifact and put it into your
hand.
Red needs to be the color that finds artifacts now because they have so much to do with artifacts and they really need some help.
Wedge Ultimatums
Wedge Charms (like Bant, Jund, etc.)
4 color legends/generals
A few more 5 color legends
Oh wait, looks like they covered that one already. I'm good for now, thanks!
