I keep switching my generals b/w jenara, asura of war and rafiq of the many. I am trying to create a manabase that will always get me all three colors by turn 3. Both these decks have a noble hiearch as the only accelerator in the deck. I play these online , therefore this manabase has no budget. I am not sure if it is worth playing the m10 lands or not.
the mana curve is 13-13-10-12-8-4 with 38 lands (im not sure if there should be more or LESS)
there are 27 W symbols
there are 46 U symbols
there are 21 G symbols
avg casting cost is 2.95
right now the only colorless or non producing mana lands are maze of ith, strip mine, and wasteland...and I plan on definitely keeping these in here. I used to have kjeldoran outpost, but took it out due to lack of plains. right now here is my manabase. I also like to incorporate the cycle lands, since I have life from the loam. so maybe i should use 39 or 40 lands?
Not sure exactly what exists online but off the top of my head:
City of Brass
Tendo Ice bridge
Forbidden Orchard (Not for Rafiq)
Horizon Canopy (Nimbus Maze is an option as well, but I'm not a huge fan)
Any of the on color Vivid lands (although be wary of the amount of comes into play tapped lands in an aggressive deck)
There are also some less reliable source like Thran Quarry or Glimmervoid which will get you your colors by turn 3, but might not stick around. Although using quarry to play your general might not be that terrible.
The Mirage Diamonds (Pretty marginal but they will help you fix by turn 3)
All of the on color signets from Ravinca are excellent
There are many more such as Coalition Relic which can help fix, but will not usually give you your colors on turn 3
Birds of Paradise
Elvish Spirit Guide
Bloom Tender (will not usually fix, but is incredible with a general in play)
Instant and Sorcery:
Three Visits (probably not online)
Again there are many more, but I am having trouble of thinking of others that cost 2 or less.
Land Tax (is the online?)
Another thing to take into account is how aggressive you want these decks to be, if you want to come out the gates very quickly you should always keep in mind how many comes into play tapped lands you are using. If you play too many there will be times where you have the colors to play Jenara or Rafiq on turn 3/4 but your land came into play tapped. Hope this helps.

My Base is geared more to abusing Garruk and Mana Reflection, while still giving me the cycling lands. I can easily cast rafiq on turn 4 and IMO is a far better General than Janara.
