This is my newest EDH deck, and thus the least well developed. There are likely a number of cards that don't really fit the theme of the deck (and cards that I'm missing).
The goal of the deck is to pump Kresh via a bunch of removal (symmetric and otherwise), devour creatures, and other effects (like Contested Cliffs/Baloth/Hammerheim Deadeye/Silklash/Jiwari/FTK). It is, as a more casual deck, quite creature heavy on purpose. Also, I've tried to add in stuff like Diabolic Intent and Greven that rely on me having creatures in play, and helping Kresh out at the same time.
It is, however, missing a few things I'd like to add, mainly some more tutoring. I have thought about adding some discard effects, but in some ways, having creatures to remove benefits the deck. I still probably will though, especially if I get a Liliana Vess for the deck.
Some things I've been thinking about:
1. Do I have enough removal? I don't have a Damnation for this deck yet, but I have included Starstorm, Jiwari, Silklash, etc.
2. Do I need spot removal in addition to Terminate, like Terror, etc.?
The explosion that... destroyed our city, razed our home, and turned our fields into wasteland was nothing compared to what was now happening to those who survived.

royal assassin - I'd personally just slide him out for another piece of removal, you have to wait to untap to really make him a viable threat and they have to swing with desired creature. not to mention he only has one toughness. What about avatar of woe instead?
werebear
quirion elves
birds of paradise
Not sure how i feel about these, I can understand why you would want the mana fixing/ramp but there's better out there i feel, and you really wouldn't want to draw these late game and just have them be a dead draw.
creeping mold - maybe replace it with acidic slime? allows you to recurr the creature and re-use it for both its come into play effect, and fodder for whatever it may be.
ravenous baloth
death denied- profane command. Sure you wont get all your creatures back, but it gives you more options.
Seal of doom - maybe consider something more useful in the long run? such as attrition or gravepact?
talisman of impulse- switch it out for a golgari signet, rakdos, or gruul.
obelisk of jund- switch that sucker out for darksteel ingot
incinerate, branching bolt, lightning bolt- i feel like there are better options, especially in this format with the type of creatures/spells you are up against and have access to. How about Doomblade?Barter in Blood?putrefy?
Another thing i want to note is that you dont have many evasion cards to provide kresh with. Once he gets big (and man he'll get huge) everyone is going to get in line to remove him from the board.
Here's some food for thought Whispersilk cloak cloak and dagger general's kabuto aspect of the mongoose
another thing maybe you want to give another focus of giving him options to swing in for general damage (if that's what you are going for). Maybe rancor, dragon fangs, or something similar with the ability to give him trample. Like loxodon warhammer
as for mass removal. I generally run 5 to 7 board wipes, that's in combination with creatures that give the ability and spells. However that's up to you how many you wish to run. Oblivion stone, decree of pain, plague boiler, (and many more!) are worth considering if you feel like sometimes the board just becomes uh-oh town and you see yourself wishing for more ways to handle problems that are going to be swinging your way or causing you some trouble.

I've also considered Visara the Dreadful, as she can hit for 5, or add 5 counters when someone gets annoyed.

This is a fair point. Part of it is that I currently don't have any of the Signets for these three colors. You are right that late game, the elves and birds are dead draws. As a possible 4/4 body, however, the Werebear isn't the worst thing in the world (and if he were to die, that's 4 more counters).
creeping mold - maybe replace it with acidic slime? allows you to recurr the creature and re-use it for both its come into play effect, and fodder for whatever it may be.
I hadn't considered that, but with the recursion (especially Genesis - and if I can get my hands on another Volrath's Stronghold), this is a superior choice.
Seal of doom - maybe consider something more useful in the long run? such as attrition or gravepact?
Grave Pact seems really strong here. I will look for one. I did have Diabolic Edict in, but it seemed a bit conditional (not my choice of creature), but I may add it back.
incinerate, branching bolt, lightning bolt- i feel like there are better options, especially in this format with the type of creatures/spells you are up against and have access to. How about Doomblade?Barter in Blood?putrefy?
I already have Putrefy, but I should add Doom Blade, and probably Terror. I will probably leave Branching Bolt in on utility factor alone (it can multi-task).

This is another really good point, and one that I only thought of briefly when making the deck. I definitely need to work in more evasion/ways to plow over things.
