If my general was Intet, the Dreamer, and I had removed some cards from the game with her, and then someone played terror on it, and then later on in the game I recast her again, would you let me play the cards I had removed earlier?
Its my understanding that yes you would be able to still play them if you were to recast intet... as from my understanding of the wording is that at anytime intet is in play you may play said cards... i MAY be a bit biased because im working on an intet deck but most of the people at my local card shop seem to agree with that. What also leads me to believe its the way the card is intended is the fact that oracles also states that even when intet leaves play the cards arn't removed from that particular exile zone, and that you may also continue to look at them but they can't be cast for free unless he is in play.
however im always possibly wrong and by no means am i a judge, im actually kinda hoping to get some feed back on this as well. Anything short of the above rationallity would almost literally reserve intet as quite simply... just a color holder for anyone who is trying to play URG without even so much as an alternative. If that does however end up being the case i might as well just drop U for B in my Warped World deck and go with a jund general.
Reading the rulings for the card in the same auto-card you linked is tech:
2/1/2007: After Intet leaves play, if a card removed this way is still removed from the game, you may still look at it. You won't be able to play it, though.
I think we are all clear on the fact that from a rules point of view, you cannot. What I am asking is if someone came to your playgroup with an intet deck, would you let them do this? (In the same vein as they might let you use bosh as your general, or something)

Bosh is an EDH format ruling.
The Intet ruling is card specific, but also tied to an important core rule concept that cards are not tracked across zones. Plus, it would be far too powerful.
I wouldn't allow it.
